  A MIDI effect is not an instrument.  I have to be applied after the instrument.

• Power options in the control panel are empty - can't do anything.

  Recently, I noticed that the Power Options in the control panel is empty.  I can't create something or do something there.  Could something in Services.msc have disabled this?  Nowhere part that I should look at?  I cannot stop, restart, or put it to sleep.  Also when I start the computer (once using the hardware Reset button on the computer case) he does not remember my user name.  He asks me every time.  There is no password.  I just press ENTER after entering my user name.

  So I found the magic formula to use the command run and it resets everything back to normal.  Can't find it now but if you google it you can find.  You want to reset the Power Options in the control panel.

  His time, I have contributed something here!  I'm always ask questions and rarely give all the answers.  :)

  I just installed 14 items a week ago and it already updated. After the update the effect controls panel is completely empty. I'm new to this software and have no idea how to fix this.

• The Printers window in my control panel is empty despite the printers installed recently.

  I just installed a new Epson multifunction printer and although I can send a fax to it, I can't print. When I check the "Printers" window under control panel, it is empty. I suspect that there is something wrong/missing in my XP so I tried to fix it from the disk, which was the OEM for this office of 3 years. (It came with Vista and XP, but I chose to stay with the good old XP SP2 + 3), which is usually very reliable. I can't launch the R for repair from disk that IPL on disk is different than on the XP installed. I have SP2 OEM more SP3. Thank you in anticipation of your help. Pete

  for now the cursor works correctly with my pen using 10.3, but I hope adobe can fix the problem in the latest version soon.

  I was a little disappointed not to find this function... basically, what I wanted to do, it is the volume of an effect itself. Or what impact on the audio clip. A bit like layer opacity in Photoshop, if that makes sense.

  Here's a parametric EQ preset I - a low-pass filter basically.

  

  But I can't directly address low-pass with an envelope. So I thought there is a way to 'fade' the volume of the preset of effects together.

  Is the closest I've gotten with the work around envelope, but which is on or off

  I'm going because of splashing water, gradually transferring under water.

  There must be a way to do this somehow?

  Don't know what to tell you. With the Clip pin verified, may not go far enough to see the keyframe at the end of the clip:

  

  With PIN to Clip unchecked, I can:

  

  Something to check-

  so that this works, the clip you're watching may not be the last clip on the timeline (as there is nothing for the effects slider scroll to or show after this clip) so if this is the case, add a few black or something after it and see if that helps.

• Drag the effects on empty roads

  I'm trying to follow this tutorial video, http://www.YouTube.com/watch?v=1CmvqocHKDY .  When it comes to the part where

  the blur effect is slipped on a track empty (01:50), I can't get this to work.  I click on the effects tab, open Video Effects can blur and sharpness and Gaussian blur.  Click and drag Track3 I get the circle with the slash through it--verboten.  I can drag and drop on the track 2 or 1, no problem, but this isn't where it is supposed to go, apparently.

  It does not say that, but what he is talking about is the title that he created, which he called "blur effect. It is not effect called "Fuzzy" that it is falling on 3 video.  So he drops the title on video 3 (which is just a white box), and then drag it to be the same length as the video clip.  This title (white box) serves just as the cache for the mosaic effect.

  I hope to create an ADF task flows based on a human task. I have an ADF stand-alone application in the ViewController which I want to create this workflow. The control of data entry resulting doesn't seem to be expandable.
  
  Questions
  1. When you create a Taskflow ADF based on a human task, should always be within a project in the same application as the SOA components?
  2. If not, is control of resulting data blank human task or not expandable because the xsd for the HT is based on the MDS? I have configured all MDS connections in my application.

  1. No, it is not necessary that your ADF Taskflow based on human task should be in the same application where the SOA project. But this Taskflow-ADF deployment, to the SOA Project.You can add this project whenever you want to deploy.
  2. it may be the cause because of the Configuration of MDS.

  Do one thing, while creating the ADF Taskflow human task, you select the .task via the file system file not the MDS.
  If you select the. Your soa project task file, then it will ask you to name the Taskflow, just to name the taskflow you want and say ok.
  After you have created the taskflow, it will add a large number of xml files in your project and it will create a data control.

  I use Flash Pro CS4 and ActionScript 2, and I am trying to create objects dynamically, through code, rather than by the designer in Flash. Here is a code snippet to give you an idea:

  Create clip

  I tried to use the converter_mc.createClassObject, but that seems to be something that existed in previous versions of Flash, but changed (what, I can't figured out). I also saw examples of the addChild, but I think it is perhaps only in AS3 and also, it doesn't seem to work for me in AS2.

  Any suggestions/ideas on how I can add components to a new clip via ActionScript 2?

  Hello Adobe community.

  After much research, I was unable to find a solution to my problem and so turns to you, the community. Basically, I use Adobe first Pro CC and want to apply a rotation effect to a particular element (accidentally saved in portrait mode). Unfortunately I can't seem to apply an effect to any clip as the effect controls panel is empty (even though I have a selected clip there is no drop-down list). Everything I found says that the effects should just show up when an item is selected, but I must be missing something. I'll go out on a limb here a guess it is related to the fact that the clip is a .mp4 or because I am currently using a trial version of first, but I hope that you will be able to answer my question.

  If you try to apply an effect to the clip on the timeline, you must drag and drop the effect in the effects window.

  The effects control window to show you the details of the applied effects.

  I'm trying to move an image in my video and all the tutorials say I need to go into "control effects. But there is no "control effects' in my project. I went to the video effects and I see nothing on the movement. I use a mac and Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015. All the tips you have to know where to find controls effects would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

  If you do not have an effect controls panel reset the workspace.

  Installed ok, but now the control panel is empty and I can't go back to the list of options

  Printer installed Saturday was ok then. All day Sunday the screen is backlit but empty. Tried the suggested solutions but still nothing. This morning it is fine! Put it down to my incompetence or lack of knowledge / patience. The first results seem to be good and I'm happy with my new printer.
