Is there a program/way to convert contact lists into a spreadsheet?

1. open the numbers, create the new worksheet.

2. open Contacts, select one, or group, or all and drag and drop the Numbers spreadsheet.

  • Cloud Connect programme question

We are trying to use the cloud connect to load contacts from a spreadsheet excel to a form of Eloqua.  The data from the form then fill our CRM system built in-house.  This is useful for contacts, events etc. that are not filling out an eloqua form to register.  We are experiencing a problem that we cannot understand. When the contact data on the worksheet are added to the program, the data resets all contact data in Eloqua.  We want the completed form with the new data, which are responsible for the worksheet, not existing contact data.  Any ideas on what we miss you?

    Hi Brian

This sounds like it could be a question of data priorities. Since it is a very specific question, it may be best to contact a specialist in products you connecting a case in the portal of support or by calling us.

  • Is it possible to export my muse contact form data in an excel spreadsheet?

    Hello!

I'm new to Muse and I would like to know how to get my data from my contact form on my site to an excel sheet and that it will automatically update each time and between new person they are information. If anyone can help me please!

The above tutorial for forms created with Adobe Central forms. Forms plant has since been abandoned.

Remittances form Muse is only sent as an email and not stored in a CRM. Therefore, you will need to enter in your spreadsheet manually from information received in e-mail.

  • Imported contacts have SMTP with the name of the recipient after the email address and cannot be sent.

I imported my contacts from Outlook, from a CSV file. In the e-mail section, I get the name, sometimes with "and after the email address, I get SMTP and the email again. Of course, it cannot be sent. What I have to go through all my addresses and change each of them, or is there a better way?
Example: My e-mail address appears as follows: [email protected] SMTP Hoogeveen,.
In some I get quotes here and there, or.

I would suggest to edit the CSV file and import again. Much easier than the use of the address book to do. Have a look herewhere I discuss editing CSV in a spreadsheet.

  • Contact Express Outlook Mobile

    Hello
How can I import my contacts from outlook express (wab file) from an old XP to my Thunderbird machine newly installed on my machine Win7
The Thunderbird import function does not specify a file

On your Win 7 PC, click on start them button and type contacts in the search box, and then open the result (Contacts). Then click on the import button, select the address book (.wab) Windows file and select your OE file. Then, click on the export button and select csv.

This csv file can be imported into TB tools/import... Address books... Text file... Files of type: separated by commas, but you may find it works better if you first change the csv in an editor of spreadsheet or csv file to make it compatible with the format of TB entry fields:

  • Can not get the address book to display the email addresses of the contacts

I moved BT mail using Thunderbird to access my emails. Everything went OK, until I tried to import my
contacts. I can't get my address book to display the email addresses of the contacts. I will admit that I do not understand the menu you want to move the two columns from top to bottom after importing the csv file. Please can you explain what I'm doing wrong here. All I want is first name, last name and email showing in the address book. Thank you

I tried to write a procedure to http://thunderbirdtweaks.blogspot.com.au/2013/03/importing-csv-files.html some time ago here. but the thing is if you change the columns in the CSV file in a spreadsheet, first match that Thunderbird expected (both in name and order), then you don't need to play with this terrible UI that aligns with the name of the field name of the field.

It is in this dialogue if you have the family name next to the e-mail address of the family name is considered to be the email address.

How can I move my Outlook contacts list to a list of contacts from Thunderbird?

Is it the client to Outlook, or outlook.come-mail, name of this year for what was formerly hotmail and live email?

If the first and it is on the same computer, Thunderbird should be able to import it.

Otherwise, import your address book from outlook to a CSV file and then import this file into Thunderbird.

It may be useful (if not also necessary!) to open the CSV file in your spreadsheet and cut on all spare columns - i.e. all virgins ones - before attempting to import in Thunderbird.

  • Problem with contacts

I recently changed the contacts on my iMac (OS X El Capitan 10.11.1) in order to print labels for a mailing list. The names have been changed so that I could print a label for each family, for example 'The Smiths' instead of ' Joe Smith '. I entered the name for each of the contacts as 'The' in a group called "Christmas list" to achieve this. I wrongly assumed that the original contacts would remain unchanged with the real name. Labels worked perfectly, but when iCloud synced with my iPhone 6 (iOS 9.1), the first names of most of my contacts is now 'the

Is it possible to have a group of contacts called "Christmas list" where a contact would be "The Smiths" and another contact in another group's 'Joe Smith' at the same address?

I can edit the contacts in the correct names easily enough, but I hope not to have to do it twice a year. I could also create duplicate entries of all my contacts as "Joe Smith" and "Bill Jones", but it would be a lot of your time. In addition, so when I get a call or text of this person that I suspect, he would have a chance equal to say that 'The Smiths' call or send SMS. When I have multiple contacts with the same name, there is no way to tell apart them. Currently, I get several pieces of 'The' and need to figure out who is texting.

Is it possible that I can send the list group Christmas to myself and keep them separately? If I could prevent synchronization with iCloud, I would have my correct original contacts and my separate Christmas list. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

I prefer to keep those that I use for Christmas labels in a spreadsheet (Excel or numbers). The downside is enter in the time of the first worksheet and if all addresses change throughout the year you need to change in two places. Rising is complete separation of the two lists offer more flexibility.

  • How to export and print a specific group of contacts in Windows Live Mail

Original title: list of Contacts in the Contact Group
I use Vista with Windows Mail, and I want to create a Word Doc that lists the names and addresses of a specific group of Contact in my list of email Contacts. I tried to copy and paste, but it does not work and I also tried to use the export but it exports just my full Contact list. Can someone help please? You can also simply print a list of names in my specific Contact Group?

    Hello

There is no option in Windows Mail to export or print a specific contact group.
You can export all contacts to Excel and edit/print as you wish.

Follow these steps to export the Windows Mail Contacts to Excel:
    a. open Windows Contacts by clicking on the Start button, all programs, and then clicking Windows Contacts.
    b. on the toolbar, click on export and then click on the CSV format.
CSV (Comma Separated Values). It is a format of generic file used to export or import information to and from databases or spreadsheets.
    c. click Export, select a folder where you want to store your contacts in the new format and then click OK.
    d. when a message appears telling you that the contacts export process is complete, click OK and then click Close.

  • I would like to export my contacts in .csv format. All the instructions say to click on the export button in my toolbar, but...

I don't have the option to export anywhere.  I do not use Windows mail... I mainly use Contacts to my iPhone sync.  I am running Vista Home Premium 64-bit.  I need to get my contacts in .csv format into an excel spreadsheet.  Can someone help me with this please?

You can watch the Contacts folder / View / "Customize this folder" (it's in the queue, Edit, 'View', tools and help Menu bar).

In contact properties page, verify that the folder uses the model of Contacts and not any other model such as "All items" etc.  With a bit of luck you should now see the options to import and export on the toolbar.
