Connect to the database but cant &; quot; See &; quot; tables
I just hooked up with a new host, I worked with .asp pages in the past and been able to login and use data in a database, I'm not a complete fool when it comes to the object.I know that this is not the best way to go about this, but I use MICROSOFT ACCESS to my database and do not want to spend all my data to a sql database.
With this new host, I am able to make a success (dreamweaver) relax properly connected message connecting to my database. However when I go to create any type of Recordset, I can't 'see' tables or data in my database.
I spent hours with their online technical support (I can't reach them on the phone) and got 0 help from them as well as not having the problem solved.
Someone at - he had this problem before and was able to get out or understand what is the problem?
I use the new host as my remote connection and my test server.
It looks like the same question and you need to install the extension over the other stuff. so this page and scroll up to where it talks about the issue:

Hi all..
It's SOA 11.1.1.7... I created the schema and storage via RCU but when I try to configure JDBS schema components... his throw this error:
CFGFWK-60850: the Test failed!
CFGFWK-60853: A connection to the database, but no lines have been returned to the examination of the SQL query.
I created 3 users of UCR and who were all successful, because I have no error... of these three alone is managed in the configuration tree SOA...
No idea why like that...
Thank you

This that I solved it by installing EMP 11.1.2.2 with UCR and SOA 11.1.1.6...

WUMC710 connected to the router, but can not see internet
My media WUMC710 connector on my router Netgear Nighthawk AC1900 double band on the first try. Can see the MAC address in the connected devices list when you are connected to the router. However, the devices connected to the WUMC710 cannot connect to the internet. Tried TV, Blue-Ray and laptop. All other devices on the wireless network properly.
What is the problem?
Fixed a problem with the update of the firmware of the router. WUMC710 works great!

NO OSPF routes in the database, but in the Routing Table (read you correct)
Hi all
I have a lab of two roads R1 & R2 (connected with Ethernet link) like:<------------------>R1, R2
I can see, OSPF learned routes are Routing Table, but not in the database (read you right).
How can it be possible? I saw the other direction several times i.e. the routes in the database but not in the routing table (like, VPN L3 remote end when we use the ability VRF-lite, or we try to remove from the interarea road of the LSA, but that is not the concern here)
I captured a few newspapers & running Setup two routers. Please check and let me know what I am doing wrong.
I erased the OSPF neighborship several times but still the same. Tried to bounce e1/1 on R2, but no luck.

Hello
an OSPF router generates only a router-LSA (Type-1) by Area.This router-LSA contains a list with all the links in this area.
You can see your telesignalisations with 'show ip ospf router of database' - 'show ip ospf database' rather an overview:
Router Link States (Area 0)Link ID ADV Router Age Seq# Checksum Link count9.9.12.1 9.9.12.1 326 0x80000028 0x00BE86 3
Router 9.9.12.1 announces a router-LSA for area 0 and the LSA contains 3 links. Apparently, you created the Loopback IPs when adjacency was already formed, if not the router ID would be defined the highest loopback IP (maybe that's the reason for your confusion). HTHRolf -
Unable to connect to the database. adbldxml.pl
I've updated 11.1.0.7 12.1.0.2 database database with a 12.1.3 apps
I produced the apps appsutip.zip and copied to the 12.1.0 oracle home
but when I run perl adbldxml.pl in appsutil/bin and answering questions that I can't connect to the database
Hello
When I run the listener his race of my former oracle home how change that
You must stop the listener of the old House and new start home. You may need to copy all the files from the old House to the new house network and change the oracle home location in all the files manually (or) you can configure the new listener of 12 at home.
To get an idea please see my blogpost:

Impdp not connect to the database without error returns
Kind regards.
Please ask your usual support, motivated, that I am facing a strange problem.
I recently did an expdp of different actions, the database on which the export is carried out version 10.2.0.4 Now, I'm doing impdp on a database whose version is 10.2.0.5.
The Datapump not return any errors, does not seem to connect to the database, the impdp log shows:
;;;
Import: Version 10.2.0.5.0 - 64 bit Production on Friday, August 7, 2015 11:13:43

;;;
Connected to: Oracle Database 10 g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.5.0 - 64 bit Production
With the partitioning, Data Mining and Real Application Testing options
I wonder if this is a bug or compatibility of version of the problem.Thanks in advance.
Best regards.
The first thing I see is that you specify on the impdp command expdp.par. This can work, but don't forget, there are expdp parameters that do not work in impdp. This should give an error, but not knowing what is in the file, it is difficult to see what might happen.
You can add trace = ff0b00 and then watch to see is it y * dw*.trc files were created. If not, then it is failing in the treatment of your settings and you want to in the last * dm*.trc file can help out you.

Hi al l,.
This is the first time I use sql developer, I downloaded the version Version 4.0.2.15 build 15.21, downloaded the jdk.
and it works fine, but I can't connect to the database,
-We have the database (exsys11) installed on a server,
-J' installed sql developer on my client.
-J' copied 'tnsnames.ora' and 'sqlnet' in the folder of sql developer,.
but he can't see the databases.
I am logged in using a user name and a password and a connection 'tns' and role type = default.
but he can't see my databases?
Thank you
Tools > Preferences > database > advanced
In the last piece, directory Tnsnames, put in your sqldev folder where you copied the tnsnames file.
That's assuming that change your ' basic' connection type 'TNS' and access to 'Network Alias' dropdown list control is not already show you your tns entries.

cannot connect to the database
Hello
on 10.2.0.3
In my listener.ora, I gave port 1521.
In tnsnames.ora also 1521.
When I try to connect to my db I get:
sqlplus system@MYDB
ORA-12514: TNS:listener is not currently of service requested.
in listener.log I
07 NOV. -2013 09:04:54 * (CONNECT_DATA = (SERVICE_NAME = MYDB) (CID = (PROGRAM = D:\oracle\bin\sqlplus.exe)(HOST=SERVER)(USER=user))) * (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = tcp)(HOST=127.0.0.1) (PORT = 4358))))
or
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = tcp (PORT = 1858))(HOST=127.0.0.1))
or
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = tcp (PORT = 1869))(HOST=127.0.0.1))
In sqlnet.log I
AMT-12564: TNS: denied connetion
My question is why in listener.log I have different port numbers instead of 1521?
Thank you.

I cannot connect to the database on the server hosting then no use of the customer.
I don't see in these links, something on the port number change in listener.log.
Kind regards.
Port 1521 is used to communicate with the listener. If the listener is able to actually process the request (your error indicates it is NOT able to process the request), while it generates a server process that communicates with the client on a different port. At this point, the listener is out of the picture until the connection goes.
Read the links once again, especially the other, which directly addresses your specific error message.
And know that the requests to the IP 127.0.0.1 (or its alias 'localhost') never to leave the machine for which the request was made... your log listener seems to indicate that is used, but if that were the case, you would have got a different error. If you read the links provided, you will see that the first centerpiece of the ora-12514-related news is the release of "lsnrctl status".

Hi Mathieu,
Thanks for the comments. I just got an update of Oracle on the SR with a few more instructions on different things to try/run.
I met problems with Weblogic in step 1 and could not understand the multitude of possible causes. After some googling I found others who has ended up just restart that did the trick. It worked for me as well as far as I can see now. I'll do some tests to check, but well.
Thank you

frmcmp cannot compile the modules containing SQL code that connected to the database
Hello
I checked several hundred messages of the forum on the net without finding a solution.
I have a Linux server with 11.1 WebLogics (11 GR 1 material) and FormsRuntime installed.
I am logged in as root.
I put all the environment variables based on the values in default.env.
In addition, I updated TERM and ORACLE_TERM vt220. And TNS_ADMIN to the location of the sqlnet.ora and tnsnames.ora.
I compiled a simple .pll containing only the following code:
IS test PROCEDURE
an INTEGER: = 0;
BEGIN
a: = 1;
END;
command:
frmcmp_batch module = TESTLIBPLAIN.pll userid=myuser/mypassword@mydb module_type = LIBRARY output_file = TESTLIBPLAIN.plx compile_all = Yes = Yes = No. batch connection
result: successful compilation. generated .plx.
now, I'm trying to compile an another .pll containing just the following code:
IS test PROCEDURE
an INTEGER: = 0;
BEGIN
Select 1 in the doubles.
END;
command:
frmcmp_batch module = TESTLIBSQL.pll userid=myuser/mypassword@mydb module_type = LIBRARY output_file = TESTLIBSQL.plx compile_all = Yes = Yes = No. batch connection
result: error:

the two libraries differ by having used SQl commands or not.
I tried to compile some more complex .pll and .fmb containg the SQL code. I get similar error messages. The messages that I receive for each module are the same, I would get when compiling the module with FormBuilder 9i (Windows) without being connected to the database.
So my first thought was, this frmcmp_batch is unable to connect to the database.
BUT:
From frmcmp_batch with an invalid user, password, or database name not existing (resp. not in tnsnames.ora), results in appropriate error messages (not found TNS, refusal to sign etc.).
With myuser/mypassword@mydb I don' t get this kind of messages.
sqlplus myuser/mypassword@mydb works.
myuser can access all objects in the database mydb.
mydb tnsping works.
When I check v$ session on mydb while (!) frmcmp_batch is running, I see that it is in fact a db session, created from myuser: DB-User = myuser, terminal = myappsever, osuser = root, remote process = frmcmp_batch. And State of the current session of the db is ACTIVE.
As a result, frmcmp_batch fails with error messages that I expect that when there is no connection to the base, if it is connected!
Any ideas what could be wrong with my setup?
Help appreciated.
Jean
I found the solution. Seems, fmrcmp 11g can connect to, but compiles not on the 9i database. With the help of a Database 11 g resolves the problem :-)

Connect to the database that has lost access to a partition
Hi all
Suppose we have a partitioned table that look in some storage (physically) different. If the database lost access to one of them, what happens? The database can be loaded? If the user is unable to connect to the database, what can we do to solve the problem (because one of the characteristics of partitioning is availability)? If a user tries to get some data (by request), oracle will declare that a partition is not available and so the information may be incomplete?
Best regardsInteresting, above should work without error, as is explained in the following note:

I wrote my previous post based on my memory of a similar situation several months ago, but I tested it again now:

as I have already desciped earlier, I can't connect to the server throw Linux my Windows SQL Server, with error message below.
tatus: failed - Test has failed: the network adapter could not establish the connectionIt's too generic to mean anything. The application is hidden the real error message. You got when you did the tnsping and obtained "TNS-12535: TNS:operation has expired. Now THAT's an error.
This indicates a problem firewall and routing. You said earlier you could ping the server, but now we see tnsping fails. Two different protocols of usage, so that both the successful ping turns out a valid physical path, it guarantees not that all traffic will pass. What happens with
c:\ telnet 172.x.x.x 1521
