Computer HP laptop 17-e119wm: a keyboard at its best?

Recently bought a used laptop certified as soon as I got the keyboard worked fine then I mounted my acc shortly after I logged on my light caps left tried to turn it back on, but it would not then I realized that the f1 to f12 worked I tried ctrl/alt/del did nothing then the competent person semi I googled hp drivers to see the driver updates I'm after the long by updating the drivers I met the bios update it worked after installing the update the keyboard worked, but shortly after the same problem. so far, ive uninstalled the keyboard driver, troubleshoot-done, anyhelp would be appreciated.
