Color printing Inaccuratly THAT in Adobe software

My files are inaccurate color ONLY printing when printing via the Adobe software.

Before I answer this, I'm in you praying; Please read the entire post!

Last week, the colors of my work started inaccurate impression. Any combination of Adobe software, file format and the color via the bridge makes no difference. However, when I open those files in thesoftware Adobe, they print accurately.

Example: Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator/Acrobat, regardless. Import a piece of stock photography in one of these programs and the blue sky prints purple. I open the stock photo right in Chrome, Word, Publisher, Excel, Edge or Firefox and the prints of blue blue sky.

If I open Photoshop or InDesign, blue fall into a Pantone color, it will print violet. I open this new file in the third party software, and it prints as Pantone perfectly. It doesn't matter if it's a jpg or PDF file. The Adobe print correctly.

I am able to reproduce this on other computers. I exported an InDesign file to PDF and someone else in the Office to print it. This person has no CC software installation and no calibration of the monitor. When they printed this PDF via Acrobat is was wrong, but when printing via Chrome it was OK.

I changed and synced my color settings by the bridge to each available setting: North America General Purpose 2, North America Prepress 2 and so on. Nothing helps.

I tried every setting on the printer itself color correction: SWAP, ISO Coated, Spot, Auto, no. Nothing helps

I've fiddled with every setting printing in different Adobe products, that I print. Nothing helps.

I calibrate my screen with an X-Rite i1 Display Pro. We print to a Xerox Centre 7845. Because I am able to get correct colors with third-party software, the printer is not physically damaged so Xerox customer support is useless.

Below is a picture of two prints that include my white balance card purchased from B & H. These two have been printed of the same exact PDF. Yet once, Non-Adobe software the file prints correctly, Adobe products are not. To get specific, it's an InDesign exported file using the PDF / X - a1: 2001 preset. I tried several PDF export settings as well and it did not help.

I'm at my wits end here. Someone has an idea what is happening? This was not the case a month ago.

Of course, fairly easy: you are not any proper color management. Just calibrate a screen is not color mangement, especially since according to your words you are not calibrate your printer. Your impressions not calibrated Word etc happens recently to print reasonably well because your monitor profile is not well remove the default sRGB taken in charge by most printers. Where things go wrong exactly is not easy, but the evidence is that a custom monitor profile would require a custom preview of evidence just as it would take to calibrate your printer then. As a test, just turn off your system color calibration and reset all color adjustments for default values, including the custom printer settings. I don't know that it will print exactly as before.
