Product from Adobe to publish monthly financial statements

Our accounting department seeks to use an adobe product to publish monthly financial statements. What would be the best product from adobe that would allow multiple users to drag/drop/add/remove/manage a PDF book type from different sources (excel, word, etc.)? We do not have adobe acrobat 10 and can add/delete pages in the Tools menu, but is there something more powerful and intuitive allowing a sort of drag and drop approach? Hope it makes sense.

As long as you work with a PDF, the Adobe product, I would recommend is Acrobat.
