Coping of Smartphones blackBerry on sim card contacts

Hi, I just bought the BB 8310 curve and I currently have all of my contacts on the phone's memory, and I want to transfer them to the SIM... is it possible and if yes, how can I do this.

Thank you.

There is no way of really good to do. The only way to do is a number at a time. There is no way block to do. Your best bet is to use BlackBerry Desktop Manager and create a backup of your device.

If you really want the contacts on the SIM card:

  1. Open a contact in your address book.
  2. Scroll to a phone number.
  3. Press the menu button, and then select copy to SIM Phone Book.
  4. Repeat for each phone number. If you have multiple numbers for a particular contact included!

  • Contacts list copy of blackBerry Smartphones to the sim card

How to copy the list constct the torch b on the SIM (as a backup)?

You really want to copy them to your SIM card, you can have only a single phone number by name, and it is not easy. And you get no email address that you have registered in your contacts.

Make a backup of your device using the BlackBerry Desktop Software and the PC. Much easier.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones 1 BB... The T-Mobile SIM card contacts will not be displayed on my BB 8300 unlocked from AT & T

    Hello

I just bought a used BB 8300 from AT & T. It has unlocked and works with my T-Mobile SIM card but phone contacts do not appear in the address book. Suggestions does

No I did not, I read your menu choices that relate to plans talk or in your case, flex of compensation plans.

You have an address book. Open and go to the phone's SIM card and copy all your SIM contacts in the address book of BB.

  • OS update blackBerry Smartphones with another Sim Card

I have a unlocked T-Mobile Blackberry Bold 9900 that needs upgraded software however, I unlocked my phone and switched to AT & T. Which leaves me with the question of the operating system... can I select T-Mobile or AT & T when I reload my OS with an ATT SIM cards on an unlocked T-Mobile phone?

P.S. The reason why I ask because when I insert my battery, my phone has reached 75% charged, then freezes. I tried the "alt + right shift + delete" and the tricks of the 'Safe Mode (back button)'... but they do not work because the phone is completely frozen. This is the reason for my wanting a total reload of the OS.

Sorry for the typos... I use a droid and I want my BlackBerry back.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones SMS on SIM card

    Hello world

Hoping you can help.  I am going through a separation with her husband right now and I was told to save all my text on my SIM card messages - I want to know how I can go and get them and print them off the coast?

I don't want to pay for an app to do that!

    Help, please!

Make a back of your BlackBerry to your PC, using the BlackBerry Desktop Software.

You will then get the MagicBerry of Menastep software for free and extract your SMS to XLS or CSV file and print that file from database.

I don't know why (or how) you would save them on your SIM card. You will need to find a way to print them, unless the person who you told to do that, will also tell you how.

  • BlackBerry smartphones remove the Sim Card from storm

How do you 'delete' the SIM of the storm? I know that the battery has been removed. I tried to delete it, but seems to be stuck? I looked into the Blackberry site, but it does specify that on installation there. The SIM is uder a metal clip, I can "move". No problem with the phone or the sim card, but maybe later, that perhaps I need to remove it. Thank you.

Maybe I have use a small screwdriver and try to lift the clamp metal, to see if that helps, too. Thank you.

  • BlackBerry smartphone HSDPA AND SIM card

I have, I want to know if there is a SIM card in the Style of Black Berry?

If not, anyone know when they plan to make a new model with the SIM card and HSDPA network?

    Hello

I don't know why this website is indicating that - it is probably just an advertisement to encourage people to click on the unlocking service they link below.

Unfortunately, I rechecked and the BlackBerry Style only has CDMA connectivity and is not a world phone, which means that it has no location for SIM inside.

Here is a site that lists all the specifications more completely:

    http://www.PhoneArena.com/phones/RIM-BlackBerry-style-9670_id4589

Unfortunately, until the RIM is developing a new model of Style, it is not really much available on the market, even from other manufacturers.  The clamshell style has been left largely in favour of full touch devices (e.g. storm), sliders (e.g. the torch or many Android devices) or the form of candybar (for example the BlackBerry Curve or Bold and other devices from other manufacturers).

Sorry, the news is not positive.

  • Smartphones (UNRESOLVED) blackBerry invalid SIM card

My phone worked fine all day today, but when I got out of school I checked it and notice appears reading "your current SIM card requires an unlock code. Want to unlock? "With two options of Yes and no.. Pressing No. will enter just my phone, but pressing on Yes will ask for my Service Provider MEP code. I took out my SIM card from Telus, and all that is on it for codes is a long serial number is not working. My phone doesn't have access to the internet messages, BBM or text now. I would greatly appreciate any help you can give me.

    Thank you, Minerva.

    Hey Athene,

I would recommend contacting Telus in this regard.  They will be problably know what is happening.

    Thank you

  • BlackBerry Smartphones change of SIM card

I bought a BB 8520 at the United Kingdom locked to Vodaphone network. I would change to Orange here in Spain network.  However, I have only a chance of more than ten to change provider!

If I install a 'new' vodaphone SIM card purchased in Spain (on Vodafone Spain network) this will work without affecting the service provider. I'm afraid so the phone blocks and is not not usable!

Please make sure you only enter the correct unlock code so that you do not lose the last attempt.

  • Pin code of blackBerry Z10 Sim Card required daily

My required daily BBZ10 my sim card pin code, what should I do to prevent this?

I'm not reachable when I'm on call to work during the night because of this.

Thanks a lot for some feedback

    Gino

    Hi Ginodesoomer,

    Welcome to the support community!

Looks like you have security enabled on your SIM card. You can disable this option to avoid to be invited for the PIN. Please see this article for more information. "" Enter PIN"is displayed when the BlackBerry smartphone is locked" KB18647

You can disable this on your BlackBerry Z10 smartphone in settings > privacy and security > SIM card > SIM Lock card PIN.

Please let me know if that helps.

  • BlackBerry Passport SIM card, NFC enabled in a passport

I have a new passport Blackberry running on Bell Mobility and the settings information has been transferred from my Z10, which stood on Telus Mobility, using the Blackberry Link software. With my Z10 I used the software UGO portfolio purchases Tap Visa without any problem for about 1 year. I can't get this app to work on the Passport that the error message is CAN not access SIM. I work with UGO to solve and they work with Bell. Bell sent the update of the SIM card. I went back to Bell and got a new SIM NFC and no change in the number of app acceptance.

My wife does the same Z10 Passport switch and UGO portfolio works very well. No problem with SIM card acceptance. The difference is that she has not used UGO on their Z10.

Any suggestions? The passport may lock access to NFC somehow? I don't have problems with signal as calls, texts, BBM work well, and I use the cellular signal almost all the time, rarely on Wifi. A prior carrier (Telus) could use a field in the Z10 to lock the other carriers, which then was performed by the link between the Z10 and the Passport?

Bell Mobility and the App provider have solved this problem.
