  Unfortunately, I couldn't find any other compatible battery so I highly recommend you to use the original battery.

  What you can possibly check is compatible batteries for C650D:
  PA3787U-1BRS
  PA3817U-1BRS
  PA3818U-1BRS
  PA3820U-1BRS

  Google around a bit and see if you can use them with your C650. At least, you can contact the nearest Toshiba service provider and ask for help. They can help you with this.

  I can't find any spare battery for my Toshiba satellite laptop A100-204. The original battery is a 4 cells Li - ion PA3451U-1BRS recycable. Whenever I look for this battery in google that I only find this for Toshiba M40.

  It allmost looks the same, but I don't know if it is. Problem with my battery is empty after an hour, and I need more hours). Everything is still new well (got it last weekend), is this normal for a battery 4 cells?

  I would be like a battery that lasts longer, 8 cells or higher if there are. But I don't know which are compatible and do not know how to look (in fact I do. I is not no noob and allways don't find my stuff, but it does not the way I'm looking for). Looks like the laptop is a bit rare...

  Please help me find one that will fit and be sure of it:-D.

  The time of the 6 cells and 9cell battery charger is about 4houers and 12cell batteries charging time is of about 5houers

  I own a Toshiba Satellite C855 - 12K, I've owned for about 3 years, but 2 weeks ago I accidentally damaged the motherboard, while I was cleaning the computer, at first I thought it was the map screen or video that is broken, because it was weird (cutting, 20 seconds after loading desktop, colorful pixel, thin lines across the entire screen) but after 5 times of commissioning , disabling display, I left alone.
  The next day it would not start at all, so I sent it to a really good computer technician, who called me the next day, saying that the motherboard is dead, and that he needs a new.

  When I was cleaning it, I watched a video on youtube, which shows how to open Toshiba Satellite C855-12J or something, (not the C855 - 12K, I) but I noticed that the chassis is the same, the size of the motherboard is the same. That's why I'd love to not put a motherboard C855 - 12K in my C855 - 12K, but something more powerful, with more performance, because I want to play newer games, but I don't want to sell my C855 and buy a new computer, I would upgrade this computer instead.

  So, there are motherboards for C855, who have a better CPU / GPU that C855 - 12 K, if there are, could you show me a list of computers that come with them? Maybe there are motherboards from other computers Toshiba, that match?

  Because of the design specific notebooks are specific products and, in general, some radical physical upgrades are not possible. Each hardware platform has some cooling system designed for optimal to protect equipment.

  Each laptop model also has specific design and different ports placed at different locations.
  For example, Satellite C855 was offered with 6 different hardware platforms. With other words, with 6 different motherboards that may have different hardware (CPU, GPU, WLAN, BT) but also other ports on the left and right.

  Each authorized Toshiba, but also independent repair shops for laptop, will exchange defective motherboard with the same motherboard model. Some little compatible mothers are not available.

  Motherboard is very expensive, so you need to check the price and see if it's worth paying a lot of money to get it repaired. Four years ago my A300 was electro shock by connecting the external USB device. The repair was extremely expensive, so I sold it on eBay for spares and bought again a Satellite P500.

• CD/DVD-compatible players for Satellite P10

  Punctual, after the end of the warranty of my Satellite P10 831, seems my dvd writer (Pioneer DVD - RW DVR-K12D) to have at the end of his days.

  During the warranty, they have changed the drive 1 or 2 times, because of the same fault, after awhile, he could not read its own burned dvd. I tried several different blank DVD + and - (R or RW), they spelled correctly (can be read by other readers) but my burner does nothing with them.
  Toshiba and Pioneer have no updates of the firmware to fix this problem, so there is only one option that remains for me, a new record.

  Is each compatible slim-line DVD burner for me (with change of the façade) or can I use only a limited number of readers? In the latter case, which?

  In principle, any optical drive the same form factor will fit in your laptop, but you will need to make sure you select the one that has the same features of connectivity that you current drive.

  In general, the reader can be master, slave, or Cable Select and it is normally defined by the manufacturer on the slim laptop drives.

  Try to use a disk with the wrong setting will result in an error in the IDE.

  Unfortunately, most internet retailers don't document the parameter for the readers they sell so you may as well get an ASP, even if it may cost much more.

  To be honest I m unaware of models of laptops available in Australia but I assume it must be the same. I found the info which batteries are compatible with the European Satellite C650 and I think you can use the same with your machine. Here is the list:

  Check the specifications of each model and choose one that suits.

  MK6022GAX MK6025GAS hard drives ATA-5 compliant and have 60 GB.
  As far as I know this device was delivered also with the 60 GB HDD ATA-5.
  I think that these drives should work on you laptop.

  But if you aren't 100% sure of other compatible parts, then you can ask the ASP in you country for support of the parties. Here you can order.

  I found exactly the same info as you. Googling around shops PC offer battery (Li-ion, 9 cell, 6000mAh) PA3535U - 1BRS Satellite A200. If they all offer the same one I don't see any reason why you should buy this one.

  As you can read you can install each 2.5 HARD drive with SATA interface. It is no problem and you don't need a certain brand. Just buy this model you prefer ;)
