Conditional execution of applications in Windows XP

I want to run a program based on condition. For example, I want to launch bitcomet.exe if internet explorer or google chrome does not run automatically. The program should detect if IE or chrome runs; If it is running then start bitcomet.exe else do not begin to bitcomet.exe... Please someone help me with this... Thanking you in anticipation

    As a beginner, I think it would be good if you had a book or even a few tutorials, since they usually provide you a load of useful information and fill in a load of blanks.  You can find some tutorials here:

    In any case some answers:

    1. as much as you like, screen does not mean only the screen, in this case I think that the principal is used to indicate that it is the screen that is used mostly.

    I have a NI USB-6211 connected and got it in LabView with the niDAQ Wizard.

    But in trying to create a new Application of Windows NI DAQ from the Visual Studio wizard, there is no entry for it. I see that:

    Class library of NOR.

    For c# and VB.

    I guess that the Measurement Studio evaluation version is equal to the professional version.

    So, how can I create a new Application of Windows NI DAQ in Visual Studio?

    It seems that the Application of Windows NI DAQ was installed only for .net 4.5.1 and my default has been set at 4.5.

    I get an Error 1317 when you install the application on windows 7 ultimate.  Always when the application attempts to create menus.  Always the path c:\programData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu

    Some applications if they have a choice to not allow all users on the system to access install ok.

    But more recently Adobe reader 9.3 and lighscribe software and graphic editing software all have had this same problem.  All these products all say they are versions of windows 7.

    I tried to take this path, but it did not help.

    Red flag.  CCcleaner.  If you used to "clean" your registry database, which can cause problems.  CCcleaner is also a good program, but registry cleaners do not help and remove what they think are "unused" entries in the registry that can cause problems later.

    Try to download the Real Player and see if that corrects your problem, but if it is not, you may need to restore your computer to the factory settings by your user guide's instructions.

    When you got your system back as you, I invite you to buy an external hard drive, and a good backup 3rd party program. You can configure it to automatically do everything in time and frequency of your choice. External hard drives 1 TB are about $85 these days and a very good FREE backup program corresponds to the Easeus todo backup free of charge that you can download from
