Conversion of existing files to AAC format in iTunes 12.4.0.119

I used to be able to right-click on a .wav file in iTunes and have the option to convert to AAC.  Since this update this option is more nowhere to be found.  It's hidden somewhere, I can't find, or did they remove this capability for unknown reasons?

I am now on 12.4.1.6, but with "aac" selected in the import settings in iTunes > Preferences, you must select the track and use the file > convert > menu option create AAC Version:

  • Conversion of Captivate files to .flv format

Hi, we have created a project using Adobe Captivate 6.  We have published in .exe format and who shared with our client.

Our client wants now that provide a .flv so file. We could not find any way to do this.

    Help, please. Urgent

I hope you are aware that the FLV is a video format, which means that all interactivity that you might be in the EXE file will be lost.

Publish in the media, MP4. I think that Captivate comes with Adobe Media Encoder (at least a minimal version, because the video inserted in CP are always converted) which allows you to convert MP4 FLV or F4V (better if your client agrees).

  • Convert AAC to MP3 Itunes - 10 Windows files

    ITunes Version 12.5.1

    Windows 10

I would like to convert AAC to MP3 audio files.  How can it be done?  I would like to transfer my songs on a flash drive to plug into my car audio system to play my songs.  The interesting thing is that on my drive hard it shows that the music file is MPEG-4 audio type - this type of file will play on stereo car if I copy these files directly to a flash drive.

There was a time when we could select all the songs, right click and select Convert to MP3.

Thank you, in advance for your answer.

(NOTE: the songs are already on my drive hard and do not intend to import them again)

(NOTE 2: If someone used AnyTans - for Windows?) If so, what are your thoughts on his performance?)

MPEG-4 audio is another description for files to AAC format or .m4a.

Import or convert the format is defined in Edition > Preferences > General > import settings. You will lose a little quality by converting, so you would normally keep the originals. Define a flow similar to the original. Don't serve him no 128 k AAC 320 k MP3 conversion.

  • File appears in the folder iTunes but not iTunes itself

I am currently trying to add a ringtone on my iPhone 4 on iOS 9.3.5. As indicated in the title, I have a file in a folder iTunes but not iTunes itself. Specifically, my file appears in music > iTunes > iTunes Media > tones folder. He, however, is now appear in my playlist of ringtones in iTunes. As far as I know, I can not change any other my playlists, and whenever I try to drag things in my playlist of tones, nothing happens. My laptop runs on Windows 10, and I use iTunes 12.4.3.

If anyone has any ideas on how to solve this problem, it would be great.

iTunes shows that what was added for it, not anything that could be placed in the media files. Drag and drop this file in ...\iTunes\iTunes Media\Automatically add to iTunes. As it is a valid file your (AAC format with .m4r file and hard job) less than 40 seconds it should be brought back in the ringtones folder and added to the tones of your library section.

  • iTunes conversion of WAV files

I am in itunes on a pc running Windows 7 is more the opportunity to convert songs to mp3. I can, however, convert to WAV files. I don't understand not the point of this, because itunes purchases are downloaded to the lossy AAC format. How can these files be converted to WAV lossless data must already have been lost in the initial compression? Can someone explain in terms very SIMPLE, as I am a technologically challenged person.

    Thank you

WAV setting is useful especially to import audio from a CD. If someone wanted their music is in mp3 format, then why would they shop at the iTunes Store? I don't understand the point of this, when Amazon.com offers a very wide music selection. Maybe someone can explain in terms very simple?

  • Media Go - Kbps and the AAC format

OK, so I want to copy some of my music CD albums original to my computer using Sony Media Go program. I would like to record the best quality I can.

There as a default on Media Go: AAFC and 256 Kbps when you import CD. I noticed that I can also choose 320 kbps with the AAC format. Is it done any good? This 320 Kbps is greater than 256 Kbps? Is it still possible because I couldn't find the information from Google.

The highest bit rate use you the best quality in terms of quality, 320 so preferred.

For best quality, you must instead use FLAC but which make the much larger files and not all players allow.

I want to convert my video files in FLV format as im eager to export the video in flash, this seems to be the only format that it will accept. Media Encoder is more to this format, how can I get around this?

I could be wrong, but in my research for this issue, I learned that there is no solution from Adobe to convert an F4V or a FLV. I talked to Adobe support directly and they told me to buy a 3rd party conversion program. I find absolutely stupid that the only way to embed a video in Animate using a FLV or F4V, and there is no codec to convert video in this format.

I ve just to open a PDF file in Word format, but I can't use it properly. The document is unformated...

The conversion to WORD (if you converted before you opened in WORD, because WORD does not open PDF files to my knowledge) is a luck of the draw. Two options are generally available, to keep the page layout and to maintain the flow of the text. The provision creates a bunch of text boxes in WORD with your information. The stream format does not text boxes. If the PDF file has been create from WORD with all tags (using PDF Maker), then the conversion can be almost flawless. If it was printed to PDF format or the markup turned off, then you are function Acrobat (or export) try to interpret what is necessary and the results is often not great. An article that almost never comes out right are equations.

If you scanned the document, then you have an OCR option, but don't expect great things. You must always keep the originals of your documents. Reverse engineering function, a PDF to WORD is a dangerous practice.

  • Conversion of PDF files to Office files - what I need to buy Acrobat Standard/Pro?

    Hello

I have an occasional need to convert PDF files to Word or Excel format. Are there options to do this other than buying Acrobat Standard/Pro? Perhaps something like an independent conversion utility or a conversion service on request. I prefer not to pay a lot of money. My wife and son have bled it out of me anyway.

    Thank you!!!

    Mike

Yes, there are alternatives. You can subscribe to the service ExportPDF from Adobe, for example, which allows you simply convert PDF files to other formats.

  • Save in the middle of an existing file without deleting

Is it possible to record in the middle of a .wav (or any format) file without hearing right record on the existing file? Y at - it an equivalent to the use of the switch insert in Word?

What I would do, it's in multitrack view, have your original audio on a track, to find the place you want to save on a second track.

Split the audio original, then move it to the right as much as you want (or more).

    Save on the second track.

Stop recording, and then move the shared part of the original back to where you want (probably with enough for a xfade)

Move the clip just recorded in the same way as the original and block it in time

    Repeat ad nauseum

    Then export the mix

Seems more difficult than described, but is quite simple and fast

  • Conversion of Powerpoint 2010 in pdf format

    Hello

I was about to download an Acrobat X os trial version, but I found a way to convert PPT (PowerPoint 2010) files to PDF format keeping all the custom animation.

I have seen that it can work with ppt 2003, do you know how I can do?

    Thank you.

With the PDFMaker add-on that installs in PowerPoint, if your using PowerPoint 2003, simply click on the "Convert to PDF" button on the toolbar and you can keep the custom animations.

    http://help.Adobe.com/en_US/Acrobat/Pro/using/WS0E7DCAA0-1535-4D8F-82C8-DF8FE22BF872.w.htm l #WS24454D2B-DD1D-48fa-9BCA - 60A1C4FBEF25.w

Microsoft has changed the operation of the custom animations with the PowerPoint 2007 .pptx file format.  Unfortunately, we are unable to capture these animations during the conversion to newer versions.

Acrobat has some page transitions available to that you might find useful: http://help.adobe.com/en_US/acrobat/pro/using/WS58a04a822e3e50102bd615109794195ff-7c68.w.h tml

Discs CD - R burned with the Finder in Yosemite are unreadable by other players of CD despite the burned music files individual, .aif format. When it is burned with iTunes, all right. Any ideas?

A CD to use in an Audio CD drive must be formatted as an Audio CD.

Finder cannot create an audio CD, instead, it creates a data CD.

Therefore, use iTunes to create create an Audio CD.

  • Toshiba 20 GB F series - how to change the files in mp3 format?

    Hello :)

This is my first post here. I had + Toshiba 20 Gb F series + more than 4 years. Recently, he acted weird directional buttons were not answer and I decided to back up all my files. So I made a copy of what I had on my Gigabeat on the hard drive. My GB died 2 days a go (rip) and I tried to listen to my music on the hard disk, but windows does not recognize the format.

So my question is how can I change the format of the files to * Mp3 *? I asked this question in other advice and they told me to post it here because you are more familiar with this problem. If you know the answer please can you me a step by step instruction? As this program, I need to use and etc.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

    > I asked this question in other advice and they told me to post it here, because you're more familiar with this problem.
First of all here in the forum you can meet the same guys in other forums ;)
Only difference is that here are more Toshiba laptop owners as in other forums :)
But I put t know why we should be familiar with this issue?  :|

In any case to be honest I don't understand what the problem is.
I mean you made a backup of your files (what?), and now you want to convert to MP3?

Usually if you want to convert audio files to mp3 then you will need to use a special tool.
In internet, you will find a large number of different tools that are able to convert audio files in different formats

Just google for these free tools.

  • It is possible to omit the popup warns "do you want to replace the existing file?

    Well, the title says already

I have an application where the user can save the results to a log file; These data are added

(using OpenFile (file_name, VAL_WRITE_ONLY, VAL_APPEND, VAL_ASCII), so the opening of this file will not replace its content, but it adds up.) It would be appropriate to use the same file.

Unfortunately, when the caller (FileSelectPopupEx) and selecting an existing file of the warning that appears the file already exists. It's OK. But the message keeps saying "want to replace you? In this case, this message is quite confusing for the user, because the program will not replace anything (which of course does not function FileSelectPopupEx).

So I was wondering if it is possible to avoid or change this message popup?

    Thank you!

What constant you spent buttonLabel parameter? The behavior of the function changes depending on the indicated button. In particular, (citing the help):

Note   If VAL_SELECT_BUTTON or VAL_LOAD_BUTTON is passed to the parameter buttonLabel, FileSelectPopupEx service confirms that the selected file exists. If the file does not exist, the function prompts the user to select an existing file.

Using the button "Save" should result in the confirmation message that you face now.

I guess if you are using the simple OK button no prompt (to confirm: I'm not sure but I can't test it at the moment).
