  I use Blackberry "BOLD" T-Mobile service.  I have the BES data package which includes BIS.  My email Enterprise BES, browser, sync with Exchange server, contacts, calendar, everything works.

  Except that... my BIS email setup.  I tried BB device logging to create email. Email Setup Wizard, select "I want to create or add an email address" I get error - we apologize there was an error while trying to access the service.

  I also tried logging on my T-Mobile account and click on the web link: e-mail setting blackberry; to create ([email protected]) whenever I click on the link create e-mail blackberry in my T-Mobile account, it gives me an error: we're sorry, there was an error while trying to access the service.

  I called T-Mobile repeatedly and the lame excuse they use is: this device is not supported. I said T-Mobile uses the Blackberry 8220 flip phone with using the same OS 4.6, Javalin BB, and BB 8900 use the same service books.  When I call the Blackberry technical support... they spend on the male for T-Mobile.

  Is anyone out there using BB Bold with service from T-Mobile with BES/BIS and their professional and personal internet e-mail: works on the "BOLD" BB.  Ideas, thoughts, suggestions and help will be very appreciated.

  That's what I did.  I took a job my friend T-Mobile 8220, inserted my sim card, connected on T-Mobile and changed the code PIN and IMEI numbers.   There is really no reason to get one of these address of @carrier.blackberry.net. They are not visible on any other webmail site and are prone to collect spam, with no available spam filtering options. I advise users to not use it.

  However, why some? Because they can. Some users use these addresses to transfer mail from a POP account as these addresses grow instantly by the RIM servers.

  I don't think that there is no solution for the problem with CK - 7W. I had the same than that and had to change Parrot3100 but my husband has CK - 20W and it seems to work very well on it.

  I just got a replacement Blackberry "BOLD" of Orange, UK unit.  When I tried to set up the synchronization, the option to post a link to Outlook is not there, there is Outlook Express, but I am using Outlook 2007.  Before the replacement was sent, everything was correct and functional.  Spoke to Orange ten times, they told me to uninstall Desktop Manager completely and then re install, I did but there is always the same problem and no soultion has been identified, they told me to contact Blackberry.

  I want to set up synchronization with Outlook 2007, how do I do this, your help would be really helpful, thanks.  I have XP Microsoft, Blackberry Desktop Manager 5.0 and Outlook 2007 that email by default.

  And the data source is in fact TomTom, not Google Maps.

  I recommend that you use Google Maps, personally, they are a bit softer and richer than BBMaps.

  My Blackberry 9000 does not charge when connected to a power plant.   When I sink into the power station, the display switches to the clock.   When I manually check the screen and I see the battery indicator, showing that he is in charge.  But when I leave it overnight, the unit will not charge.

  Your devices is probably causing the problem. Change the battery of your "BOLD" to another one, and observe the behavior.

  For the past 2 years my laptop works fine with the same hardware configuration. It stops working suddenly MS websites. I did not have all the hardware changes.

  So, here's the deal, I have recently updated my personal curve to a "BOLD". I gave my wife the curve and took its Pearl like my work Berry. Here's the question - our lists of contacts on my "BOLD" and its curve seem to interbreed. If I delete a contact from his curve, it removes also on my "BOLD". Anyone got any ideas? My wife is a little upset that she must go through all my work and personal contacts to join his stuff. Any help would be appreciated. To make the passage, I saved two phones with Desktop Manager, responsible for its backup to the curve and my staff for the "BOLD" and the backup job on the Pearl. Help!

  A personal account of BIS will NOT sync your contacts... it must be wired via USB > Desktop Manager.

• Deaths of Smartphones Blackberry Bold 900 blackBerry after trying to install any app from App World

  I was basically downloading an app in the App World software. Once the download is complete, a message pops up that says "install...". "More than half an hour later, the message was always on the screen and no amount of pressure button would not get the phone to answer. So I remove the battery, wait a few seconds, then reconnect it. The red light doesn't turn on, so I pressed the power button. Then pressed and held, nothing.

  I tried removing the battery and using only the wall charger but the phone still won't turn. Try the wall charger the battery will provide the same results.

  At this point, I'm sure that the phone is toast, but I hope that these forums can provide me with a solution.

  The phone was purchased on Ebay and works for several months now, so I can't return it to the seller. My warranty with the RIM will be still intact? AT & T will charge to repair me the phone or replace?

  Well, after having the battery on the phone all night, I decided to see if I could make it work.

  I plugged into the wall charger without the battery and the red light for the first time, then the phone power on. Doing a full power offshore, installed the battery and the SIM card and my phone works again.

  Still have no idea on what happened, but it works if I'm not complaining.
