  Hi all

  I need help to install Windows 7 on my imac I have listed all the specs here:

  24 "iMac - early 2009 - Intel Core 2 duo E8135 - 8 GB - running El Capitan

  I have several versions of windows can I install:

  XP Pro, Vista (somewhere), version of 32-bit Windows 7 upgrade, Windows 7 full install the 64-bit version

  The problem I encounter is that, while I was able to install the full version of Windows 7 (64-bit), I am unable to find any version of the Boot Camp software, support that will install properly.  When I try to install the downloaded software when I created my PC boot camp partition it gives me the message "boot camp x 64 is not supported on this computer model."

  Does this mean I can have only a windows partition that is running properly if I buy a 32-bit version of Windows 7?  Is there a way around this, like the installation of Snow Leopard first on my mac and the corresponding version of boot camp.  I guess I could start there and make all the upgrades?

  You're right, the computer is a Probook 6470 B.  I also noticed in your chart that the docking station power is estimated at 90 watts.   How I plugged the power lists 65Watts on etiquette, which may explain why it does not work very well.  I think I must have caught an old powersupply in my bag for laptop computer to my upgrade of the previous work computers.  Another food I have is rated at 90 watts; I'll give this one a try.

• Point Panamoric - problem of lens distortion

  Hello amazing artists there,

  face problems while "stitching" of the panoramic photos I've shot. Basically, of Phtoshop file > automate > Photomerge and Edit > Align/auto-merge of layers works well, but FAIL on the LENS DISTORTION.

  I had tried to remedy with filter > Correction of the lens, but still not get a perfect result.

  Merge layers puts out Photomerge, and then choose Filter - Adaptive Wide Angle in the menus.

  There are videos on how to do floating around, but basically you draw lines along the curved parts you want to be straight, so you can manipulate them.

  It will start to deform the image some SE if I remember.

  I dabbled with it several times, but I remember not really smooth out a pano of the bridge Snake River Gorge in Twin Falls.

  I remember seeing a video tutorial on fixing lens distortions, but I don't remember that video is and who made it. Can someone show me how to correct lens distortion in Photoshop CS4? I shot the photo with a Nikon widen Angel 24mm lens. The picture looks somewhat distorted. Any help is appreciated.

  I have supreme buy Hewlerd PAckard SR1750nx and I have intertwined on the motherboard. Now when I do a scan of the system the computer like hp pavilion a1310 picks it up. How does this happen? I know that the Sr1750nx and the Pavilion has 1310 have the same motherboard. I can make SR1750nx yet so maybe my original restore disk will work.   Here are the specifications of the desktop Compaq Presario SR1750NX and the HP Pavilion Media Center a1310n desktop. You are right in saying that both models use the same motherboard. When you replaced the motherboard, replacing out an a1310n and explains why you see what you're doing. The replacement card has very probably a model different name, product number, serial number, and software build ID then what is printed on your computer. You have 2 choices to fix this;

  (1) take or send the HP computer or a Center authorized service and the "Tattooed" computer with the right information, such as indicated in your case. "Tattoo" is the process of writing of HP/Compaq to the BIOS system information. This service can be a significant cost.

  (2) purchase HP a1310n recovery disks (5092-3066-Windows XP MCE SP2 recovery disc + Supplement 1 (61NAemMPC1/2)) of the third party provider ComputerSurgeons.com

• Incompatible recovery disc with my computer model.

  I have HP Pavilion Notebook dv9074ea. Windows Home Edition SP 3. I just burn two DVD recovery. When I started with the #1 recovery disk, I got the message: this recovery CD is not compatible with your model of computer (paraphrase - my OS is Norwegian). I am very proud of my computers altruism because its creating discs for other recovery models computer, but it is very frustrating for me to be the owner of this particular model.

  One thing struck me as odd however: he says that this 'CD' is not compatible, even if it's a DVD.

  Is this a common problem? Do I have to burn the CD 12 instead of 2 DVDs? (wait, I can't burn a new version, it is a time thing)

  I'm working on a Windows laptop, 8 model, and recently I have been encountering a problem with the touch-pad. Occasionally, for no reason at all, once the mouse pointer icon disappears from view, and I rely on the touchscreen to do my job. Would not a big problem, if all the applications worked fine with my awkwardly-large fingers. I think that the touch-pad of my computer has been disabled somehow. Please let me know how I can fix this problem as soon as possible.

  I would say as a starting point to do two things:

  1. Open the Windows Store app and get the Windows 8.1 update which is pending.  It fixes hundreds of problems.
  2. Go to the website of the manufacturer of your computer (Dell, Acer, HP, etc) and choose your model and download the latest graphics drivers available, they have for you.
