Hello, I have a series of Sony VAIO F laptop running on Windows 8.

I want to upgrade to win10, and I know I should update to win 8.1 first.

so I try to do with the store, but when I open the store I see "we were not able to connect to the Bank... ».

I try with the local and the Microsoft account, also I can create a new local account but I can't access it. :|

I want you to try the following methods to resolve the problem.

Method 1: Make sure that User Account Control (UAC) is enabled.

Press the Windows key and from the splash screen, type "UAC" and on the right, select settings.
Select change user account control settings and check here.

Method 2: Check the Date & time zone is correct:

Follow these steps to change the time.

a. double-click the current time on the lower right of your screen.

b. then click Change hour date, then click on the button to change time zone

c. Select your time zone and the tick to automatically adjust clock for the time being, then press OK

d. press on apply, then OK.

Method 3:run network troubleshooting and check if you can connect where you will store.

Follow the steps to run the network troubleshooter utility:

a. press the keys Windows + C on your keyboard to show the charms.

b. type Troubleshooting , and then clicksolving problems under settings.

c. now, tap network troubleshooting in the optionSearch .

d. click utility troubleshooting network to run the troubleshooter.

Method 4: If you use a proxy connection, then try to disable the proxy and then check if the problem persists.

Follow the steps to disable the proxy:

a. open Internet Explorer

b. click on the Tools buttonand then click onInternet Options

c. click on the Connections taband then clickLAN settings

d. uncheck it Server Proxy use.

e. click on apply then Ok to save the changes.

Now, check if you can access store.

Method 5: Store reset cache.

Follow the steps and check out them.
(a) right click on the start screen
(b) click on run
Type c) in WSReset.exe
(d) press enter
(e) restart the computer and check.

Method 6: analysis Run SFC

(a) right click on the lower left corner of the screen and select 'Admin command prompt.
(b) type following command, and then press ENTER: "sfc/scannow".

Method 7: I suggest that you disable the antivirus installed on the computer.

When you disable Antivirus:

Important note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you need to disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network, while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

    for the date/time properties, an object called UsiTimeDisp is returned. This object allows to that extend features of service as access to each part separately (day, year, hour, seconds,...) of your date/time value. If you want to print the value of time with MessageBoxDisp, you can use the VariantDate this object property.

    I tried to fix this in any way I can. I ran across many solutions I found in research on the web - including all standards on the Microsoft Web sites.  Here's the situation

    1. I can connect to Microsoft sites. I know that my current password.
    2. my computer can access the internet. That's how I send you this message.
    3. whenever I try to run the store I get this message:
    "We could not connect to the Bank. This could have happened due to a server problem or network connection has expired. Please wait a few minutes and try again. »
    The resolution of the problems of running Windows accounts is not find and fix the problem. Wsreset.exe running does not work. I get a similar error message when I try to move from a local to a network account and I get this message:
    "Sorry, we could not connect to the Microsoft services right now. If the problem persists, look for 'referee' on the start screen. »
    I have NO problem with the network.
    It's nonsense. I lost a lot of time on it, and NOTHING I can find with web research is any help.  There is a SIMPLE thing wrong with my computer, and none of your standard answers for this problem solve. If you need to dig deep and not just stick in the standard of the answer to this question.
    And no I'm not going to refresh my PC. It would literally take me DAYS to reinstall all my software.  If Windows seems to work perfectly except this problem there must be a way to solve this problem without going nuclear.

    I find the solution is to reinstall Windows 8 in place.

    I am lucky to have a Windows 8 Pro DVD, but the same thing works if you installed from an ISO on a USB key.  Just put the multimedia elements, and then run the installer on the DVD/USB button and select repair installation.

    What it does is essentially the Windows 8, Windows 8 upgrade, keep your applications and settings.

    This isn't a choice you get if you go to the options of repair installed Windows 8 - he, the only choices involve losing all your applications and settings.

    I have 2 ESXi4 hosts connected to a SAN, iSCSI via a switch.  I have server vSphere and HA but not DRS.  The switch has rebooted unexpectedly, that caused a rupture between the hosts and the storage where the virtual machines.  I expected the VMs system crashing, but it seems that they will switch off in an orderly fashion.

    After the reboot of the switch, the virtual machines automatically power (as has been fixed in my vSphere client)

    So was power off start function / stop into my vSphere client settings?  I don't see anything in the newspapers about HA and I didn't think it was a function of HA.

    Check the properties of VMware HA (in cluster settings).

    You will see that the response of isolation is set to shutdown the virtual machine.

    Isolation is when a host to see that he can not ping person.

    If you restart the switch that all guests get in isolation mode.

    Since the upgrade to IOS 10 my iPhone 6 with stubbornly refuses to connect to the App store. The error message is "unable to connect to the app store, try again."

    I m not very good if you could use this since there is no special software for MAC OS leopard.
    But the TOSHIBA StorE TV supports a common USB port and can be connected to the mac / laptop using the common USB plug a cable play

    Perhaps that the MAC will recognize this external USB device automatically and you won't need to install any software or drivers
