Conversion driver v4.1 v8.5 or v8.6 instrument

Anyone would be able to convert the library driver attached since version 4.1 to a version that could be read by version 8.5 or 8.6?  It is a laser diode controller, and is the only version offered for download by the manufacturer (ILX Lightwave).

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Richard

Here, it is in the 7.1 format.

  • Cannot use the NOR-IMAQdx with 3 USB camera driver

I have a system WIN7 64-bit I would use with two USB 3 Vision cameras (both are 24UJ003 from The Imaging Source DFK), which works very well with the software IC software. The camera can be opened with IC software but will be visible only with a cadence of 1fps, any size I put it.

I can open them able and Automation Explorer, but they do not appear under NOR-IMAQdx in the tree.  When I click on the software in MAX tree below, NOR-IMAQdx revealed as being installed (14.5). The camera (and OR) instructions say change the camera driver to that found in C:\Program NIUninstaller Instruments\NI - IMAQdx\Staging\NI USB3 Vision, but my driver is located in C:\Program Files (x 86) \National Instruments\NI - IMAQdx\Staging\NI USB3 Vision.

Attempts to install the driver displays the following message is displayed:

"The folder you specified contains a compatible software driver for your device.  If the folder contains a driver, make sure that it is designed to work with Windows for x 64 systems".

This makes it sound like the driver is in the wrong place or it does not for a 64 bit OS.  Any advice on how to switch them TIS drivers to drivers OR-IMAQdx and also how increase the pace of the second camera would be very much appreciated.

I tried to connect the cameras individually, and they both have the same performance as when they are connected together (we have good pace, and the other has only 1 fps).

Are you sure that the camera is Vision compatible USB3? Nothing that I do not see in the marketing material says it is compatible. Is it possible you need a firmware update to make it compatible?

The installer put IMAQdx driver in the space provided for an x 64 system and he always puts the number of correct bits of the driver down to the system that you have installed. My hunch is that the camera is not to expose a USB3 Vision interface for the driver to bind.

  • How can I create a LabView driver with vi existing driver?

I am trying to create a driver for LabView 1553. I received the previously created driver files LabView 1553 of the manufacturer. I also used tools-> Instrumentation-> create an Instrument pilot project to start a new project. I used a new model and the block is now under Instrument i/o. I moved all the files previously created 1553 driver in the data folder in the project located in C:\Program File\National Instruments\LabVIEW 8.6\1553Data\Public\Data.  I don't see any of the vi driver is available to the title of the Instrument I / O-> 1553Data. How can I make these usable vi?

Also, I'm not sure my files folders should go in (configuration, data, utilities, etc.).

    Thank you.

I thought about it. Here's how to insert the vi in the palette:

    Tools-> Advanced-> Edit Palette Set

I went into the data section and right click. There is a possibility to insert VI. I clicked on it and took my vi to insert and now it manifests.

    Thanks for your help.

  • Where can I download a LabVIEW GPIB driver for an ANDO AQ6315E optical spectrum analyzer?

Where can I download a LabVIEW GPIB driver for an ANDO AQ6315E optical spectrum analyzer?

    Thank you.

The Instrument Driver Network has all the drivers for the instruments. There is no driver specific to this model, but there is one for the 6310 B. Maybe this can work for you. You may need to change. If this isn't the case, you will need to write one yourself. You can get a lot of material for this here: http://www.ni.com/devzone/idnet/development.htm

    Hello

I recently bought a Satellite T130-10U and decided to reinstall a new copy of Windows 7 Ultimate 64 - bit in Portuguese on the machine.

I managed to install most of the drivers via the standard Windows 7 disc and a few steps from the Toshiba Driver Downloads; However, there is always an exceptional instrument reported missing.

I am referring to an identified as ACPI\QCI0701 as its hardware ID. I can't identify what this device is in order to apply the required drivers.

I searched on Google and this forum it too but could not find any useful information.

Is anyone able to help me identify this device?

  • Fluke Hydra 2625 with NI LabVIEW drivers: can not read the output data

I work with a Fluke Hydra data logger 2625 have downloaded the drivers from NI LabVIEW, crossed the config., initialize and modes files and now trying to read data from a thermocouple.

Initially, I was getting an error message ("17" I think) but now, after correcting the port numbers, the recorder data and LabVIEW seem to communicate without error. I would like to know where I should look (in the panels before different drivers) for temperature data output.

Any advice would be appreciated at this point. Thank you.

There is a driver not supported here. I have the instrument and you have not used one in quite a few years, but if using the example, the function can be set to temperature temperature with the 751 RTD or thermocouple. The results indicators min/max/last.

The pilot could really benefit from a full rewrite, but it seems that most of the basic functions are there.

  • error in 1921

I get the following message: error 1921. "National Instruments LXI Discovery Service" (niLXIDscovery) service could not be stopped...

I can't install the e/s Assistant, VISA or other instrument drivers until this has been resolved

    Help, please

    Hi Pabsta,

During the installation of the driver NI-VISA will automatically detect the LXI instruments compatible or a resource that becomes available (using DNS protocols) which can then control the LabVIEW and MAX.

Do you have any installed based LXI equipment?

More information about the interaction of NI-VISA with LXI resources on this link:

    http://zone.NI.com/DevZone/CDA/pub/p/ID/597

What might happen is when a previous installation or update driver service was still running or files has been corrupted with a different version.

I'll try uninstalling the last driver installed, and then restart the PC.

If this does not resolve the problem, then I would try to stop the service manually in the registry as shown in this link KB:

  • missing subroutines

    Hello

I install an open built using LabView source .exe file. Here are the versions of the software as it requires

    LabVIEW 7.1.1
    NOR-IMAQ 3.1.3
    IMAQ Vision 7.1.1
    MATLAB 7.0 (R14)

After installation, the computer showed that I had products OR following:

    Runtime NI IMAQ Vision 7.1.1

    OR LabView Run-Time Engine 7.0

    OR LabView Run-Time Engine 7.1.1

NEITHER Measurement & Automation Explorer 3.1.1

    NOR-IMAQ 3.1.3

However when I started the program, I received30-40 error messages saying that some subroutines cannot be found. This is the first number:

Missing, Subvi SessionLookUp.vi in VI IMAQ Stop.vi.

Subvi in VI IMAQ Stop.vi ImgSessionStopAcquisition.vi.

Subvi in VI IMAQ Status.vi ImgSessionStatus.vi.

Missing, Subvi SessionLookUp.vi in VI IMAQ Status.vi.

    ...

The .exe file is built with Windows XP, and I use Windows Vista.

Can you guys help me to solve the problem or give me any suggestions? Thank you very much.

The missing subVIs that you listed should be installed with NOR-IMAQ. You have a few options, we have to fix the OR-IMAQ driver (start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > National Instruments software > NOR-IMAQ, select Change/Remove, and then fix). You can also uninstall and reinstall the driver, where instead of repair you choose Delete. Then you can install version 3.1.3 http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/id/758/lang/en driver

A better option is to install a more recent version (version 3.7.1) of the driver, http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/id/357/lang/en . At this point, the installation of the pilot program is bundled with other pilots and called Vision Acquisition Software. Run the installer and select only NOR-IMAQ for installation.
It is the oldest version supporting Vista. We make changes screw periodically to fix bugs or add features. Therefore, my only concern is that the exe uses a VI we have updated and this can cause problems when you are using a newer driver. But definitely worth it.

    Does make sense?

  • Conversion HARD SSD drive on MBP 2010, need to program

I have a 17 "middle MBP 2010 and in the process of conversion of SSD HARD drive.  I use the latest version of Mac OS X.  What program is recommended to mirror, for the SSD HARD drive image before installing? Or should I simply to reinstall all the programs instead, and then add the data?  A problem, I think that I have on this last approach is that I have many books in iBooks who came not through iTunes, and I see no way to export the data.  Are there times or saving strategies that I use in this business, the question of iBooks and the whole process of frustration?

To install an SSD in a MBP is fundamentally no different from a HARD classic disc.  Format the SSD drive in disk utility > erase to Mac OS extended (journaled) and then copy the HDD to the SSD.  I recommend to use Carbon Copy Cloner for data transfer.  It copies everything. including the OSX and the recovery partition.

    Ciao.

  • How can I transfer from a (dead) Drive Skype conversations hard to another?

My drive hard main default to loading windows so I have installed on another hard drive and still have access to the files on the old HARD drive then, how can I transfer my story of my old HDD to my new conversations?

The only file you need to transfer is the main.db database file.

On your 'dead' drive, you should find this file in:

    Z:\Users\your username win\AppData\Roaming\Skype\your Skype name.

Transfer this file to the folder corresponding to the new disk.

Don't forget to replace the main.db file newly created by the copied file.

Also make sure that Skype is totally turned off when you transfer this file.

  • Conversion of QuickTime is eating hard drive space?

So I thought I'd go through some old video files on an external drive, so when I found and tried to open them by default - open with Quicktime Player because they were .mov files. But when opening them that forced me to convert first, which took some time, but it was very good. After viewing the file, I have it closed and he could be invited to record the conversion, but I said no every time.

Dozens of video clips later, I received a warning that my hard drive is running out of space even though I was not downloading anything. Of course, I'm up to 1 GB, even if I don't know I got a lot more than this, perhaps 20, but at least 10gbs before starting. I don't know Quicktime is somehow to blame, and whenever I try to open a .mov file and it begins to convert, I actually see my free disk space down a bit like 1.35 GB GB 1.06 to 53KO to zero bytes. However, now it crashes towards the end by saying: he can't open the clip, even if the conversion is almost over, and then my disk space back to about 1.35 GB. However, on my most recent test it is simply suspended zero byte. I quit the program and am currently stuck at zero-byte and get the impossible to open again message clip.

I was able to open the same .mov files in VLC without problem. I tried to use OmniDiskSweeper to find where these ghosts files could be but nothing extraordinary appears. I can't find all the physical files that QuickTime can be created on my hard drive, unless I'm looking in the wrong places...

I'm currently under OSX Yosemite v10.10.5 and Quicktime v10.4.

If someone could help me please understand this point, I would be very happy. Thanks for reading this.

If someone could help me please understand this point, I would be very happy.

To start, I remember not where temporary files of conversion are stored by the system or if this location varies for different operating systems from the user. Basically, the problem is self-inflicted. When you refuse to save the file after the conversion, the reference of the source file ends up stored in your list of 'Récent' without for as much free disk space used to store the converted data. Try to access the data already converted via the "open the recent item" option will restart just another conversion of the same file. On the other hand, you had actually stored the converted file, you may have deleted or moved to an external drive for future use. Fortunately, if your system works like mine, there may be another way to reclaim the space for temporary storage consumed by conversions without having to know where temporary data is stored. Simply try to empty your "Récent" list by pressing the option "delete". Then watch the space window of Finder reading for a short period, while to see if the OS is recover storage space that has been allocated to the converted data. It worked for me under El Capitan, when I reset my normal 'None' setting return to the default value of '10' and ran some tests to try to reproduce your problem.

If I select "basic" to perform the conversion, I get an error message saying that it is not a file valid .fp or the version of the file is too low.

On the site he lables the driver as being of labwindows/CVI version 6.0, who worked for before conversions.

If I select 'Advanced' I notice that although the .h file is present, it is NOT the .sub file.

My trial version of the CVI has expired, if I uninstall and reinstall I'll be able to generate a .sub file?

Or is there another way to make the driver work?

    Hello Lars,.

I saved the CVI 2010 .fp file and now the error disappeared when using the wizard. Attached is a fixed zip file.
