  Sorry, you have problems! You have the desktop app creative Cloud installed, with synchronization of file running? This will synchronize your projects first Clip and media locally on your computer, allowing Premiere Pro to open. (If you only synchronize your active CC Web Storage, Premiere Pro is not able to access.)

  From the desktop application creative cloud in your menu bar, click the gear icon, and then click Preferences. Click the files tab, and verify that the synchronization is on. Here is also where you can see the location of your creative cloud on your computer folder. When you choose "Convert first Clip Project" in Premiere Pro, it should point to this folder on your computer.

  Good so I use first Pro CC to make a video.  Whenever I try to export to MPEG 2 - DVD file format, creating stop work and accidents.  If there is some way to fix this problem please let me know. I do not use this file format, because I will be burn to a CD

  Have you tried to export via Media Encoder by selecting "Cueue' instead of 'Export' in the window of export of media?

  I started to edit a video from a trip I went on MacBook Pro my mother a few weeks ago. The storage on this computer got full, so I bought a new one for me. I want to transfer old video on my new computer so that I can edit from there, without having to restart the project. I would like to mention that on the old computer, I had not enough storage to import all my clips, I was working on the SD card I have everything recorded on. Thanks in advance for any help.

  Load project files and all media on the new computer.  You will need to recreate a link to the media when you open the project.

  Hi trying to send my video to PP.

  I have synced with CC and I hit the send to button PP

  I confirmed that the project is sent

  and when I go to file, I did not "convert project first clip" option

  I was wondering if I'm missing something, using Windows 10, PP v.9.0.0

  The file Menu option "Convert a project first Clip" has been added in Premiere Pro v9.1 (the current version of Premiere Pro is now 9.2).

  In older versions, the button "Convert a project first Clip" was available in the home screen. If you are not ready to upgrade to 9.2, you should always be able to access the option convert from here. Please let us know if you still have trouble.

• First Pro CC constantly crashes

  Hey people,

  I have problems with first Pro CC

  Create a new project, first Pro CC starts with a black window. The window said events 'space of unknown work.'

  When you choose "all the signs" in the window menu, everything is in place.

  BUT when I add a new first sequence always blocks and

  a dialogue window says:

  Premiere Pro has encountered an error.

  A red winow appears:

  A breach of contract of entry took place.

  And then another window dialog:

  Sorry, that a serious error has occurred which requires Adobe Premiere Pro stop. We will try to save your current project.

  I work on a Mac Pro OS X 10.10.5, NVIDIA Quadro 4000.

  GPU - and CUDA-drivers are up-to-date.

  I uninstalled the first, then reinstalled, I erased the media covers. Nothing helps.

  I need a quick fix, need a stable system in two days, would be very grateful for the help on this!

  I worked on a project for about a month with the help of Adobe Premiere Pro CS5, when he started to act strange. Whenever I select any other program and return to the first, it would sometimes take up to a minute so he can afford to start working again.   Some of the segments in the project have been saved from Premiere Elements project files, and everytime I open the project file it first says that it lacks a video filter - I don't know if this has anything to do with it either.

  I did a lot of research and also contacted Adobe Tech Support - Technician crossed the same error and concluded that there is a file that is corrupted in the middle of the project, and I'd import pieces of the sequence for single out and throw it away. If it's the only option, I guess that this painful process will have to be dealt with, but I was hoping that someone here might have a better solution.  I think this is my last resort!

  Here is some additional information on the computer itself:

  • Adobe Premiere Pro CS5
  • I have installed the latest updates.
  • Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
  • Images is GoPros and digital SLR
  • I use also of the plural eyes
  • Dynamic links runs very slowly. So slow, it loads but it will show all my list of sequences to import other projects first pro.
  • Yes, I use the GPU of Mercury Playback Engine acceleration.
  • The problem occurs within seconds of the opening of my project folder.
  • 16 GB of Ram
  • Intel Core i7 - 3770 K CPU @ 3.50 GHz
  • We have a raid 10 configuration.

  Any help would be appreciated.

  Thank you Mr President. Seeing that two experts Adobe suggested the same thing, I went ahead and sliced and diced, narrowing of the sequence up to a single issue. MOV file. I went to the project original and replaced the file with the same video file and it worked! So it was a link of file corrupted his file to the project.

  The problem is now solved!

  Hello, I run a YouTube channel bit called ChaotiCritic, when I will review movies, talk games, making jokes, ect. I started with a trial of Adobe first Pro CS6.0. Well, when I saw how much I had to make my videos, my parents decided to get the full version. It is, they gave me the CS5.5 instead of CS6.0, don't ask me even how they got their hands on it. ... sigh... So, I've been working mid-project and I couldn't do before the trail came out. So now I'm stuck with an older version that will not import my new project. Is it possible to convert a Premiere Pro project? Is there some import method I'm missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated and you would help a guy working toward his dream.

• Import old project in first Pro CC

  I have an old project that, at the time when the computer was not able to handle HD files. So I converted the widescreen HD1920 x 1080 to 720 x 480. Today, I would like to import this project in first Pro CC using the HD original files.

  Import alright and I unchecked file extensions match so I could tell him where to find the HD files. But the time line still think that these files are Standard video .avi rather than new HD files. So, I see only a part of the video. Even if I export to Media Encoder Source said 720 x 480.

  My question is how can I tell the sequence that files on the timeline are now HD 1920 x 1080 and treat them properly?

  Hi Michelle,

  Go to the settings of sequence/sequence and stand mode editing custom first, then size of video image 1920 x 1080, which was the size of the original frame of your HD files.

  It will change the size of your sequence, you can also adjust the size of the pixels just below the frame size of video to adjust the proportions of the clips to fit into a base.

  I are looking for a good time on the Adobe help pages, these forums and also the PDF manual, but cannot find the info that I'm looking for.

  I move from Final Cut Studio, as a result of Adobe's video production for various reasons. I bought (although not yet received) Production Premium upgrade. I have a new project, I start and want to properly size my images to Premiere Pro. For example, Final Cut Studio has this handy table:

  CCIR 601 NTSC 4:3 720 720 x 486 x 547

  CCIR 601 NTSC 16:9 anamorphic 720 x 486 853 x 486

  DV NTSC 4:3 720 x 480 720 x 540

  DV NTSC 16:9 anamorphic 720 x 480 853 x 480

  CCIR 601/DV-PAL, 4:3 720 x 576 768 x 576

  CCIR 601/DV PAL 16:9 anamorphic 720 x 576 1024 x 576

  720 p HD 1280 x 720 1280 x 720

  HD 1080i or 1080 p 1920 x 1080 1920 x 1080

  So for a DV NTSC 4:3 video standard, I do my still pictures of 720 x 540 pixels. 16:9 anamorphic, 853 x 480.

  For some reason, this type of information is completely missing in the manuals for CS5.5. However, I found this information links to the Premiere Pro 4:

  4:3 DV (NTSC) or ATSC SD - create and save the file as square at 720 x 534 pixels.

  4:3 D1 (NTSC) - create and save the file as square at 720 x 534 pixels.

  4:3 DV or D1 (PAL) — create and save the file at 788 x 576.

  16:9 DV (NTSC) - create and save the file at 864 x 480.

  16:9 D1 (NTSC) - create and save the file at 872 x 486.

  16:9 DV or D1 (PAL) — create and save the file in 1050 x 576.

  16:9 HD 1080i - create and save the file at 1920 x 1080.

  16:9 720 p HD - create and save the file at 1280 x 720.

  If this applied to CS5.5 as well? That means that if I create a video standard NTSC 4:3 DV, my stills should be 720 x 534 and 16:9 anamorphic 864 x 480? Not quite sure what is the distinction between DV and D1, other that anamorphic sizes are different.

  I also know that they are different from Final Cut Studio. In the Apple manuals, they just come out and say the uses of FCS for still images pixels sizes are different from most video editing software. So I'm not surprised to see 720 x 534 for NTSC 4:3 in Premiere Pro rather than size of 720 x 540 Apple.

  Creative cloud opens and says that every upgrade will be removed [GREAT!]

  Go and install the previous version, here everything works fine now.

• My first Pro CS6 for Mac keeps constantly if crush and have me save copies of the project whenever it crashes. Why is this?

  Every time I started working on my latest project, my first pro starts to plant. I edited a video of the other day with no problems, but when I was working on a project on files that have been same native for Mac (.) MOV Quicktime files), the program kept crashing. I shoot a SL1 rebel with magic lantern installed, so I shoot with Raw Video, but this is the first time that I've ever known problems with the use of these types of files. I started creating the project off of an external hard drive and assumed that it was the problem (even if I had done this process before several times without any problems) and saved the project on my real computer. My version of OS X is 10.11.4 and I edit on a model of Macbook Air 13 inch 2014 with 4 GB of RAM, but as I've said many times: I have never had problems with the first like this before. I did at least 50 videos in the last 8 months no problem. That's why I wonder what goes wrong here. I should maybe just create a new project and start from scratch and see if it works, but it is still confusing me as to why he was constantly crashing like that. Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

  I opened one of the older versions of projects and it works fine so far and no crashes in the last 3 hours of editing. I'm assuming it was just a bug or the project was corrupted or something at some point.
