Convert files of C4 in PDF format?

Is there an Adobe product that can convert the C4, JEDMICS files or PDF format CLIENT access licenses?  C4 files are blue, then I must be able to zoom in and manipulate the image without distorting.  I tried to print the image directly in the C4 file and save in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, but it did not work.  When I zoomed in on the image he distorted it.

Hello Cara,

If you ask me about Acrobat, then I will probably say that these formats are not supported by Acrobat for conversion to pdf file format.

Also search on the internet about these formats which brings me to " JEDMICS C4 and CLIENT access licenses are raster (bitmap) images formats developed by...» "so logically the most likely software from Adobe which can open these file formats are Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

But unfortunately, I don't see these formats of files mentioned in the KB Doc "Supported file Formats" list for these two products:

If you can export these image formats in the formats popular image (*.jpeg, *.png etc.) then I think you can convert the file resulting in .pdf format.

Hope that helps

Kind regards
