configurable cache factory config

Hi all

I am configuring CustomCacheFactory using tangosol - override.xml with two parameters. I have a constructor with two params in my TestCacheFactory.

< configurable-cache-factory-config >
> class name < com.test.TestCacheFacory < / class name >
< init-params >
< init-param id = "1" >
java.lang.String < param-type > < / param-type >
< param-value of the property system = "tangosol.coherence.cacheconfig" > coherence-cache-config. XML < / param-value >
< / init-param >
< init-param id = "2" >
type string < param > < / param-type >
Helloeee < param-value > < / param-value >
< / init-param >
< / init-params >
< / configurable cache factory config >

I get exceptions below.

(Packed: could not load the factory) java.lang.InstantiationException
Caused by: java.lang.InstantiationException

at com.tangosol.net.DefaultCacheFactoryBuilder.getDefaultFactory(DefaultCacheFactoryBuilder.java:381)

Concerning
S

Hi S,

The XML code above is not correct, it should look like this:

  com.test.TestCacheFacory

      java.lang.String
      coherence-cache-config.xml

      string
      Helloeee

The first init-param cannot have a id = attribute. The XML code is used to replace the code XML in the tangosol - coherence.xml inside the coherence.jar file and the XML being overloaded without an id for the first init-param attribute you can not have one in your override either.

  • SPA122 configuration file factory?

    Hello world

    I have a SPA122 that I bought at Teksavvy in Toronto, Canada, for use with their VOIP service. I've since changed VOIP providers and I would like to reuse the ATA but it seems be prepopulated with their info, or at least he provisions of their server when factory reset. They insist the device is unlocked and not fixed to their service or subsidized by them, but they are unable to help. The firmware is updated.

    I found a couple of config files on the net to other VOIP providers and I'm able to replace the Teksavvy with them but they are too locked somewhat by the parameters of the respective providers.

    The Cisco or someone here can possibly provide me with a clean, out-of-the-box, commercial version of the config file. I hope that will solve my problem...

    Thank you very much!

    Mike

    Configuration XML file is not the same as the backup of the configuration. It cannot be used for the restoration. You should try to load as a configuration file.

    You must run the server http somewhere, you must place the file of configuration on them, then you must use your browser to open

    http:///admin/resync? http:///.xml

    He will order the phone to download the Setup file of the specified location.

    You can use tftp/ftp server instead of http.

     last thoughts before I trash this unit

    If you have been cheated by the seller (e.g. Unit was sold to you as unlocked) you must return it to them.

  • How to read the extended cache file - config.Xml. in the C++ API

    I want to create my own XML configuration file and set the values of configuration in that, so that the client application in C++ (using C++ API consistency) can access the config files.

    Also how to get the instance of configuration values that read the customer of coherence.

    i.e.
    TangosolCoherenceOverride=$PATH/examples/config/tangosol-coherence-override.xml
    TangosolCoherenceCacheconfig=$PATH/examples/config/extend-cache-config.xml

    How to get the instance of this XMLDocument object? and read the values of the.

    Thank you
    Naveen

    Hello

    You can get the config cache that was read by recovering of the ConfigurableCacheFatory (which you can get the CacheFactory) by getConfig(). See:
    http://download.Oracle.com/otn_hosted_doc/coherence/352CPP/classcoherence_1_1net_1_1_cache_factory.html
    http://download.Oracle.com/otn_hosted_doc/coherence/352CPP/classcoherence_1_1net_1_1_configurable_cache_factory.html

    There is no way to get the real XmlDocument object in the cluster that is played for the config-cluster (if you could open the same way yourself).

    Thank you

  • Deployment configuration, review, Jabber - config.Xml

    Hi all

    Doing my best to get better acquainted with Jabber and its configuration and to improve its functionality beyond the current "It works", but I have meet some roadblocks, including a few I will detail here.

    The first thing I wanted to address was last updated the file config.xml - jabber with some specific parameters common to our business, trivial as failing for the landline phone rather than the phone software, to things more as actually specifying a server update here on the premise. The first and perhaps the main question I have is trying to deploy this file (the one I created using jabber - config.html). I can't yet confirm that I have configured correctly because I can't deploy in the way I want.

    Currently, jabber - config.xml does not live locally on my PC. There is a jabberlocalconfig.xml, but no jabber-config. I found on the TFTP server, i.e. a config.xml file - jabber in the list of downloaded files, so I guess it's crazy. Maybe not. I would like to deploy the file I created in this very way, but until I can test it locally, I am not prepared to transfer to the masses (assuming again, it grows at all). I tried to empty this file in the configuration file local under AppsData\Roaming...etc etc and even deleted all files jabberlocalconfig (she and her backup) before spinning towards the top of Jabber, but the moment that Jabber launches, the config.xml file - JAB is deleted and soon replaced by the file jabberlocalconfig (now ' white' (no previous stored parameters)).

    My first thought is that jabberlocal is perhaps a reflection of the config.xml file - jabber being pushed down, and our implementation partner did nothing to customize. Download my file to TFTP could probably solve the problem. Before that, I would have preferred to go over all that happens with the existing jabber-config on TFTP file, but I can't seem to download, CLI tftp SERVER get jabber - config.xml, either through the http://SERVER:6790 / jabber-config. Be able to see the existing file would allow me to compare it to what is recreated and perhaps to make sense of it.

    The other idea is just that maybe jabberlocal is just ignorant jabber-config and for some reason, the local settings are common. Similarly, maybe jabber-config is not yet pushed. I restart the TFTP service on the pub and the sub as a Hail Mary of all kinds.

    TL; DR: Is there a way I can download a copy of the file config.xml - jabber in show in the TFTP on CUCM files list so that I can see him again? Is it supposed to be a local copy of a config xml file called jabber - config.xml, or the local copy of the configuration settings is called something else? Is there a way I can deploy a jabber - updated config.xml to date the only Jabber user (me) for testing purposes before pushing it at all without that crushing the Jabber Client at startup?

    Bonus questions:

    1.) something else I wanted to address this custom configuration jabber has been getting images of work on our fleet of iPad/iPhone. Another thread suggested here that you may need allow photos contact EDI collection methods and BDI host Windows and non-windows. Is it true, or is there a simple method to import photos that satisfied both environments?

    2.) was the control of menu updates to Jabber 10.6.x? I remember seeing it on 10.5.x (and having it fail because I do not think that it either has been implemented at the time), but I could not find in the menu to 10.6.2. Maybe he'll show up if I can get this config file (which I hope correctly pointing to updated web site) or maybe the functionality has been decommissioned.

    My apologies if this sounds elementary, I'm still learning the tricks of the trade with this kind of thing.

    You can download the same as a file for setting up the phone

    http://docwiki.Cisco.com/wiki/Endpoints_FAQ#How_to_download_a_phone_.cnf...

    And Jabber documentation also covers this:

    To verify that the configuration file is available on your TFTP server, open the configuration file in any browser. As a general rule, you can access the global configuration file to the following ADDRESS: http://tftp_server_address:6970 / jabber - config.Xml

    No, in 10.6 there no local copy, only in previous versions.

    Yes, jabber documentation covers how to define the scope of support for Cisco, so you can use a specific configuration for certain endpoints, it applies only to the J4W and J4M. For Jabber clients which do not show the field of support, you can't anything in addition to the default config file

    On photos and directory, Yes, config EDI applies only to the J4W, all other clients, require the BDI config to work. If you have a mix, you need two directory entries configured.

    I'm running 10.6.1 and I do not see the verification of updates, very probably, you must enable and configure the feature appears, I have not tested in my lab.

    Hi Mike, the built-in client for MAC does not work with the RV220W. The reason is, the MAC IPSec client is the same as the Cisco VPN 5.x client.

    The reason that this is important is that the 5.x client work that on certain small business products include the SRP500 and SA500 series.

    I would recommend that you search by using a client VPN as Greenbow or IPSecuritas.

  • Why ADFPhaseListener not configured in faces - config.xml in JDeveloper 11 g?

    I expect something like that in the faces-config. XML when you use links ADF as shown in the Guide of Oracle Application Development Framework Developer 10 g Release 3:

    When an ADF Faces component bound to an ADF data control is inserted into a JSF page for the first time, JDeveloper adds the PhaseListener ADF in faces - config.Xml.

    * < faces-config xmlns = "http://java.sun.com/JSF/Configuration" > *.
    *...*
    * < cycle of life >
    * <>phase listener *.
    oracle.adf.controller.faces.lifecycle.ADFPhaseListener
    * < / phase listener > *.
    * < / life cycle > *.
    *...*
    * < / faces-config > *.

    But I don't see that this has generated in faces - config.xml, even in the demo storefront.
    How really the ADF PageLifeCycle is in the image in the ADF?

  • "Not able to write to the configuration file" when config editor in the admin tab

    Hi guys,.

    I have install OBIEE 10.3.3.4 on a GNU / linux RH (with OS user obiee) and Oracle Application Server 10.1.3.1 on the same box (with OS user oraias).

    When I want to change some settings in the admin tab of BI publisher (administrator/administrator under the name of login/pass) and click "apply."
    I get the error "could not write to the configuration file. Once I changed the configuration to 777 properties, the error is still there. And I also try to change the SECURITY MODEL to the MEO, but still no use.

    I did a test, for example, when I change something in the admin - JDBC - Oracle BIEE and apply then I got the error. If I update xmlp/DataSource/datasources.xml manually, the change can be seen after that I opened the admin of page - JDBC - Oracle BIEE. That means I have find the right file and the file access properties is ok.

    Other parameters such as the Scheduler Configuration, I had the same error when apply. But the "Test connection" and "Installation diagram" function.

    Can someone give me some advice on this? Thank you

    In what way is your xmlp? You are absolutely sure that the user of the OAS (oraias) can write to this file? If you have used another user for OBIEE then your will need to change the owner of the file or put them in the same group, and change the file permissions.

    The best way to ask your system administrator. Normally in the installation of VMware you can give what you want, but if you do a company its best way to take your comments or support to administration system

  • Problems with the example of consistency

    Hello

    I'm trying to generate the example of coherence coherence (JSP) 3.7.1. My environment is Oracle Enterprise Linux 6.6 (64 bit), JDK 1.6.0_43 (64-bit) and WebLogic Server 10.3.6 (64-bit).

    I downloaded the form consistency-java - 3.7.1.0 b 27797 Oracle and extract the coherence.jar file and place it in the WEB-INF/lib folder.

    When I try now this example (JSP) I get error "failed to apply the substitution of the element: / tangosol-coherence - override.xml» I know there's a similar thread in the (Problem of Test HelloWorld) forum about this problem but I tried all the suggestions with the chance no. (and find no way to add this question to the thread).

    I'm using eclipse and even in the eclipse editor complained that the < cluster-config tag is not known.

    I unpacked the coherence.jar and found that a lot of configuration in the coherence.jar, the files are stored without permissions and I can't read them. Is this normal? May be that the cause of the problem?

    I get the error message is:

  • authentication based on the host: < - address of the host > is ignored

    Hi guys,.

    I try authentication based on the host to the cluster nodes. but the nodes are not authenticated at all, even a knot on a host not specified in the configuration is joining the cluster and newspapers are absolutely perfect. Can't understand why <-host address > is ignored?

    Here is my config:
    <coherence xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns="http://xmlns.oracle.com/coherence/coherence-operational-config"

         <authorized-hosts>
                         <host-address id="1">10.152.21.52</host-address>
             <host-address id="2">10.152.21.53</host-address>

                </init-params>
             </configurable-cache-factory-config>
    </coherence>
    However, if I use <-host range > instead of <-host address > it works quite well and trying to reach any node a host outside the specified range cluster it gets and exception 'this member is not allowed to join the cluster' as expected.

    Any ideas why <-host address > is completely ignored? I'm misssing something stupid?

    Thank you
    D

    Hi D,

    It looks like a bug in consistency for me due to the fact that the tangosol - default coherence.xml file contains an empty host range in the section authorized hosts. Even if you overloaded authorized hosts this empty beach is always included in the Cluster configuration, then the class that reads this part of the configuration is messed up.

    Specifically, in your case, the XML from your substitution file combined with the default settings in tangosol - coherence.xml would look like this...

            10.152.21.52
            10.152.21.53
            10.152.21.54

    .. .who processing does not create a filter to authorized hosts.

    Here's a test case...

    String XML = "" +
            "    " +
            "        " +
            "        " +
            "            " +
            "            " +
            "        " +
            "        10.152.21.52" +
            "        10.152.21.53" +
            "        10.152.21.54 " +
            "    " +
            "";

    XmlDocument xml = XmlHelper.loadXml(XML);
    LegacyXmlClusterDependencies deps = new LegacyXmlClusterDependencies();
    deps.fromXml(xml);
    Filter authHostsFilter = deps.getAuthorizedHostFilter();
    // Oops... authHostsFilter is null!

    If you delete the Virgin beach of the XML in the test and run again you get a filter.

  • Page does not, while configuring the ADF security

    Hello world

    I use Jdeveloper 12 c, and my problem is stated as:

    I developed an application in jdeveloper 11g, then I migrated it to 12 c. He was executed successfully on my own laptop. Can I send it to my client, when the client tried to run on integrated WLS, the Index.jsf (first page to run) is stuck. When he removed the ADF security configuration it run correctly. But once again, once set up, he gave the same problem means Index.jsf gets stuck and tries to reload and reload and reload, but nothing happens.

    In any case, my paper is here:

    Best regards,

    Mudi

    What kind of security is implemented in the server that falls out?

    There are a lot of

    <[Security:090739]The sql="" statement="" for="" sqladdmembertogroup="" does="" not="" appear="" to="" be="" correct="">

    way of errors before starting the application to deploy.

    So, I see spaces in the path to the installed jdev. This can cause all sorts of trouble.

  • JCache: No CachingProviders have been configured.

    I have a simple pom.xml with the following... (pots of coherence are installed in my local .m2 repo and I can see them be picked up ok in the classpath)

    < dependencies >

    < dependence >

    < groupId >javax.cache< /groupId>

    < artifactId api cache- >< /artifactId>

    < version >1.0.0< /version>

    </ dependence

    <addiction>

    < artifactId >consistency-jcache< /artifactId>

    < version >12.1.3< /version>

    </ dependence >

    </ dependencies

    And a simple method of hand...

    Acquire the default cache provider
    CachingProvider cachingProvider = cached. getCachingProvider ();

    Acquire the default cache manager
    CacheManager Manager = cachingProvider.getCacheManager ();

    I also tried with defining explicitly the cache provider...

    com.tangosol.coherence.jcache.CoherenceBasedCachingProvider

    But for some reason, this class doesn't seem to be in the coherence-jcache - 12.1.3.jar I.

    FYI, I downloaded the jars of http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/coherence/downloads/index.html consistency

    and used the installation program.

    Thank you

    David.

    I'm not sure how you will provide coherence - jcache.jar mvn. To address your concern that JCache is absent from your download

    I check works market, the first documented example JCache.

    I downloaded the installation of autonomous consistency of the url that you referenced and used the graphical installer to install consistency.

    With jdk 6 and jdk8, I confirmed that the JCache example http://docs.oracle.com/middleware/1213/coherence/develop-applications/jcache_example.htm#COHDG5789

    working in the vats of coherence downloaded.

    Here is the relevant components in coherence - jcache.jar.

    $ jar tvf $COHERENCE_HOME/lib/coherence-jcache.jar | grep CoherenceBasedCachingProvider

    846 Fri May 16 03:14:26 EDT 2014 com/tangosol/coherence/jcache/CoherenceBasedCachingProvider$1.class

    11989 Fri May 16 03:14:26 EDT 2014 com/tangosol/coherence/jcache/CoherenceBasedCachingProvider.class

    $ jar tvf $COHERENCE_HOME/lib/coherence-jcache.jar | services of grep

    0 Fri May 16 03:14:26 EDT 2014 META - INF / services /.

    59 Fri May 16 03:14:26 EDT 2014 META-INF/services/javax.cache.spi.CachingProvider

    Using the JDK 6 charger service, the consistency services file - jcache.jar has a reference to CoherenceBasedCachingProvider.

    This is how the caching API enters the default implementation for JCache.

    *********

    Please find attached for your convenience a zip file with the files of the example first JCache.

    Unzip this file and modify the compilerun.sh script

    release of the property system COHERENCE_HOME variable to point to your installation of coherence and JAVA_HOME to point to JDK 6 or higher.

    The script assumes a unix system, if being of running on windows, follow the commands in the documentation example JCache which are in windows format.

    Here is the result of running the script.

    Looks like the WLS can keep crumbs, even after the closure of all the servers and tmp files and cache cleaning. I dropped the server example environment and started from scratch with my app and the cache, and now it works fine.

  • Coherence 12 c - JMX Management Node starts

    Hello

    Recently we have improved our cluster of coherence version stand alone from 3.7 to 12 c,.

    as a result we are more able to start a JMX management Node.

    Startup fails with:

    'Cannot use the class com.tangosol.net.ExtensibleConfigurableCacheFactory' (see full log below).

    We noticed that ExtensibleConfigurableCacheFactory.class belongs to the coherence.jar, added in version 12 c.

    "JMX Management Node startup script built according to ' 17.3.1 from a JMX management node ' in the getting started with the Oracle coherence - 12 c Release 2 (12.1.0.2) Management Pack

    Management agents updated to version 12.1.0.3, the coherenceEMIntg.jar and the bulkoperationsmbean.jar identical to that previous version 3.7.

    From script:
