Convert SWF file to HD video

Hi all,

I have a big problem. I did a second 10 animation in Flash CS5 and exported in a swf file, but my customer asks me one to convert it into a video file with this requirements:

  • Size: HDTV 720 p. Pixels (1280 x 720). 30 FPS. (frames per second)
  • : Stream format: HDV - HD1. Stream type: MPEG-2. Transport

Stream (TS). Aspect Ratio: 16:9. Britate Type: CBR (Constant flow).

Number of passes: 1 Video Bitrate: 18300

I tried some conversion programs to do the job:

  • iWisoft Flash SWF to Video Converter
  • E.M. Magic Swf2Avi
  • Xilisoft Video Converter Ultimate 6
  • Total Video Converter HD

Each one recognizes the SWF very well, (I put in place the FLA with 1280 X 720 pixels and 30 frames per second) but when I try to export to a video format with the earlier specifications using all programs, I get a very slow video, are not smooth at all and sometimes a great video with + 2 minutes (supposed to be only 10 sec). The swf file plays very well.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Just open the FLA of original project, file-> export-> AVI movie (uncompressed) and set the dimensions you mentioned. After getting the movie exported from flash, convert that AVI (already the size appropriate) to the size you need.

If you have the Adobe Suite, then you have Adobe Media Encoder. It supports MPEG2 (HDV - HD1 is just a specific set of parameters for MPEG2). It is really easy to configure. No reason to pay more software if you already have it.

Curiously, I assumed it would be a simple idea, but not so much. All the efforts that I did to get this file in After Effects to these requirements went nowhere. It is on 40mbs or it does not export.

I tried making them chronologically and then import into Flash, but who gave a massive file.

I saw on another thread that I would like to export under sequels .mp4, but when I try to import in Flash it's just like a clickable video. I also tried to export as a "Flash Professional" but the opening in Flash the text was everywhere.

Flash is not my area of expertise. I can make out of After Effects almost every way, but get a .swf to this size happens simply cannot. What am I supposed to do?

  • How to convert WMV to MP3 or SWF file in Adobe Media Encoder?

Try to load a video file wmv in my PDF but Acrobat says that I need to convert the first SOUL to an MP3 or SWF file. How to make this cause what SOUL says file format is not supported?

    Hello

Please tell us when you have found this info on the format not supported? When you try to put wmv to SOUL, when you try to convert it to mp3?

You should be able to convert your wmv in mp3 file - mp3 simply choose formats and convert. But it must be remembered that the mp3 is only audio file so you will have only the audio of your wmv - I guess that video - file. To convert your file wmv to swf video (which is A / V format) you need to use an earlier version of SOUL (adobe removing support for flv in SOUL CC 2014: Media Encoder help |) News summaries). If you have a previous version of yu have to convert your WMV to FLV and then use Flash Professional who convert to SWF - unfortunatelly SOUL cannot convert directly to swf format.

But... as far as I know you can use other video formats to PDF-dependent format which version of Acrobat you are using. Knowing that you have not to convert your flv to swf - you can just use mp4 format flv of SOUL or really popular (and present in all versions of the SOUL).

You can find more on what you can put in PDF here: taken supported file formats. Acrobat, Reader

I have a Flash file that contains two AS3 files and an XML file and want to convert it to a video format so that I can put it in a video player with play, pause, buttons etc. I know have the AS3 files and XML complicates things, and simply upload the SWF file to a converter does not work, nor does attempt to export it in AVI or MOV.

Does anyone have an experience with a video converter that works with these external files? If not, is there another method where I could transfer frame FLA in Flash?

Please let me know if you have any ideas on how to convert an mp4 to flv, or swf file without losing the pixels and the quality of the swf file.

    Thank you!

Flash comes with a video encoder/converter. However it will not convert SWF to FLV files.  You must have the native video file to MOV, MPEG4, AVI, WMV... format.

You will need to use an application of part 3 for this.  What operating system do you use?

  • Video of the SWF file

    Hello

I need to get my animations in Flash Pro CC in a nice crisp looking for video clip.

When I use the option Pro Flash file - Export-Export video, I get a video file. But it seems a bit too fuzzy. The SWF itself is much more crisp.

When I use the workflow with After Effects, described here https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1328048, the image is much sharper, but I lose the parts of the witch animation were not on the timeline, but code and also I lose everything nested animations (such as flashing with eyes etc.).

How could I use the workflow - Flash - After Effects - Premier Pro, but without losing encoded in SWF file and nested animations animations?

If you change the size of the image or the lengthening the frame rate of the Flash version for the video version, then you will be modifying the image.

  • merge 2 swf and videos in 1 swf file

    Hello

I am doing a project which contains videos and so far, everything works perfectly

I made my main stage and I've added a video player (it's a skin that already exist in flash cs3)

I select the path of the video, then I publish my work and it all works.

    the thing is

When I published, I got a new called 'ArcticExternalPlaySeekMute '.

and it is necessary to be on the same folder as the main swf file,

the thing is I can't welcome them like that, I don't have a website or something

    So what I need is:

a flv player included in the main swf file that can play videos hosted on youtube or something like that.

    Thank you very much

Excuse me but how play, stop and pause the video without skin?

    Update:

Copy the following code resolves the problem ^^

    this.createEmptyMovieClip ("video_mc", 10000);

    This.video_mc.loadMovie ("http://www.youtube.com/v/F_VAehibm5Y&autoplay=1");

    AutoPlay = 1;

    player.playVideo ();

  • Cannot convert swf into fla files files

    Hello

I tried to use Dreamweaver to convert a SWF file in a FLA file, so I can change it to CS 5.  But when I right click the placeholder for the file, it is not an option 'change in Flash '. What I am doing wrong?

    Thank you very much

    Rosemary

If you only have the trial version of Dreamweaver, you have Flash? And if so, which version? The Dreamweaver trial version is the full version with a limit of 30 days, so the only reason for which I can see for "editing in Flash" is not is down to your version of Flash, or lack of.

The guide that you referenced is CS5 and CS5.5. It indicates that you should also well Dreamweaver and Flash for this function to work. In addition, this function does not convert swf into fla that was your original question - it allows you to click on the swf file to then open the original FLA in Flash, then allowing you to edit and export in a SWF again.

To clarify, to make this feature work, you will need:

    • Dreamweaver (CS3 or later)
    • Flash (CS3 or later)
    • The original FLA file

    Hope this helps you.

  • How to convert a .swf file in a .fla file?

I am very new to this and need help. I got a few .swf files and I need to make changes on them. Is it possible to open these or do I have to do it again completely their? I tried in Flash Professional: file > import > import to stage. There is no animation or the time. It's just flat... I also tried from the actual .swf file: file > create projector but it was grey out and would not let me choose it. Am I missing something?

You must completely redo them or decompile (decompiler check sothink) them.

  • SWF file contains Ref. local dir structure

    Newbie here; I'm sorry.

    Flash CS4 Professional, version 10

Creates a simple video flash to get wet feet. In the process, I'm drowned.

I created the video with Flash (ActionScript 3.0) by inserting a player object and specifying an f4v source that I created using the Media Encoder CS4 to convert a wmv file. nothing to it.

Publish an extract worked fine. Publication/Publication settings created the necessary files, as described in tutorial Flash 411:
    http://TV.Adobe.com/?TrackingID=EBYHH & SSP = fl_10.0.0_win_en_full__PF_20040226 #VI + f1527v1000.

Video works fine on my local PC (XP, SP2). But when I load it on my server, it does not work. In IE 7, loading the page. the source code is there, but the window is empty: http://www.bbhq.us/pva1.html

Adding to the .htaccess file mime type does not solve the problem. Change the permissions for the files was not, either.

It is apparently not a server problem. A simple swf file created by Mr. Gates and HTM simple coding works: http://www.bbhq.us/flash3.htm

Mr. Gates, that knows that I don't have?

    Well, where to start?

However, when I loaded my file- http://www.bbhq.us/pva1.html - in FireFox 2.0, I got a blank window, but also the revealing error message:

SecurityError: Error #2148: SWF file http://www.bbhq.us/pva1.swf cannot access
local resource F:\pva1\pva0117a.f4v. Only local - with file system and

Which tells me that the swf file has my original directory location and name (s)--f:\pva1\...--incorpore in there. No wonder!

However, I don't see where in Flash I Specifies a directory structure for my video, other than, of course, when I specified the original video to add to the Player component. But somehow, the swf file again the structure of directory under the file names. This boat is not floating.

Help Adobe don't throw me a life jacket; He threw me a lead weight, instead.

Must be parameters to publish somewhere, or miss me something obvious that I can't see.

Goin ' down here for the 3d time. A little help here, please.

    Thank you.

Thanks for your quick response. But he left me still treading water.

    There is no property/setting contentpath.

This is help page refers the contentpath that you referenced:

    http://help.Adobe.com/en_US/Flash/10.0_UsingFlash/WS0ED77F00-2006-49aa-8399-92B6D5D8CE00.h tml #WS9A834D6F-8206-4e07-B840-456EF90C03CB

He described the contentpath as you suggested:

"contentPath (AS2 files) string that specifies the URL of a FLV.

The reference to AS2 in parens jurisdiction suggests that this setting applies only to the AS2 files. Or, perhaps, this setting is not applicable in CS4, version 10. I donno, but I of course do not see it in my version of Flash.

However, you and the help page throw me a lifeline. The f4v file already loaded on my server, I changed my project, specifying, as the source parameter, the name of my file fv4 when it is loaded on the server - http:www.myserver...fv4--pas file on my local PC. When published Flash project, he uses the name, without reference to my local directory...

Of course, the f4v file must exist on the server for him to publish correctly.

    Who did.

It makes sense, but it is certainly not obvious and it is not explained in any documentation I found.

Am I the only one to whom it was not obvious?

Thank you; you led me to a solution.
