Turn you off after reset? If so, is it off in a few minutes
either by months and months?
Assuming the latter, it's because you need to replace the battery on
your motherboard. A new battery is very inexpensive (less 5 $US) and
very easy to replace. But if you have no experience inside the
computer case, you can get a friend to help you.

    Hello

This problem could be the BIOS battery.

I suggest you to replace the BIOS battery and check how it works.

  • Sidebar works OK, except after reading of a startup DVD, my sidebar is partially off the screen. Clock and calendar etc are now only partially visible. How can I return to normal?

I.ve watched info 'settings' on the resolution of the screen etc, but did not find useful.  I think towards the end of the (educational) DVD, I went to click on "a display change screen mode" in the taskbar in Windows Media Player (which has been entered automatically when the DVD in the drive).   Am fuzzy on the specific action that I took at that time, because it was late and I was tired and I wanted to just close quickly and dodo!  Someone at - it ideas how to get my sidebar to its full width?

By chance, while adjusting the volume of video clips, using the buttons on the lower right of my screen, I pressed the AUTO button!  When I stopped and restarted later - WOW! My problem was gone!  I now have the appearance of full screen width, without partial visibility.  In the meantime, I got so used to my sidebar on the left, I think I'll leave it like that now.  (This, of course, push the icons along a little to take account of the sidebar on the left of the screen).

These functions are different, dbtimezone return database time zone what database, gain of time obtained the value, if you want to change this, then you must run the alter database set time_zone , see example below

  • Why the Time Machine has been slain in 'update' for the days?

My time Machine apparently has been "frozen" in the update mode days.  The last update indicated was four days; for at least two days the backup flash drive was quickly / blinking constantly as it does by updating. Icon Time Machine on Finder devices activity showed the constantly rotating circle ("update"). Time Machine preferences update status bar has been frozen at about 2% of the way across.

FYI, a few days ago, a break of a few seconds completely stops the iMac - this time could possibly coincide with the beginning of this "freeze".

I cut and restarted does not.  Your advice will be welcomed-thanks

a few things could have happened, but is not limited to a failure or a bad drive.

I reboot, check the source disk and make all necessary repairs with disk utility.

If the problem persists, you can also check the disk of destination for damage.

On what your source disk to destination and how the destination disk is connected to your mac? If it's USB it's thanks to a keyboard or a hub? If so plug it directly into the built computers USB port and do not deviate in a chain of USB devices such as a hub or keyboard.

  • Why the clock on my calendar seems to be working at the time of the West Coast, while my ThunderBird is defined and works well at the time of the coast is?

    Ladies and gentlemen:

I recently started using Calendar add-on to Thunderbird. My test event entered okay. But, my invite showed up on my colleague's PC with meeting time 3 hours late. That is, my meeting time is 11:00 Eastern time. But, he got the time as 14:00 which was 11:00 West coast time. I checked my "Calendar" tab view. There is a tell-tale sign that a red horizontal line that appears to follow my PC's real time clock but lagging 3 hours behind. So far, I could not find how to synchronize them.

My PC was used on the West coast for several years before I brought it to the East coast a few months ago. Since then, my Thunderbird appears to run fine with the clock setting changed to the East coast time zone. Could there be any kind of memory somewhere that took my numerical 11:00, but recorded it by tagging as a West coast time zone entry?

    Abe (2015-10-11 11:54)

Make sure that you do not have the correct time zone set lightning (calendar).

In the top right of the Thunderbird window, click the menu button > Options > Options > calendar > general tab > zone

  • Clock-calendar does not maintain the time and date

The clock-calendar on my laptop does not maintain the time and date after I put it.

  • Why the Date is always shown when I move my mouse over the clock in the taskbar? Most of the time, it works very well!

Why does the Date not always appear when I hover my mouse by the clock in the taskbar on my Tablet? It displays immediately if I click somewhere near where on the clock.

Often it doesn't appear when I go through the clock. Sometimes, it does. I don't know why he sometimes reacts different.

And didn't someone jump in and start accusing malware etc. Just read my profile. That is not the issue and I don't want to be around anyone who wants just the head in this direction from the outset or even at all! Sorry on my intolerance but I think there are far too many people on the forums who dive on the issue of malware when someone asked a Question on how to change their settings to stop something that happens. I'm sick of this lazy malware junk.

This is a bug. All XP do. Clicking the taskbar if it "development works most of the time.

  • Why the fonts display in blue, although it is red in the live preview and all the CSS rules?

I tried for hours to understand WHY the fonts for certain lines will not obey every command that I gave them in Dreamweaver.

    http://www.johnnez.com/jonzmainbooks.html

The titles of these books are supposed to be red.  They show red in every single place that I can find them in Dreamweaver.  They saw in the Red mode live view.  But they appear in blue in the browser.

WHY is this?  Is it a case of some CSS too being ruled by a lower rule?

The tiles in blue which should be red are the twelve days of Christmas in Washington, the clock dance and Sky-Cycle of Cromwell Dixon, etc..

    Thanks for the clues...
