  I have a contact in my app with 2 e-mail addresses. Call Bill Smith.

  You have to search your entire PC for all files RPI, not the IDF files.

  Then, when you go to restore, use the restore function to navigate to the latest IPD file that you find.

When I synchronize with my BB Bold 9930 using BB desktop and set sync for contacts to be somehow "Computer to the device" and select "Replace all entries on yor device with the entries on yor computer" the synchronization operation does not remoce the 200 my BB contacts that have been removed from my outlook.

  I wonder if you first remove the list of contacts from the blackberry.  Please backup your data first using the Desktop Manager and install blackberry Protect if you did not before trying this.  the protect link is in my signature.
