Cookies from Firefox make my computer freezes & must be reseeded

Firefox no longer works on my machine (Windows 8.1), he opened in tabs I used last, but there is no picture displayed and the computer froze, making it necessary to restart by pressing the button. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't make any difference, so I uninstalled and just started using Chrome (no problem). When optimizing my computer using CC Cleaner, he stopped trying to erase the "Firefox Cookies", also freeze my computer everything and makes it necessary to restart by pressing the off button. I tried to reboot in safe mode, but the same things happen. Please tell us how to locate and delete cookies from Firefox. Thank you

It might be simpler to delete all cookies from Firefox completely by removing the data file which is the holder. Firefox will make a new.

Wouldn't it be better if you actually need save one of these cookies, but it sounds as if you want to clean them all.

If you have Firefox:

Open the settings folder (AKA Firefox profile) current Firefox help

  • button "3-bar" menu > "?" button > troubleshooting information
  • (menu bar) Help > troubleshooting information
  • type or paste everything: in the address bar and press Enter

In the first table of the page, click on the view file"" button. This should launch a new window showing the various folders and files.

Leave this window open, switch back to Firefox and output, either:

  • "3-bar" menu button > button "power".
  • (menu bar) File > Exit

Break while Firefox finishing his cleaning can remove cookies.sqlite

If you do not have Firefox:

Copy the following text and paste it into the search box in Windows, or the Run dialog box (available on the start page of Windows 8.1 lower with all the small icons) or in a window of Windows Explorer address bar and press ENTER:

%APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles

You can have a folder named semi randomly here, or you might have several records. In the case of multiple, repeat the operation if necessary.

Click on the folder and delete the cookies.sqlite

  • Impossible to delete cookies from XP. 17 Firefox

I have Firefox set to delete cookies when it is closed. After I closed Firefox, I've generally run CC Cleaner. In the analysis, CC Cleaner shows 307 cookies with a total space of 0.

Under XP, I went to Options, privacy and show Cookies. There are probably some 307 shown. When I click to delete all Cookies, nothing happens. When I pointed out a cookie and click to remove, nothing happens. When I open the particular cookie file and see the cookie, highlight it and click on Remove cookie seems to disappear for a while, but when I click on one that follows, the first returns.

I want that ALL the evidence of all of these cookies FROM my computer.

    How to accomplish this?

You may have installed an extension such as TrackerBlock or do not Track Plus that manages a set of OPT-OUT cookies if you can't delete cookies permanently.

In this case, you will need to uninstall the extension to remove the opt-out cookies.

  • Firefox keeps "Not responding" and my computer freezing

Lately, my Firefox browser has been freezing my entire computer. He repeated to me that it "does not", my mouse turns into the circular blue loading screen, I can't do anything, I can't even open the Task Manager, I have to take out the battery just for my computer turns off.

I scanned with Norton; does not detect anything. I even did the Norton Power Eraser, still nothing. I set Firefox to run the program as administrator and I thought it was fixed, but it wasn't.

I even update my plug-ins and for some reason, your site always tells me that I need to update the same, so I can't even count on that.

I noticed it happens when I'm on a Youtube page. Like when I pause a video.

It opens quickly, it runs quickly, he goes to some fast Web sites. It is this gene that really bothered me and considered me switch to Google Chrome.

If you do not want me, then tell me how to solve this problem.

Try disabling hardware acceleration in Firefox.

Try to start the computer in safe mode Windows with network support (on the startup screen, press F8) as a test to see if it helps in case your system custom drivers or software security are causing issues.

  • New computer. Cannot print from Firefox. HP compjuter and printer. Can print from Outlook and explore.

I just got a new HP with Windows 7 computer. I use a HP Officejet 4500 printer. When I try to print from Firefox it brings up a window FAX as I am trying to send a fax. This happens regardless of how I try to print. Go to file then print or the button "impression" on the toolbar navigation or by using the button "print" on the web site. If I try to print from Outlook 2007 or from Explorer 9 everything works fine and the page is printed. I prefer to use Firefox on explore. It's just something that MS put in Windows 7 to force the use of Explorer?

{Ctrl + P} to print at the top, select your printer in the printer - name box. Currently, you have a "virtual" printer selected.

    (1) disable automatic analysis...

This does not mean you can not use the analysis features, simply start it manually.  You can do this by right-clicking on an image (or selected images) and choosing the option of automatic analysis.

C;\windows\sec710.dll & C:\windows\imubuhuwonezonus.dll, I get this "error loading, be found", the computer freezes? Can't find these files?
A restored and does not work. A ran malware and viruses. These files are not listed.

If I leave my computer for a while it freezes. When you click Ctrl, Alt, DEL, it goes to my security window.

Do the first, launch scans, then if your computer is always bad conduct, we'll fix it.

It is sometimes easy to get rid of the error message by doing something like disable the startup item in msconfig (if you can still find), but I suggest you fix the problem and difficulty not only the symptom of the problem by simply deleting the startup message.

I would also not recommend you start digging in the registry to try to find the startup item and remove it unless you have a backup of your system or at least a backup of your registry, because there is no 'Cancel' or 'quit without saving changes' option in regedit.  If you make a mistake, that's all.
These ideas relieve 'rapid' and sometimes risky of the symptom if they not even work at all, but they can't actually solve the problem.  Also, I'd be suspicious of ideas that begin with the words "try."  You don't need to try things, you need to fix things.  You don't need to try ideas that might work, you must do something that will always work all the time.
Here are the detailed instructions that protect you and solve your problem in the 'right' way.
There is very little. DLL files that should be loaded from the C:\WINDOWS folder and is not one of them.
A "Cannot find...". ', ' Failed to start..., "Could not load..." ». "Might not work... "" Cannot run ""error loading... ". "or"specific module could not be found"message at startup is usually related to the malware that has been configured to run at startup, but the referenced file has been removed after a malware scan, leaving behind him a startup item or the registry entry pointing to a file that does not exist.
It might be a removal of malicious software or an application not installed.  The entry may have a curious looking name since it was probably generated at random when the malware was installed. If you search your system for the referenced file, you may not find.
Windows attempts to load this file but cannot locate because the file has been deleted for most probably during an analysis of the malware. However, an orphaned associate of remainders of startup parameter or registry entry and tells Windows to load the file when you start or connection.
So you should delete the referenced entry Windows stop trying to load or run the file. It may or may not be included in the registry, but you can find it.  Autoruns (see below) you get the elements no matter where it is.
If you just locate and uncheck the item in msconfig, which disables the element but does not remove the reference to the element of false starting your computer.   The msconfig program is not a Startup Manager, that's a troubleshooting tool.  Disabling things in msconfig to put an end to the messages and think that your problem is solved is short-sighted and leave behind him a sloppy XP configuration.  Just disable the display of a start-up error message should not count as a 'solution' to the problem.
If you are comfortable editing the registry, you can find and remove the reference directly from there or remove it using a popular third-party tool called Autoruns.  The problem can always be found in the registry well.
Before making any changes to your registry by hand or with third-party tools, don't forget to first make a backup of the registry
. There is no cancellation or exit without saving the option in regedit.
Here is a link to a popular registry backup tool:
You can also use the Autoruns to find the element of start remains little matter where he's hiding.  Autoruns does not install anything on your computer.  It will display all startup locations where the reference may be then you can turn it off or remove it completely.  Here is the download link for Autoruns:
Run Autoruns.exe and wait that he at the end of the filling of the list of entries.
When the Autoruns is finished scanning your system, it will say "Ready" in the lower left corner.  Autoruns can be a little intimidating to first if you have never seen it before because it displays a lot of information
.  You are really interested only a few sections.
The problem is usually to start the system or the user startup entries, then click the connection tab and see if the startup item is there.
Scroll through the list and look for a boot entry associated files in the error message.
If you can't find on the connection tab, look in any tab.
You can also click file, search to search for logon, or any tab for all or part of the name of the element.
Right-click on the offending entry and choose Remove.  If you are not sure what it is, you can simply disable, restart and if the problem is resolved and then remove the offending entry.  If you don't see it in Autoruns, you may edit the registry and remove the item from your startup folder it.  Autoruns shall display the same information however.
Given that you had or have an infection, followed with this:
Perform scans for malware, and then fix any problems:
Download, install, update and do a full scan with these free malware detection programs:
    Malwarebytes (MMFA): http://malwarebytes.org/
    SUPERAntiSpyware: (SAS): http://www.superantispyware.com/
They can be uninstalled later if you wish.
Restart your computer and solve the outstanding issues.
  • Can't access Gmail from Firefox, using my laptop Windows 8.1

    Hello

I FVD Speed dial and Eversync installed on my Windows 7 laptop which I use for ages now and never had any problem. One of my speed dials is for my Gmail account, but I can't get into my email on my laptop which has Windows installed from Firefox or Cyrco 8.1 Although I can do without difficulty using Chrome and Opera. On this same laptop (ongoing enforcement W8) everything speed dials are great - it's only the Gmail that does not work and I get the following message:

"The page is not redirecting properly".

Firefox has detected that the server redirects the request for this address in a way that will never end.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

I tried every simple troubleshooting guide I can find (including going in about: config and make changes there) but nothing works and it seems (from what I've read) does anyone else have this perculiar problem that I am experiencing.

Gmail is one of the dials speed that I use most, it becomes really frustrating and I love this browser so don't want to abandon it, but if I can't solve this problem I'm afraid I'll have to.

    Can someone help me please?

    Thank you
