convert pdf to image in high resolution

Hi all

I would like to convert image with a high resolution 1200pixel/inch of coding. I found some information below on the internet and there is nothing more than 600 resolution. I knew that it is possible to do with the UI in Acrobat. You have no idea how to do with coding?

'kImgResolutionAuto = - 1,

kImgResolution72 = 72,

kImgResolution96 = 96,

kImgResolution150 = 150,

kImgResolution300 = 300,

kImgResolution600 = 600 "

Kind regards

Jiaowei

Based on the documentation, the only one of the defined constants are allowed:

KExtractImgCmdKeyResolution resolution:

kASValueInteger, one of:

kImgResolutionAuto = - 1 (default)

kImgResolution72 = 72

kImgResolution96 = 96

kImgResolution150 = 150

kImgResolution300 = 300

kImgResolution600 = 600

However, it seems that the function expects an integer value, and because the user interface allows to settings outside this set, I would try just specify the full value of 1200 to see if the result is created in the form of images of 1200 dpi. The user interface allows certainly 1200 and 2400 DPI in Acrobat DC. Keep in mind that you use the command outside of it has documented behavior and it may not work, or it can have unwanted side effects, or, the next update to Acrobat may cease to do what you base your application on.

  • Download individual images from high-resolution iCloud on iPhone 6

    Hi all

    I chose "optimize storage iPhone on my iPhone" to save space. However, I understand that the iCloud stores the images original high resolution? If I want to print a photo in format high resolution, how I do without selecting "download and keep the originals" all my photos? I'm not all in high resolution, just a photo.

    Thank you!

    When you select a photo in the Photos on your iPhone and enlarge for editing, the iPhone will download the high-resolution original and keep it for a while. When print, will serve it you the original full version.

    The sharing and editing are possible if you have an internet connection to download the originals in iCloud.

  • Export artwork in PDF or png in high resolution (SC6)

    I can't export a chart format high resolution.  The work I created is 2 inches by 2 inches in Illustrator, which is the size, it will be when printing.  "When I export the file, I choose png and select ' 300 ppi," leave anti-aliasing as 'none' and use a transparent background.  However, when I import the graphic into other applications (word, etc.) the graphic is fuzzy and, in any case, high resolution.  I tried exporting to PDF and gains (that I can tell with the naked eye) the same result.  It would also be interesting to note that I get an output fuzzy same inporting the .ai file, too.  I checked the resolution in the Illustrator document and its value is maximum (300).  There must be something I'm missing here.

    Thank you very much in advance for your help.

    (1) the graphics, is any part of this raster? Photo, shadows, etc.

    (2) the image will be printed to 600px X 600px, which could affect the sharpness of the final graphics. You could move the object (assuming that the vector based here) up to 4 "X 4" or 6 "X 6", export it, and then in your application that will do printing resize it up to 2 'X 2'. " It should provide a clearer picture.

  • switching from JPG to PDF editing images of low resolution

    Hello

    I go from jpg to PDF publication for my folio. Most of the things are great. There are some things that seem to always really crappy, like animations with logos and JPG images from photoshop.

    What can I do to fix? I have to redo them with a higher DPI?

    Some assets will look pixelated on HD devices. Use PPP 108 and also use different means for SD and HD devices. Read more here: http://helpx.adobe.com/digital-publishing-suite/help/creating-multi-rendition-pdf-articles .html #creating_multi_rendition_pdf_articles_for_ios_devices

  • Increase the physical dimensions of the image in high resolution?

    I have an image I want to use in a video, if it is not physically large enough to fill the dimensions of 1920 x 1080 video, she has a resolution of 300ppi and video needs only 72 dpi. How to take advantage of the fact that it's an image high definition and increase the physical dimensions of the image? Is there a way to do this?

    Thank you.

    If you are told that you should print at 4 inches by 6 inches at 300 dpi, follow these steps:

    • Choose Image - Image size.
    • Check the box resampling .
    • In the resolution box, type 300 .
    • Put 4 to 6 inches in the height and Width boxes (or vice versa if it's a bitmap portrait).

    You will find yourself with an image 1200 x 1800 pixels that will be printed at 4 by 6 inches, your goal of printing at 300 ppi.

    Printing will be probably not as sharp and detailed as if you had printed at 4 by 6 inches without downsampling at 300 ppi.

    You will do well to try to begin to understand how the images are expressed in pixels, and why the above is true, while in the future, you will know when the issue of the requirements.  This thread you might also like:

  • Why is my image pixellisant high resolution when you drag on a small canvas?

    Hello

    I have an image (1200 x 1200 mm), very sharp and crisp. (Photo I've worked on a lot of details)

    I drag a 150mm x150mm - this image canvas size and the image loses its sharpness.

    It is not obvious until I Zoom in to see details.

    (PSE10)

    I'm sure that there is a box somewhere check... but I can't.

    see you soon,

    Mick G

    Ed.

    When I drag the, it's still big size, so I have the grips/handles and shrink to fit, then it pixilated?

    For a change of enormous size like that, you'll have best results resize the image to get closer in the size of the canvas before adding it in. Try the image > resize > image size, turn on resampling and try different resizing algorithms in the menu dropdown there.

  • How to add images of high-resolution composition low resolution

    Hi all

    I need to include a clip of 1920 x 1080 for a composition of 640 x 380. What is the best practice? Should I resize the original clip before by an external application before you import it?

    I can resize the pane inside the composition by moving the 'handles', but not sure if it's a good way to keep its quality.

    Please, advise.

    Thank you

    When scaling an image down, you don't have to worry nearly as much about loss of quality as you would during the intensification.

    To resize an image of the same amount both horizontally and vertically, just change the scale directly property in the timeline panel with switch constrain Proportion selected, or SHIFT and drag a handle in the Composition Panel. See "scale or flip a layer".

    One way to get a bit of a performance boost is to reduce the layer and pre-rendered and replace this element. In this way, you just have to do the scaling once, rather than each time that you preview.

  • How to export to PDF with crop marks * and * an image high resolution?

    HI - firstly, apologies - I have another query here and this is a related issue. Because I have been unable to solve this problem, which is with InDesign CS5, I downloaded the demo of InDesign CC, as I work at a date limit.

    OK, so I'm used to be able to export PDF files of high quality with crop marks in CS5. That's what I want to do with my file.

    In InDesign CC, it seems that if I simply 'export', I don't give me no option to add placemarks of crop, even if the file is configured to have a bleed.

    If I rather 'print' in Adobe PDF format, I * can * add crop marks. However, I then lose the option to export images in high resolution (300 dpi), and they come out pixelated.

    Maybe I'm missing something, but for now it seems to me that I have a choice of images of high quality but without crop marks or crop marks and bad quality images!

    Any help is appreciated!

    Thank you!

    PDF presets are the same in InDesign CC, they are in InDesign CS5.

    Choose file > export > Adobe PDF (Print)

    Simply choose a preset PDF which defines the resolution of the image in order to treat his high enough for your printing. There is also an option to print the Page guides and funds lost.

  • The proxy editing low resolution, then apply changes to high resolution

    Hello

    I'm developing a continuous image of a great wall that will be seen about 1-2 feet of viewing distance. There are about 100 dpi.

    My image is currently 21 600 x 8100 pixels in 8-bit CMYK. It can grow. I don't do a lot of manipulation, but a lot of it is with the help of brushes and the smudge tool.

    2 questions:

    (1) I have a Mac Pro 12-core with 24 GB of RAM. The smudge tool is slooowly when working on this image (like a finger to the max brush size takes 15-20 seconds to enter into force).

    (2) is it a "string mesh" tool that I can use instead of the finger tool?

    Is it possible for me to edit a version low resolution of this image, then apply the changes that I made to the version high resolution? then I can use the tools anti-dirt and brush, and the finesse my work without the machine bogged down and Imaging will look correct. I'm looking for a way to use these tools in real time while working with this large image.

    This seems to be the solution (at least it is for me). I can apply my changes to the proxy low resolution by registering the mesh and then apply this same mesh to image high resolution. The brush sizes large (compared to the resolution of the image) that I am available in version low resolution are presented through the high resolution because the changes are not applied as strokes of brush, but as changes in the global network. changes made to the mesh are what is transferred when you export and import.

    Applying the mesh is pretty slow and it requires a bit of tinkering at the level high resolution, but makes me 95% of the way. I think that is achievable.

    To sum up - here are the steps:

    (1) I make a version low resolution of the image (like 1200px wide)

    (2) I make my changes to the image using fluidity

    (3) before committing the changes in fluidity, I have 'Save Mesh' in the Liquify tool

    (4) I opened my image in high resolution

    (5) I use liquify, but I do not use brushes, but rather load my saved the low-resolution mesh

    (6) profit.

    Thanks for the help of the people!

  • Images high resolution that I matter IIN indesign appear in a definition very mlauvaise to the screen and once exported to pdf, they are still quite far from the original. Perhaps to remedy these problems.

    Images high resolution that I import in indesign appear in a very bad definition on-screen and when exported to pdf, they are still quite far from the original. Perhaps to address these problems?

    The bad export quality could be linked to the pre-selection of PFD you have chosen. Some of the presets are designed to re - sample images to make a smaller final PDF

  • Can I use still images high resolution in Keynote?

    Prepare a presentation in Keynote that requires a lot of photos/movies - it is to be broadcast from an international conference in the world.  So I don't want to spoil.

    I have some high resolution photos (the originals were RAW, I converted them to PNG).  I want to build my speech with the high-resolution PNG, or what I want to batch convert to JPEG before their insertion in the speech?  What would be an optimal size by peak.  There are probably about 100 stills or so, more than a dozen of short films (that's an hour and a half presentation I think).

    Or, if I don't use a high-resolution PNG (15-20 megs), is there a function in Keynote, which reduces the size of the files?

    And, if so, I'm better batch convert PNG to JPEG, or simply use the PNG and let Keynote optimization?

    For movies I'll all convert H264 (same resolution - 1920 x 1080 - Keynote presentation using the same optimal data rate that you would use for Vimeo).

    All ears,

    Ben

    Size of the images to match the slide size in Keynote;   in this case, they should be 1920 x 1080 pixels

    because they are PNG files keep than

    Convert a batch of images as follows:

    Open all of the batch of images in preview

    Select all the thumbnails in the sidebar - click on an image in the sidebar then (Command-A)

    on the Tools menu, choose Adjust size

    use the custom size and enter 1929 x 1080

    Save

    Place the images in Keynote, as follows: drag all the images in the browser (the sidebar on the left) and a new slide will be created for each image, centered and scaled to full screen

    If images are larger than the size of slide, they look better, they simply more space

    If the images are smaller than the size of slide, they will reduce in quality
