Confirm: Have 4 snapshots; to remove average snapshots 2, leaving the first and last

I thought I knew this, but confused me after having looked further. ESXi 5.5 U2. I have a virtual machine that has 4 pictures:

2015 12-30

2016 01-04

2016 01-05-morning

2016 01-05-night (latest snapshot)

I like to keep the snapshot from 2015-12-30 and the last 2016-01-05-night. Do not the other 2; We won't be going back to these snapshots, but you may have to return to the State from 30-12-2015 or 2016-01-05-evening.

So I can just delete 2 snapshots medium, correct? And yet still be able to return to the State from 30-12-2015 or 2016-01-05-night, if necessary?

But regardless of what order that I remove them? Can I just remove the sequentially (i.e. delete 2016-01-04 and then 2016-01-05-morning)?

Sorry if this seems to be a newbie question, but I never deleted a few shots, leaving others like this. I've removed all the or just deleted the most recent; I never deleted snapshots in the middle of a sequence like this before.

Screenshot of snapshots attached.

Well, let me explain how...

Created virtual MACHINE Original.vmdk

2015-12-30 snapshot created.  00001.VMDK - original created for changes.

2016 01-04 created snapshot.  00002.VMDK - original created for changes.

2016 01-05-morning snapshot created.  origianl - created 00003.vmdk for the changes.

2016 01-05-night snapshot created.  00004.VMDK - original created for changes.

When you remove 04-01-2016 and 2016-01-05-morning snapshots, these changes are rolled in the original - 00004.vmdk, so if return you to this snapshot, it contains everything, instead of having data access between 3 different VMDK.

That explain better?
