compatible XML

I work to generate the XML for RSS feeds and I came across the problem for some characters.
I want to find the tank like <, & and replace by & lt; or '& amp; See the code below.
Of the database, the table body colum I contain information and the value
like this: five < 6. The code below, you have to find five < six but it displayed five & lt; 6.

< cfset opportunity = replace (body, "<", "& lt;", "ALL") >
< cfset body_text1 = replace (OPPORTUNITY, "&", "& amp;", "ALL") >

Is there a reason that the xmlFormat(), htmlCodeFormat() or
htmlEditFormat() functions do not work for you? They are all designed
questions from handles like this a little differently.

  • You are looking for a compatible database XML system

    Hi all

I'm looking for an RDBMS (Relational Database Management System) that manages the XML data in a relational way.
I found the IBM DB 2 XML Extender. However, I don't know if this system is already in use (because the last release was in 2003).
I would be very grateful if you could help me find what I'm looking for.

PS. for RDBMS, XML data processing, we find two categories: systems that support XML (they store XML data using a special type of data as a BLOB, CLOB,...), or the native XML systems (data XML stor in its hierarchical structure, so the fundamental unit of storage is XML document). So, I am looking for a system that supports XML and NOT a native XML system.

    Thanks in advance.

    Best regards

If I understand correctly say you

Database compatible XML - store XML data using a special like BLOB, CLOB data type
database XML Native - XML data in the hierarchical structure stor

projection of oracle xml db, you can store your xml file in xmltype in clob or BLOB or as a file in the operating system
looks so much like oracle xml db is compatible XML native XML databases :)

    I'm going crazy ;)

  • Is Oracle XML DB, a native xml database?

    Hello!

DB XML provides the native XMLTYPE data type, and it can provide the traditional storage for xml. It is therefore a database compatible xml or a native?

    See you soon

It is a compatible XML relational data base (storage or XMLType) but also has a native XML database features as binary XML (binary XMLType XML storage)

  • Save XSD using import instead of include.

    Hi all

I am enrolled in a schema OTA_SimpleTypes.xsd. I am able to reference this XSD in various schema using < xs: include schemaLocation = "OTA_SimpleTypes.xsd" / >. However, when I try

    " < xs: import namespace = ' http://www.OpenTravel.org/OTA/2003/05 "schemaLocation ="... /OpenTravel/OTA_SimpleTypes.xsd"/ >, I received the following: "

    HTNG_SimpleTypes.xsd ORA-31000: resources '... /OpenTravel/OTA_SimpleTypes.xsd' is not a document of schema XDB.

Any suggestion on how to get the XSD to be registered would be appreciated.

Have you noticed that build you a restriction of StringLength1to16, but will close them with empty content? This actually makes it to say any element in the xml document that is defined as having HTNG_DeviceIDType should be empty.

It means that HTNG_DeviceIDType is not restrict or extend the base type StringLength1to16, something not that content must be empty.

Indeed, it is just a copy of the StringLength1to16, but in the space of HTNG names.

It is clear now that these two schemas are not compatible, but the best way to reconcile them is probably to the scheme to import left intact and just add namespace target expected in OTA_SimpleTypes.xsd.

    user12296100,

Apparently, you do not use the correct OTA, such patterns as recommended by HTNG.

If you take a look at the original material available on HTNG.org, for example:

    https://collaboration.HTNG.org/specs/documents.php?action=show&DCaT=54&Gdid=26578

The zip contains the compatible XML OTA patterns.

There is also a note explaining why the original drawings of the OTA has changed the way that I have said above.

  • How to combine several optional elements of ESD

I'm trying to get a para element to allow me to type in any order, < TEXT >, perhaps an xref, then perhaps more text followed by a note and so on.

For example, I would write something like "for more information, see"Hohoho"on page 27. If they can't help, nothing can. "Note: If you do not succeed the first time, give up to '. In other words, I wish that my Para to support the xref < TEXT >, < TEXT > note.

Also, I would also like to be able to write "Note: think about." Now continue and see Hohoho page 27", that is to say, a paragraph that uses the element in the order note < TEXT > Xref.

According to the the Structure FM Adobe Application Developers Guide, an ampersand means "child elements can occur in any order" and the asterisk means "child element is optional and may appear several times.

So in General for my Para of < TEXT > & (Xref & Note) * should work, but it does not work. In the structured view, I can't past the Xref element. Validation results following after xref: "more content required at the end. I do not understand that as the ampersand indicates any order is ok and the asterisk indicates that the child element is optional. So why he insists on more content?

Other variants of the general rule, I tried are < TEXT > & xref * & Note *: gives "document is valid", but does not any text more after the xref.

Also tried: (< TEXT >, xref, Note) *: I have to put a Note After the xref, even if I don't want that. And even then it returns "more content required at the end.

I wonder if FM structured cannot simply supports several child elements and if I should go back to Word or OpenOffice for an informal solution.

    Any help much appreciated.

    1roach,

You simply use the compatible XML notation, i.e. for mixed content

    ( | Note | xref) *

I would like to draw your attention to the fact that it helps a lot to clearly distinguish the elements 'block', and 'inline' element. The Inline elements are those beside the plain. Block elements are the equivalent of paragraphs and other top-level organizing stuff. Although it is possible to mix, I find structures that are much easier to maintain and teach if there's a clear distinction.

Most of the people initially think that this would be a block element, assuming that it could contain more than a single sentence, perhaps even a list. So be careful with the names of items. Well-chosen names help a lot in a teaching structure.

  • Open the document when index.xml is missing

When I try to open some documents on Pages I get an error message that says "the index.xml file required is missing.

How can I open the document How can I get the index automatically added to all pages documents. What is "index.xml"?

    5.6.2 pages

    OSX10.11.5 - El Capitan

You have two versions of installed Pages. Right-click on the document and follow the Open: menu (default) (5.6.2) entry Pages.

Pages v5 documents are not directly compatible with Pages ' 09, and this is the basis of the file index.xml lack of dialogue when you attempt to open a document in Pages ' 09 Pages v5. This problem often arises when Pages ' 09 did not leave voluntarily, and it remains open to intercept double-click documents v5 Pages.

  • Slate 7 compatible andoid app

If you can change the saved .xml file, you can modify it to be compatible with Labview XML shema and use Unflatten of XML as in your VI. If you can't, you must use the XML parser library. Attached, you will find 2 exmaples for these situations.

The PlayBook and BlackBerry OS 10 have different architectures; you have to build a unique BAR file for each platform.

If you go to the download page for HTML5:

    https://developer.BlackBerry.com/HTML5/download/

You will find a separate SDK WebWorks for the Playbook and BB10 and you will need to install both / run the command for each respective platform bbwp generate a BAR file that is compatible with the operating system specified.

  • Fable the Lost Chapters for XP is not compatible with Win7 - is there a way to fix it?

I just bought the XP game edition and expects a lot of fun on my new 17 in. Inspiron R with all the trimmings, only to be told that the FtLC for XP is not compatible with Win7.

The problem is that the graphics are like seeing double, literally two principals semi-molten you close them; they never completely merge, and most things, except the bottom, are very blurry.  I already have bad eyesight; I want a clean game.

I have tried to adjust the game to play in the uncluttered window, but it remains only purified until the credits have finished the race.  Then, the game returns to the full screen, wide and I think it's the wide screen that is the cause of the problem; the credits are great!

At Ms. really bring out a game duded up before Fable 4 only to have it be unplayable on pc with the newest Windows operating system?  Or is it possible to work things so the game is playable in fact and you can use a bow without guessing where is the target?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

By chance, I reinstalled the game (that I hadn't played for a long time) on Windows 7 x 64 a few weeks ago. Guess what? It works without too much fiddling.

Maybe it's that you will get a screen that says "incompatibilities with this version of Windows" every time you start (just click it away), and most likely, you will encounter an inactive 'fable.exe' process that must be completed before starting the game a second time (happens only once per Windows session). The second start focus also slowed down as the first, but after a while, the game will go up.

Things to do during the installation: run 'setup' as an administrator (do not use the 'autorun' option) with the following compatibility setttings 'XP SP3', 'disable visual themes', "Disable desktop layout" (this avoids some flickering). Start the game with the same settings. If you are given a choice of setting up your video card (the game is not identify him because it uses a completely outdated XML list of video cards caves), select "primary, no LNP. Resolution of 1024 x 768 x 32 is fine.

Note that the game dimensionnera full screen, even if your screen size is larger than 1024 x 768, but it will keep the old 4:3 picture format, you will have black borders on both sides of the screen.
