composite image / graphic design: how to make it any smaller (and not only one piece at a time)?

Hello

I have a graph I made three or four pieces.  I would now like to make it more small.

If I go to the 'target' round in the Middle, I can make this smaller section, but each of the other sections is still large and become the breakfast of the dog.

Is it possible to do anything (well composed) smaller, all at once?

Thank you

Malcolm

Select the parts and then group them. Now the scale.
