  I install SOA 11 g 11.1.1.5 on my windows machine 7. I installed my XE database and the dbtimezone is set to = + 02:00 (which i took and bounced to the db).

  It worked for me,

  1. go to the directory where you ran the script config.bat.

  2. use a text editor open the file config.bat.

  3. locate this line in the file: SET CONFIG_JVM_ARGS = % CONFIG_JVM_ARGS %-DCOMMON_COMPONENTS_HOME = % COMMON_COMPONENTS_HOME %

  4 Add this string to the end - Duser.timezone = "+ 02:00" and run the script to Setup again. "

  5. always confirm that the time zone the oracle db is properly defined.

  SQL > select sessiontimezone double;

  SESSIONTIMEZONE
  ----------------------------------------------
  + 02:00

  I'm having a hard time understand the above statement.  Are all the paintings that you want to display the part of the same binary form (.fmb)?  If the first three paintings are in a binary form and the two you mention above, are in a separate binary form then you can not display the second shape is if it is part of the first shape because the canvas object window is displayed in does not exist in the first form.  You could try to make your new form as it belongs to the first, but it will be tricky.  You must call the second form by using the built-in Call_Form() so that the first shape is still visible.  Then you can play with the properties of the window in form 2 to make it look less to a new window.  Are the properties of the window you can play with: bevel = none, the Style of window = Document, move allowed = No, resize allowed = No, maximize allowed = No, reduce to the minimum allowed = No, etc..

  I don't know if this will give you what you want, but it could come close...

  I need to have form stoke No Fill/No with the outer glow effect. I tried but all in vain. I fill the shape with white and then put multiply, but this multiple effect, making the two invisible. When I go into the layer and change the fill multiply then the outer glow seeps into the form, and it's not what I want.

  I need to this 1 highlighted the form striking the outer glow that is present on the 2nd form but with no fill.

  give the upper fill opacity to 0%.

  Apply an outer glow for the background fill.

  Select the object in the appearance palette (i.e. the entire object is selected, not one of its individual fillings).

  in the transparency palette, check the piercing group.
