• Required property lost ARC (bug or user error?)

  I have some entities with a relation of ARC. In the logincal model a cannot set this mandatory or optional. (as I know).

  This leads to an annoying problem:

  The property can be set in the model of the relationship by clicking on the arc. So far so good.

  When I make changes in the logic model and engineer to the relational model the required property switches back on optional.

  What I am doing wrong?

  As a feature request it would improve the productivity of users if we could click on the header of the column name in the Propagation property dialog box.

  It would make much more effective selection.

  If you do the relations in the required logic model (solid line) then the CRA resulting relationships must generate a check constraint that says A_A_ID or B_B_ID must be NOT NULL but not both.

• 6 d flash sync problem. Flash not pertaining to the body? Firmware problem? User error?

  I was shooting my 6 d today in the Aviary. I think I was in TV mode. My Canon speedlite 320EX. I had been shooting with the flash but turned on. The shutter was set at 1/400th. ISO has been, I know, yet the value of the last room, I was, which was dark, also is at 3200 ISO.

  All the birds represented were whole animals actually; no half-birds were nowhere to be seen.

  In any case, the camera could not reduce the shutter on the camera's maximum sync speed (1/180) as you expect it to do. As a result, the flash was clearly out of sync with the shutter.

  In addition, the metadata says "flash not fire not'.»» But obviously he did fire.

  This could be a firmware issue? Bad camera? I forget some obvious user error?

  

  

  Assuming that flash & camera is 100% compatible (new models of organs aren't always happy with older strobes) AND based on the few problems that I had with my 1Ds2 & 580 EX maybe it's that the flash is not as far forward in the hot shoe as possible, or even if it is it does not connections PERFECT on all 5 terminals. I had this problem a few times & are looking for now it. If I do not get the result that I'm waiting on my test shots (to check exposure), I move & re adjust until I get the right result.

• Random BSOD, get several error codes: IRQL_not_less_or_equal. Error code USB bug; memory management error

  For the last two months I get random blue screen of death, codes seem to change from time to time, initially it was level IRQL each time and then one or twice USB bug and then error code once, it was an error of memory management code.  Sometimes I get a screen saying something about checking some recently installed device causing problem, but nothing has been installed recently.

  I have and HP Windows Vista Home Premium SP2, AMD athlon 64 X 2 Dual core 5000 + 2.60 GHz memory is 3.0 GB; system is 32-bit graphics card is NVIDA

  The BSOD happens randomly and it can happen just when I turn on pc (so I don't think overheating is the question) or pc will be fine for a day or two and hang after that pc sat for an hour.  PC GOLD may be on all day and is very good.  I tried to run the "controls" and everything keeps the fine.  I even thought it may have been my antivirus so I changed it and still doesn't solve problem.  I ran checks software malware, viruses, etc. and have not led to what.

  It seems that after some update was made with windows was when I started to have problems, but could be a coincidence.  I looked around but have not found anyone with a similar problem like mine, in regards to get multiple error codes and bsod.  To restart, I usually have to unplug the pc and wait a bit to try to restart and go through all process control but all "passes".   Blue screen errors can be caused by either a software or hardware problem.

• No sound from new XPS one 27 - feel that it must be user error!

  Can anyone help?  I bought my new Dell last month and it's a great machine.  However, I noticed this week that he not there no sounds coming from him, but I use it to watch DVDs, listen to music etc no problem at all.  As far as I can tell nothing has changed and my suspicion is user error, I managed to mute the speakers.  However, I tried a few things.

  (1) verified that the speakers are not silent - by clicking on the lower right and the volume control and making sure mute is not clicked.

  (2) I checked the sound setup in device - no error Manager.

  (3) I even clicked on the sound settings and there is a two speakers and the other being Realtek Digital Output.  It's actually the speakers that are checked, although I have no speakers - but I also tried the Realtek Digital Output default setting.

  (4) I tried the sound tool from Microsoft that is displayed when you follow the Dell support pages regarding sound.

  As I say, I'm sure that someone in the family did something to turn off all sound but I don't know where to look next?  I have not tried drivers etc as a new machine, and we were all working well.

  Any help would be appreciated.

  To my knowledge, it is not possible - in fact, not even in the current version of the 12 c.

  However, you will need to move to 12 c in the future to get this.

  I'm familiar with Oracle databases, but still learning my way around PeopleSoft administration.

  After validating the connection information of database with sqlplus from the same platform, psadmin application server start command generated an error message in the console.

  While the connectivity of sqlplus had tested OK from a client, PeopleSoft Signon pside.exe two levels on the same client Windows resulted in Invalid User ID and password for the access code.

  The psaccessprfl table had been updated with the connection of data validated by using a platform application server dms shell script.

  The area has been configured using the application server platform psadmin.  UserId, UserPswd, ConnectID and ConnectPswd had been entered and verified.  Passwords have been encrypted by the suite.

  The psoprdefn table showed correct SYMBOLICID uppercase and ACCTLOCK is zero on behalf of PXXXXX.

  The psaccessprfl table showed too correct SYMBOLICID.

  The psdbowner table showed the DBNAME and OWNERID both uppercase.

  The values encrypted in the database matched other environments on the same server platform.

  Why app server not sign to the Oracle database?

  Using the pscfg.exe, Manager of the Windows client configuration utility, I selected the 5 first checkboxes dialog SQL Trace on the left side of the tab of the Trace, I entered the name and location of the trace people tools to create and store the output of client sessions on the same tab.  Then tried another connection to the database, using the pside.exe utility.  The text resulting in the newly created text file showed the last executed statement was a select on the table psdbowner.  I removed my trace entries using pscfg.exe to stop tracing.

  Using the information provided by the last executed statement, I ran a request and discovered that the length (dbname) for the value of the column in the psdbowner table was one character longer than the expected value.

  After update the column value by removing the end interval, the utility psadmin on the server worked without error.

  > change the testuser user ACCOUNT UNLOCK;

  Now, I'm trying to drop this user as below.

  I'm getting reports on the ground everything that seems to be user defined error of the order of 50-60 codes. Is there a standard place where LV programmers tend to enumerate and define their error codes? I could check all the front panels, but there are 1600 of them.

  This occurs when you try to add an account is already verified to work with DPS. To create an account delegate, you must add an account that has not yet been used for DPS.

  You need a username to be present in your Active Directory DN of Base that will be used as the BISystemUser. You will need to create this user in AD or use an existing AD user and then specify its letters of nobility in Enterprise Manager (expand Weblogic domain > bifoundation_domain (right click) > Security > Credentials). You need to set the system.user under oracle.bi.system card credentials. Make sure your ad password never expires or you will encounter problems in a few weeks!
