  There is a high risk of data loss. Make sure that you back up all the your impotent data before trying these steps.

  • The disk must not have any volumes nor contain no data until you can change to a basic disk. If you want to keep your data, back it up or move it to another volume, before converting the disk a basic disk.
  • Removal of volume will erase all data.

  Once the disks are converted to Basic, you must reinstall the operating system or to perform a factory reset.
