  I suggest you reinstall Windows Media Center by following the below mentioned method and check if it works.

  (a) open the control panel in the start menu.

  (b) in the Control Panel, open programs and features.

  (c) Note: If the programs and features is not available, change the view by large icons at the top right of the control panel.

  (d) select Turn Windows features on or off in the left column of the window programs and features.

  (e) uncheck Windows Media Center, and then click OK.

  (f) click on restart now to restart the computer.

  (g) re-enable Media center of the control panel again.

  (h) try Media center.

• My Volume is missing from the taskbar!

  Hello! :) I fell on my computer one day, and I look at a video clip, so I went to increase the volume, (I always keep on mute) on the toolbar. Unfortunately, the volume key was missing! I did the following steps I found on another thread, but it says there is no device found. I jut need an answer, and I'm not trying to do something wrong. I'm just here for an answer to this very difficult problem that I need resolved as soon as POSSIBLE, because I use my volume all the time and I need currently for a school project, but with the stupid computer recognizing the speakers to my 10.1 netbook Acer, I can't continue my school which is project scheduled for tomorrow! Please help ASAP!

I gave you the positives and that marked as resolved, because if someone has this pronblem, I posted how to get the answer: restore your computer to the last time you have volume, or anything else that is missing. ;)

• How to exit while loop with delay schedule?

  I have a pretty heavy program that iteratively takes a series of measures from a number of channels using a variety OR-Switch and OR-DMM screws that I assembled as a result of various examples and several help pages. Each channel is sampled once during each iteration with data to be saved in a text file for later analysis, after it is imported into Excel. I added to the screen 'real time' indicators and charts to see what looks like running data.

  Each iteration is performed using a While loop with a delay timer, even if a previous version, I used a timed loop. Measures for the series of channels are collected with a loop For inside the While loop. The loop For includes screws which:

  Unfortunately, the interactive components can be created in-house, and you cannot change existing interactive components. We have heard this request before and I hope to see this in a future release, but we have schedule for when possible.

• Virus problem? -Unable to access many programs, Windows Components, System Restore

  I am reasonably confident that the issue I'm having is the direct result of a virus. The first sign was after recording in the other day, a message popped up that says that my copy of Windows is not valid. After re - validate, I am still not able to access many programs, System Restore, components - run Windows, Control Panel, Defender etc. I already ran several scans-MalwareBytes, Hijackthis, AVG, ZoneAlarm, SuperAnti-SpyWare, Avira, Emsisoft, etc.. Still nothing.

• Delete snipping tool buttons on the taskbar - Ribbon box

  I deleted the program cutting tool and the stupid buttons appear still straddling him minimize fullscreen and close buttons.  How can I get rid of the screen capture, capture of the region and capture window buttons.  The displayed icons was not available as an option to choose from the menu options for the tool, so I deleted the program and that they don't always go away.  (Yes, I rebooted the computer)

  I don't know what your talking about when you say that the taskbar - Ribbon area (Snipping tool does not have these features). Malware?

  If you really want to get rid of the cutting tool you must enable disable group policy rule.

  (Group policy is not available in Win7Home)

  1. Start, type gpedit.mscand press enter to open the local Group Policy Editor.

  2. navigate to Computer - Configuration>Administrative Templates ->Windows - components>Tablet PC ->Accessories-> double click cannot capture tool run .

  3. Select enabled, click OK.

  

  (Above: change the 'no' to yes)

  After completing the above, restart.

  I noticed a strange thing. I use 2 monitors with display in extension functionality.
  Sometimes when I maximize the window in the main screen (with the taskbar) window does not stop at the top of the taskbar, but at the bottom of the screen (the window is behind the taskbar).

  Thanks for posting your reply.

  We will check if the system that is used performs differently according to the settings suggested Windows, rather than the settings currently defined to check the overall rate of return of the equipment to manage the operating system.

  To do this follow these steps:

  Try to install all your drivers of system components, in order to have the best, at this time, available on your system performance.  Some drivers, that you can search for include;  The drivers for video card, network card drivers, no matter which suggested vendor drivers for you Bios motherboard, Chipset, etc. - you can contact your hardware vendor, if under warranty, or if their support is at your disposal for any additional suggestions involving that treat.

  What we find, by changing the setting above, is a little on your configuration.  This should help us to look at what your system currently functions under Windows offers parameters.  This does not mean it's the only parameters that your system is capable, as it asserts some of this may be video driver or other driver related.  We understand that the problem is not consistent in how it happens, but we will give opportunity to these steps to walk to the other suggestions if necessary.
