Configuration Manager: adobe-rca-core - service.jar deployed but not started

I just installed Solution Accelerators. Now I'm in configuration Manager. Unfortunately, I got a warning: (translated since I'm German) "adobe-rca-core-services - dsc.jar is deployed, but currently don't not running." (German: "adobe-rca-core-services - dsc.jar ist new, wird aber zurzeit nicht ausgeführt.")

Windows Update?  If it is standard, and it does not install, is there a way to reinstall the service?  I found a link on the Dell site that got copy tbssvc.dll from a work computer, paste it to a computer for non-working, create new registry keys and register the dll from the registry.  It works, but I prefer not to go down this rabbit hole if there is a simpler solution.  Thanks for your help.

    Thank you for taking the time to answer.  In fact, thanks to some Google-ing, was able to find and correct the problem.  The problem started when I tried to install and check one of Teradata JDBC driver.  When I tried to stop and restart the service, he shuts down.  Then would start again.

    I discovered the SERVER. JOURNAL file should tell you exactly what is wrong, and he did.  He showed an invalid character in 4 places in the file of neo - datasource.xml (in the C:\ColdFusion9\lib folder).  So my options were to remove invalid characters, or replace the file neo - datasource.xml with the last good backup of work.

    When this file is corrupted, the. BAK version is used, and then he'll corrupt when you attempt to stop - resume service, and you end up with no backup (.) BAK file). Fortunately, I had an another working version of the file on another computer (even configured like this).  So I copied on my computer and I replaced the bad, then restarted (could have stopped and restarted the service, but has decided to re-start, that does the same thing).

    The CF Admin started normally.  I was then able to install correctly the of Teradata JDBC driver.  The cause of the problem was that I didn't have to also register the tdgssconfig.jar file in the section of the FMV of CF Admin (even if the instructions that I told the class driver 4 did not require this file, and that the CF he would not know).  But apparently it is necessary.

    In any case, after all this, the drivers JDBC Teradata successfully verified.  My test of CF server is now more the connection with the data warehouse of company in Houston, more than 1,000 miles away, using the newly installed JDBC drivers.  Queries and and.     You can perform a scan of the SFC (System File Checker). It lists all the issues and will also retrieve all files if necessary.

    Follow the steps below to perform a Scan of the SFC.

    a. click Start, click programs, on Accessoriesprincipally made, right click guestand then click run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click allow


    b. type the following command and press ENTER:

    sfc/scannow


    A message appears indicating that "the system scan will start. Be patient because the scan can take some time.


    c. If all files require a SFC replace will replace them. You may be asked to insert your Win7 DVD for this process to continue.


    d. If everything is correct you should, after the scan, see the following message "resource protection Windows not found any breach of integrity".


    e. once the scan is finished, close the command prompt window, restart the computer and check.
