  I am new to all this and just convert my first machine. Everything I do is a copy of one of our Terminal Server servers that is already running on a box of ESXi and put the copy on the same box, but it is only the conversion at a rate of 1.71 MB/s. As it is not even across a network, it's on the same box, I expect a transfer rate liked than that, so I'm very supprised by the slowness of it. Even if for some reason, the data of the machine being created should even out of the box of ESXi, it's already on, through the machine that is running the converter, and then again on the ESXi box, sure I expect always speeds much more that the entire network is Gigabit.

  Does anyone know if it is normal, whether it's slow, and if it isn't you have any advice for the settings that I can check/tweak?
