I don't remember adding something new to the computer, but am not sure when it stopped to work with precision.   Thank you for your message.  You said try to update the drivers.  You go to the computer manufacturer's website and download/install the latest driver for your computer?  If this isn't the case, it is the recommended method for updating your drivers.
