  Bookmarks have disappeared. Cannot add new bookmarks, import from another browser, open the previous bookmarks file. I tried the solutions in Help and troubleshooting without success. CCleaner doesn't work anymore when it comes to Firefox. I've used this for years with the problem. Everything else seems to work.

  Problem solved by synchronizing with my cell phone. None of the solutions in "Help" has solved the problem. CCleaner now work again.

I HAV tryd method of database properties > customize. Click on file. It never works. so I found a difrnt, aftr doin of previous steps method I had to copy everything random file in folder nd delte concernd thn the file appears in the form of image folder. but nw aftr a few weeks all files r back to default... cannot redo of any process new nd

  The problem may occur if the folder settings were corrupted.

• Safari 9.0.3 duplicates url address.  Cannot enter text in the address bar. With the help of Yosemite 10.10.5.

  Suddenly this morning I could not type into the address bar of Safari 9.0.3, and then noticed that the url has been duplicated.  If I click on the sidebar to get a new Web page, the address bar then includes two urls, those past and present.  Restarted Safari - no change.  Not disabled-extensions (AdBlock, ClicktoFlash and DuckDuckGo) - no change.  Restarted the MacBook Pro (15-inch, mid 2010) Yosemite 10.10.5 - no change running.  Firefox is running normally.

  Turn off the Suggestions of Safari in the preferences/Safari/search / uncheck Safari Suggestions.

  I am trying to add a hypertext link to a MS Word document. When I build the project, I get an error "file not found". I tried to add the file as a file of luggage and it seems to work, (or the workflow seems to work) but the file does not appear as a file of baggage.

  your assets.index is maybe corrupted

  Try this:

  Quit Momentics

  go into your file system project and delete assets/.assets.index

  reopen Momentics

  do a refresh

  and clean up the project

  I'm doing a video, using first 14 elements.  Import most video files that I have on my hard drive without a hitch, but a whole, which are be a large, don't come through.  When I try to add them, I get the message "generic error".

  For me, they were sent as attachments in email, I then downloaded to my hard drive.  They are all MP4 files.  They have the following properties:

  Video

  Width of the frame: 720

  Frame height: 1280

  Data rate: 4878 Kbps

  Total flow: 4940 Kbps

  Rate: 11 FPS

  Audio

  Bitrate: 62 Kbps

  Channels: 1 (mono)

  Sampling rate: 44 kHz

  Size: 5.89 MB

  They are all in my download folder and play fine on my computer, but for some reason I can't their PE.

  I tried to get together the mov files, but has not made a difference.

  Any ideas/suggestions?  I appreciate any help that anyone may be able to offer.

  I recommend you to download the free program great handbrake.

  Handbrake will convert these files to MP4s with a constant rate and 30 frames per second.

  I want to insert a couple of video files taken on an iPhone - MOV format. I want to use them as video synchronized so that I can use text and voice more with the video through a number of slides. Captivate does not seem to recognize the MOV format. Don't see any information on how to convert it. Would be grateful for the help. Thank you.

  You can use Adobe Media Encoder supplied with Captivate to convert MOV to MP4 file.
