  opmnctl returns the status of the OC4J, but not of individual applications within the OC4J.

  If you use 10gR 3 (v10.1.3.x), you can use "opmnctl status - app". It will show you the State (started or stopped) of all the applications deployed on all OC4Js.

  I will soon buy a Toshiba Satellite P100-240 of LaptopsDirect with a memory upgrade. It says on the site Web of Toshiba, the P100 is not HD Audio and HD video and it also States that it does not include the numeric keypad. Is - this ture? The processor is good on this machine, I mean like a Core 2 Duo.

  It also comes with Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005, is it possible for me to get a buyout of Toshiba site upgrade

• State machine running in the mess

  I'm under Labview 2014 with a card USB-6212.  My card/code is used to control a stepper motor and a linear actuator with a built-in potentiometer.  I created a state machine to control the sequence of events and synchronization between the two engines.  What is the general flow of the program. (The program ultimately will save the data, but this feature is not yet written.)

  (1) Init

  (2) take data

  (3) take out the cylinder according to the desired distance.

  (4) increments the position of the actuator to the next desired position.

  (5) repeat steps 2 through 4 until the next desired position is greater than a maximum distance.

  (6) actuator back to the starting position.

  (7) raise the stage with engine step by step an increment.

  (8) repeat 2 to 7, up to a maximum height

  (9) returns the height of the platform to zero.

  I have three main problems with my state machine.

  Problem 1) the counter mentioned in step 4 (found on the case of the ACTUATOR OUT/RECORD DATA in the program) does not invariably increment.  Most of the time, he eventually incrementation of twice the distance that she is supposed to.  I can watch the indicator on the façade increment twice while the linear actuator moves only once.

  Problem 2) program runs correctly in the sequence or consistantly.  Step 7 usually occurs prior to step 6

  Problem 3) program rowed a lot and freezes before it finishes.

  I have worked on this all day and could really use some help.

• How can I get the error "Unable to start the service" on attempts to run administrative tools (including the Services application) when logged in as an administrator?

  A large number of menu selections is affected, including the 'computer management', 'Event Viewer', 'Services' and 'System Configuration'.
   
  I tried to clean a computer that was thus invaded by unwanted applications and the services that it was unusable.  I applied several sets of Windows updates until it has been fairly stable, then lightened through the Services application services, changing many services 'automatic' to 'enabled' or 'disabled '.  I suspect that some service necessary for the performance of the foregoing has been inadvertently stopped.  (None that he was '' strongly recommended '' or '' recommended '' do not turn off or the description seemed to make a requirement, but...)  I don't know how to confirm this theory, identify the missing service or reactivate a service without the Services application.

  I got lucky.  I called a local, independent computer store.  Their support staff (after confirming that I had an appropriate Windows license) told me that if the computer came with a disk for Installation of Windows Vista, there is probably a partition to start installation on the hard disk, I could get to with a special touch at the beginning of the start-up phase of the BIOS.  It flashed by so quickly that I missed my chance, so I put off the power while trying to boot Windows.  On my next attempt, I missed again (even if I managed to spot the key combination - F11).  But when he arrived at the start-up phase of Windows, he offered me a chance to run the system restore which was banned when I was logged in with an administrator account.  I had to go back a ways, but I found one who would start and was able to complete cleaning of the machine and make it to a usable state.

  Oh, and it seems (according to my conversation with the service of the local computer store) that my fatal mistake was by disabling the service allowing you to promote its own security.  Apparently an administrator account is not the rights needed to perform most administrative functions without it; If disabling the service gets you into a nearly unrecoverable state.  A hint of that in the description of the service, or even a total ban on deactivation, would be a good idea.

• Unable to access Internet Explorer under two of the five profiles on the same computer

  I have 5 profiles set up on my computer, one for each Member of the family.  When I try to access Internet Explorer or Word in two of the profiles I am unable to run the command.  Both applications work as they always have under the other three profiles.  I double click on and 'Open with' dialog box appears with "Recommended programs."  The only option in this area is "Internet Explorer". I select the option and click on , but I find myself in a continuous loop with the "Open with" dialog box  When I finally click I get an another dialog asking me to save or run "ssvagent.exe." I am able to cancel out, but I can't even open either application.  If I select I can open the document in word, but I can't access Word from the options menu or the shortcut I used last year.  I ran a virus scan today and 5 cases have been detected and removed.  I ran the scan under 5 profiles, but now I can't access BitDefender (my virus scan) under either of the two affected profiles.  Please notify.   If I understand correctly, you want to disassociate an application under the taskbar properties.

  Unfortunately, there is no option as such in the taskbar properties.

  However, you can use your favorite search engine and looking for a software that does it for you.

  Statistical enforcement are time of line count, i/o, CPU, memory for each step of the execution plan.
