  Hey - I bought shares of adobe as a client Adobe CC offer in September. I contacted Adobe to cancel the share subscription 2 months later - I wasn't aware that after the expiry of the 30 day trial I would be transferred to a 12 month contract. I was told that I have to cancel my membership Adobe CC in order to cancel the Stock, I did. I didn't renew it. However, I got 4 credits remaining image. I just tried to use them today, but they have disappeared - I don't think this is fair, since I had paid for them?

  I work for a company that uses creative cloud, so we have adobe several accounts to use both. We previously had an account with the Dollar Photo Club that was recently bought by Adobe. When the change that is going on, I was able to migrate our remaining credits, but given that I was already logged on my personal work adobe account, automatically transferred to this account without confirming. I wonder if there is a way to migrate our General adobe for all account credits us for access or if I have to share the credits of the image with other users?

  I'm afraid that it is not possible to migrate the credits on a team account.

  You can use a library of creative clouds to collect/sharing of images, but you would need to allow the image to your team to use.

  I signed up for "free" Adobe Stock 10 images of the trial. I was under the impression that he was free until you have used all 10 images you we are allowed. I was wrong.   Hello. I hope it's relatively simple, but I can't find the answer here in the forum.

  I was part of a team composition but recently their prices have increased and now, it would be more beneficial for me to transfer it to an individual account (~ $ 300 every six months vs. ~ $450 every six months). My question is twofold:

  (1) can I transfer to an individual license without having to change my account? (that is to say, keep same email, username, preferences, apps, cloud, share subscription content, etc.).

  I just replied to your email, but I'm pasting here just in case you look here first:

  When we introduced PDF sharing we made available to all users of Comp (those with Creative Cloud subscriptions) and others for a limited time (I think only until April). Sharing PDF is currently not available for all users.

  That said, in our next version of the model (v2.4), which should be available in early may, let's extend the PDF function share until October 2016.
