  Hi rain-Line,.

  When you select the trigger/target in the composition that it always by default moves to the active state, you must manually select the normal state in the States Panel and then apply the changes.

  When I import sequence png files in AE (instead of 8 to 32 bits per channel) the filter Camera Raw opens. I'll do my settings for VC, but only the first image of the sequence shows the settings when I play the composition. How can I request the Camera Raw, the first image adjustment apply to the following fields of the composition?

  If you get camera raw to open when you import a png sequence there is something non-standard about your workflow or your images. It does not really matter. You cannot really manually adjust each image in an image sequence and get what anyone but the flicker of the levels in the images. If you did something like Time lapse and you got different shows you want good trying to rank individual frames is a really difficult and almost impossible to do. There are a lot of tools.

  The best approach is usually to just import the image sequence, then make color grading. The sequence of images should be sized prior to importation, so that the images are 100% scale in some parts of your project. If I were to create a model of 4K with a sequence of images of my DSLR and I wanted to fill the frame I would be scaling images up to 20%. That's a lot of lost time and you will get a better picture, better adapted to video, if you treat previously images in Lightroom or batch process in Photoshop or bridge and keep to the right size.

  If you have you try to challenge it is a plug-in called Deflicker digital anarchy which does wonders. It's a little slow to render, but hundreds of times faster than the frames in a sequence of images individually calibration.

  When you create a layer in a composition, and this layer is based on a video footage item, the composition of cheques to each frame of the composition to see (example) the element sequence data.   I'm on a Mac using CS4

  I use Premiere Pro and in it there are many presets for specific project.   I use the XDCAM presets for XDCAM EX1 pictures.

  In the Composition AE preset, there is not a predefined as in RP Pro XDCAM.

  I think I'm going to answer my own question.

  I guess I copy the preset values Pro Pr and create an EA is predefined in custom for XDCAM EX clips

  It is better to create a composition, the exact size of the clips or should I do the composition width and height a bit smaller, (and to reduce the scale of the clamp if necessary), just in case I want to Pan the image around.  Also if I made the smaller composition size how would that affect with an undesirable Pr Pro model event?

  Last thing, if you make it out of AE to use Pr Pro, I read that it was better to choose Animation as the preset for maximum color and make a Quick time video, if I have more editing or effects to apply to the Pr Pro, not H. 264, he corrected that.

  The reason why it is not a specific XDCAM predefined in AE is, because unlike editing applications, After Effects does not use a particular codec for video processing. Treated AE always internally in a uncompressed space. So, if you leave the specific codec of the equation, the XDCAM format is the HDTV standard presets, depending on size of image (720 vs 1080) and frequency of images you use.

  H264 is a codec for broadcast and distribution. It is not really intended to be used as a format for exchange between applications. QuickTime animation is very nice, as well as a few others.

  cmd-shift-v to paste it all / or a selection of these effects of other clips.

  I am trying to set up my new desktop computer, migrate all my laptop current. I have the creative cloud composition. How can I do to the process of putting it on the desktop / as a person, can I have it on two computers at the same time? (my ideal that I will continue to us the laptop to process photos of travel), or should I activate it on the desktop and remove it on the laptop?

  • You can activate (Sign In) the software to be used on up to two computers (not 3 or more) at the same time. Deactivation is called 'Sign Out'
  • You can only use the software enabled on one computer at a time.
  • You can enable or disable your activations between machines to help connect / disconnect
    Connect and disconnect enable or disable Cloud Creative applications

  Don't migrate to Adobe using Time Machine, image cloning or similar software. It breaks the licensing mechanism. Reinstall from zero and Sign In.

  Well, here's one for you gurus of EI.

  THE PROBLEM I AM TRYING TO FIX:

  
  

  Ship a 29.97 progressive YUV QT 10-bit uncompressed file.  However, it seems that they have imported extracts in their project to FCP7 and cut into their sequence without correctly deinterlacing.  If randomly through on the quicktime I come across photos as with this one, with issuance of horizontal field looking thing:

  

  I THINK I SOLVED THE PROBLEM IN AFTER EFFECTS:

  
  

  I have import QT into AE, select the clip, images interpreted.  The only thing I change is:

  Comply with a rate of 29.97

  But if you look at the screenshot below, it looks like all I've done is change the pace of (29.970 fps) to 29.97.  No difference, right?  Don't know what that means extra 0.

  

  Then I did a right click on the QT interval and make a composition, and to my surprise, the problem is gone when I play the composition in the preview window.  I have no idea what I changed, but the horizontal bad deinterlace lines go away on a progressive scan computer monitor that I play the composition.  Even went when I don't have a frame.  In addition, I can play on the composition, SDI, through my Extreme BlackMagic 4 k card and record on my drive SSD HyperDeck BlackMagic SDI signal.  I then import the new Quicktime test, I recorded, and the lines are gone.

  
  

  SO, WHAT'S THE PROBLEM? :

  
  

  So why don't I have just play and record on SSD?  AE does not reproduce the entire file in real time, even with 40 gigabytes of ram assigned to AE.  So, I get stuttering and would start and stop all the time for a 30-minute show.

  I can also make a file that looks like the control screen.  Either I get the same question interlaced, or a new issue of interlacing that looks like this:

  
  

  Because I don't think that there are fields in the original file, AE must do something with shutter angle or motion blur.

  I have a suspicion that play QT perfectly in the control screen because of the motion blur settings available in the advanced composition settings:

  
  

  
  Is the motion blur settings above only operate in the control screen and do not affect the file when rendering output?  I tried various effects of force motion blur, but they didn't have the shutter Angle options and samples per frame, no options for the shutter Phase or Adaptive sample limit.  I want to make what I see in the control screen and what I see when I play on my 4 K decklink extreme card.

  In other words, return exactly what the composition is, how do we make this happen?

  strange you haven't posted on your interpreting field and menu settings drop down. If you check, the image could be essentially interlaced EI. upper or lower is determined by the type of images, size, SD, HD etc.

  as Mylenium said, full resolution needs to see executives and not draft mode either.

  QT deinterlace probably too.

  Since you said striping disappears, I tend to think that's not not 23.976 images 3:2 pulldown or you would go in a cadence important editing issue. I believe you have footage 29.97 interlaced standard.
