  I'm trying to open a program called ZoomBrowser EX (he is a Canon utility) and every time I get the message "ZoomBrowser EX is opened by another user.  "You'll have to switch users and close ZoomBrowser EX, before continuing" since I was the only "user", I never created on this computer, the statement is quite impossible. • Users cannot install the update of my application and impossible to reinstall the application.

  I have an App World app, the first time, it's a free app (ver: 0.9), but later I changed it for a paid app. recently, I published a new version of this app (ver: 1.0) and free package upgrade.

  But users who have installed my app when it's free cannot install the update!

  I Can't download the update. I keep getting the following error "There was a problem installing...please try again." I've retried many times and reset my device but nothing works.

  It is really strange, what do I do?

  I feel your pain, but you can't do much. This is a known issue with AppWorld during the passage of the free paid, thats why this option is no longer available for providers.

  The only way to mitigate the damage, push a paid upgrade, say version 1.1. Make sure that the upgrade price paid matches the original price of app, otherwise it would be confusing to users.

  Advantages of such an approach:

  -Users who want to pay will be able to download the upgrade, you get the money

  Disadvantages:

  -You will get a lot of negative comments from users who have as free version

  -Those who have already purchased as paid app will have to pay to upgrade too

  Hello.

  I have a legend of rolling I want that the learner to use before they can move to the next slide.  I don't know if I need to use a tip action or would it be better to use a click box.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  Don't apologize, I know that there is no breakthrough book around anywhere. Maybe once I take my courage and start with it. I am using Captivate version 1 on, but really plunged into it with version 4.

  Have tried so much to persuade users to replace the old buttons by form buttons, not only on my blog, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, but also at webinars for Adobe. For your case, either you have buttons shape on a slide, and indeed, you are right, in this case, you do not to apply this model of slides to the first/last slide. But you can also time such a button for the rest of the project. Which allows much more control because you will be able to start the Back only on the second slide button, and to hide the next button on the last slide because you have an identifier for keys that is not the case for the buttons on Master slides.

  We have some problems with people explicitly have decompressed the files in separate directories. As a 'Directions' note on the download at http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/database/oracle11g/112010_linuxsoft.html page, perhaps a simple clarification of the decompression procedure - "unzip the files to the same directory" - could avoid confusion of users.

• Why is the box allow cutting down

  It seems that you have accidentally activated a function of access designed to avoid confusion for users with screen reader software. You can turn off here:

  "3-bar" menu button (or tools) > Options > advanced > general mini-onglet

  In the upper part, uncheck the box "warn me when websites try to redirect or reload the page.

• The exported photos do not appear in the Finder

  I just discovered a quirk in the photos that might confuse some users how it confused me for a while.   It seemed to me to export successfully to the photos and videos from the photos app in a folder on my desktop, but they do not. Everything seemed to work. What was wrong?

  I used the Terminal command to "show all files" and... that is, they were there exactly where I put them. What happened is that I have selected 'use the title' for the name of the file, but I had deleted all the titles, there is no information. Now I realize that I would have changed my preference finder to show all file extensions, and would have shown the speed to the top with nothing else than the extension:

  .jpg (3)

  etc.

  The lesson is, do not delete your pictures titles or if you do, do not export your photos by selecting this option.

  I tried to reproduce this, and of course, I see the same thing on OS X 10.11.4.  The problem is, that a title erasing does not remove the title but creates a blank title, so that the picture has a title that is invisible.

  As a test, import three new photos to multiple:

  

  The first has a title, the other had a title, but deleted, the third party has never had a title.

  When I select and export with title use 'as filename', only two photos will be displayed in the Finder.

  The problem is, that deleting a title does not remove the title, but adds an empty title. If the photos are exported with the filename ".jpg".

  And even make the Finder always show file extensions will not reveal the exported '.jpg' files in the Finder.

  

  As a workaround solution, do not erase the title completely, but use an underscore character, as in the empty title '_' or similar. There needs to be a visible figure, a space is not enough.

• Time Machine restore

  I bought a new iMac to replace my current (which is running El Capitan, I might add), but it is not until a few days after my old one was shipped to its new owner. I also have an Apple. Time Machine. Am I right in thinking that I'll be able to transfer data to the new Mac, once it arrives directly from a backup Time Machine, using the Migration or even Installation Wizard, without needing access to the old machine? And if so, no doubt I could speed up the process by temporarily connecting the TM for the new Mac using a cable?

  You are right on both points, BUT because things go, sometimes bad things when technology is involved, it would be wise to get a second external hard drive and make an exact clone of your existing system, where you could retrieve if something goes south. Relying on a single backup TM to restore your entire system is playing with fire.

  To avoid any confusion on users use Assistant settings.

  I have a Mac laptop computer: my computer has Sophos Anti-virus (9.4.0) and Safari is my internet browser (6.1.6). I think I use OS X Mountain Lion; I may have improved at El Capitan and forgotten.

  About a week ago while watching images of DeviantART on Google, I noticed links to a Web site called OkeyShare. It is a fake website claiming to have work and artists from DeviantART and redirects elsewhere so clicked on user. I did a little research and found that it caused some confusion among users of DeviantART. It is one of the journals a user has posted the question: http://theinfiniteglow.deviantart.com/journal/OkeyShare-What-the-crap-is-this-th ing-562902521. Users are naturally questioned that their job done apparently to an unknown site; Some have had experiences by clicking on a link OkeyShare that claims to have their work on it and redirected to places like hidereferrer.net, imageol, an announcement of coupons jcpenny or site and even some sites of po'rn. Some speculate that it is a "click-bait' scam and hope only these sites don't transmit malicious programs. Needless to say that I have set out to avoid OkeyShare.

  However, this morning I googled the title of an image specific to DeviantART and accidentally clicked on a link to OkeyShare. I think that I managed to click the previous page before he completely redirected me to wherever he went and deleted from my history of Safari. However, in Safari preferences I found OkeyShare and hidereferrer.net cookies so I removed the. I scanned my Mac with Sophos Anti-virus and it came back with "no threat found".

  What I want to ask is if anyone on this community has heard of OkeyShare, hidereferrer.net or imageol, and they know the potential dangers. Is someone can also tell me what is "click-bait?

  If you are worried that your have been infected with malicious software simply by visiting a Web site, you don't need to be. This does not happen. You must get rid of "Sophos," which is worse than useless.

• Why my coupons, images or background colors do not print?

  Most of the newer versions of browsers have the option to disable background printing web page, images, etc to save int. This causes some confusion for users who design their email with the color or the background of the image, or some coupon sites. What you need to do is to turn the background image/color printing on when you actually need received their approval.

  For Internet Explorer:

• Loops For parallel within a Structure of case - one or more threads?

  I wonder if I put parallel for loops within a structure of business will be to the loops have their own thread, or run in the same thread?

  I think it would be a thread, but then I saw this post when looking on the forums to check.  Alas, I ask directly.

  I created the parallel for loops to improve the performance. (I'm in BT 8.5, if do not have the option of clever parallelization by right-clicking the loop for).   The parallel loops have the same code in each (I know I do the reentrant subVIs).  I wanted to put a case around the loop structure, so that they do not run if there is a mistake in them (I have a master/slave updated structure the where the for loops are slaves) because the code inside the for loops is 1) depends on correct data of the master and 2) by the high-performance computing I want to skip execution of loops if the master has a stop command.  Otherwise, errors are likely to be generated in the slaves because of incorrect data by the captain or the judgment happens quickly, which can confuse the user.

  Each loop will run on its own thread and they will work in parallel. The only downside would be if they call them both the same Subvi and the Subvi is not reentrant. Besides, any shared call which blocks will result in two loops is not able to run completely independently.

  1. I even need key to shown in multiple tabs (and not just on one...). For example, in my .vi I button on the first page, I want same touches also on page 2. How can I do?

  For example I have value 'up' and 'down '. When I pressed a button, I would that this two values automatically replaces the other.  Also labels must be replaced.

  This is a small project of how you can enforce the order of execution with a wire of error.

  (But I agree that there are probably much better ways of doing things. It is generally discouraged to distort the user interface, because it confuses the user and allows a user inconsitent experience.)

• Where the day before on a 700 wireless keyboard?

  I bought a Wireless deskset, 700, worm. 2 and cannot find a way to tell the computer in standby mode.  My OS is XP, sp3.  The keyboard has an A on the cap lock key and a 1 press the locking num without explanation.  No documentation in the instructions.

  The caps lock has a capital ("capital") Letter A, and the NumLock key is the graphical number '1' as a reminder (i.e., an icon) what do the keys.

  When the caps lock shift key is enabled, you press a button any alphabetical gives the corresponding uppercase letter.  There is usually a light top right of the keyboard that lets you know when caps lock is "on".

• Sansafix - build m3u support to allow absolute paths?

  @Sansafix - it would be possible to strengthen the support for m3u to allow absolute paths?  I answered 1 million messages on "why my playlist is empty" and it's always because of the absolute vs relative path problem.  Unfortunately, many popular tools use absolute paths in m3u playlists.  And even more unfortunately, many do not allow relative paths option.  It's particularly frustrating and confusing to users because the absolute paths are valid, it's just that the player is not correctly interpret.

  Winamp is an excellent example.  It's a great tool and synchronization capabilities are great, but playlists m3u synchronized always have absolute paths.

  It seems that this should be a simple thing to implement and it would solve virtually all the problems user with m3u playlists.  There are chances that this could happen?
