  You can use your search engine preferred to download a third-party converter and try to convert them to check and document pdf.

  The present no embedded fonts in scanned documents containing plain text are not get converted fonts incorporated after OCR applied. But the texts are searchable. Even fonts not embedded text that is formatted as text (not digital) are themselves converted to fonts embedded by adobe distiller.

  Fix. Expected behavior.

  Output of the OCR is not incorporated. With Acrobat Pro, a preflight check is available to embed the fonts.

  On the use of Distiller - using a work option distill configured appropriately that the PDF created from the authoring application (FrameMaker, InDesign, MS Word, etc.) will have embedded fonts.

  I would like to convert a word into several documents PDF document. (i.e. convert word page 20 20 single-page PDF document). Is it possible to do this easily and quickly.

  It is possible to convert the word document to PDF and the PDF file is opened:

  Document

  Extract Pages

  1-20

  Check "extract pages as separate files.

  This will give you 20 separate files.

  Well, if you are Windows on a machine, you can print the page scanned to the Adobe PDF printer and set the page size to use... This will generate a new PDF with good size that you can then insert into the original file.

  Another option is to use a script plugin of taxation across the page to the desired size, without having to re - print.

  What is "Adobe XI" - Reader or Acrobat?

  But, "Save as Adobe PDF" is a function of Word, independent of this Adobe software, you have installed.

  No way with just the free reader. can be done with Adobe Acrobat or the service Pack of PDF.

  If you have installed the Adobe Reader software to the deafult location you will see in your hard drive / Applications folder.

  Try this:

  1. Quit Safari

  2. from Finder > go > go to folder... > type in the path: /Applications/ and click 'Go '.

  3. run "Adobe Reader"

  4. accept the end user license

  5. open a PDF file in Safari.

  3. were you able to print pdf files correctly previously?
