  Since I installed VMWare, I have had problems with my VM. It crashes about twice a day with the error below. Sometimes, it's a different vthread crashing, but it's still the pollDefault NOT_IMPLEMENTED error. I'm at my wit's end and could use very little help.

  My host OS is Windows 10 Home x 64 I upgraded Windows 8, when I bought my laptop. The guest operating system running Windows 7. I'm using VMWare Workstation Player 12.
