  I imagine me, that you have a html text and you want to have a hyperlink to another page in your application.

  For example, you have a text like: "I want to create a hyperlink to a page.

  Now, if your mouse passes the word 'hyperlink', you want to see this magic 'hand '.

  First copy the URL of the target page: something like this-> "http://127.0.0.1:8080/apex/f? ' p = 100:2:3122716493255005:NO:

  Changing your text to html in this way:

  I'm implementing a dynamic PL/SQL action that is triggered by clicking a button.  Dynamic action sets two values in a table and then I want to redirect to another page.  The works of fine setting values.  The code is below:

  The redirection fails with the following error:

  "Error: parseerror: JSON.parse: not just a space unexpected character after JSON data.

  I tried several approaches, using the suggestions in this forum on how to redirect to a page of PL/SQL.  None of them lead to success.

  Can anyone tell me: what is the system to complain?  And is there a work around?

  I recommend the addition of another true action in your dynamic action that executes javascript.  the logic would be just redirect('f?p=&APP_ID.:81:&APP_SESSION.::NO:::');

  Remove everything after the validation of your action of pl/sql.

  Open the Page thumbnails. You can select the pages and then drag the pages. When you hold down the CTRL key you can copy pages.

  Hello! This may seem a strange question, but I'll post it anyway.
  
  I have an application that allows users to enter data (which are care for example). I want only certain people to be able to access these pages. In the same application, I have several reports, I want anyone to be able to access it, not need to login. For now, I have divided the 2 functions in separate applications, but it is very laid back and forth between switching applications. Is it possible to do this in a single application? I don't want to duplicate reports in 2 separate applications... it would be a maintenance nightmare. Or do I need a generic connection that allows anyone to view specific pages? The 'public' users do not have to log in to view this information now, and I wouldn't have to do with this new application.

  Not a weird question at all. Just do a current appropriate authentication scheme and set the security attribute of each page to Page public is public.

  I found the solution. Use rather JS. Windows.Location.href seems to work for ios and windows.

• Why not DC use multi hearts to OCR multiple pages at the same time?

  My only use for acrobat is scanning to PDF. Since the processors of today have 4 cores or more, why is it not possible to OCR multi-core? Scanning and OCR of 500 pages is extremely slow, I don't see why each kernel cannot make a page at the same time perhaps then he could cope with the scanning speed.

  I have 4 hearts and 16 GB of ram under DC win10 and it is as slow as my machine AMD Athlon dual core that was running XI under win7 and I would say the same thing as version 9 in xp.

  Whenever I've updated, I expect improved performance to find only "features" that are of little use to me and no speed or observable performance improvement.

  When can I expect this ability to be integrated with acrobat?

  Frankly, the current capacity of OCR in Acrobat is not designed for industrial power, such as 500 + documents scanned page work. The OCR function will need to be substantially updated to be a multithreaded and use multiple cores. It would also probably a version of Acrobat 64-bit Windows due to OCR address space requirements.

  In the meantime, if your document management needs include large amounts of work OCR PDF files, make you want to explore third-party solutions, stand alone or even Acrobat plug-ins server programs that can meet your requirements.

  I use Apex 4.2.1 on mod_plsql and Oracle 11 g 3.

  I'm facing what I consider a difficult assignment.  I need to build an application that supports two types of connection authentication: authentication Windows LDAP and authentication in an Oracle table.

  Is it still possible?  Someone knows how to do this?

  I already have the operation of the application using LDAP.  Users are present page 101 and a form where they enter their Windows user name and password.  After clicking a "submit" button, a plsql after submit process page 101 distinguishes the user to log in as an ADMINISTRATOR or a user to type non-ADMIN looking at the username of connection in an Oracle table called APP_USERS.  This table looks like:

  (USERNAME VARCHAR2 (10))

  PASSWORD VARCHAR2 (250)

  If the user name contains a '@' character, then this is a non-ADMIN user. Otherwise, it's an ADMIN that connects to.

  A plsql after submit the process is then called that looks like:

  P_PASSWORD = >: P101_PASSWORD,.

  P_SESSION_ID = > v ('APP_SESSION').

  (P_FLOW_PAGE = >: APP_ID);

  This works when an administrator user logs in and is authenicated via LDAP.

  However, users of type non_ADMIN must be authenticated on this table APP_USERS.

  Anyone know how to include such authentication with LDAP authentication all within the same application?  There is a concrete example of the work that I could shoot?

  I looked through this and other instances of the Apex on this subject and have read several articles about setting up authentication.  Unfortunately, I have not seen what anyone who manages more than one type of authentication for a single application.

  I thank very you much for helping me.

  As mentioned in my post, LDAP Windows authentication works very well.  My question is how to make use of LDAP and custom in an Oracle table simultaneously in the same Apex application authentication.

  I worked on it yesterday and, with the help of the articles I found on the web, I got it to work.

  I figured out how to get my Apex application to use two different authentication schemes.  LDAP is used for a set of users and 'control against a table of type Oracle user and password name' is used for a different set of users.

  I did use an article I found on the web (Blog of Duncan Mein) that shows how to create a custom authentication scheme.  Then, I modified it by adding in the LDAP Windows schema, I was already using.  Then, after yet another article I found, I also modified the underlying code of package to allow a re - direct to different application pages according to the user who was logged into type.

  To make all this work, it is important to be able to distinguish one set of users to another.  In my particular case, users with a '@' character in their usernames are automatically authenticated against my Oracle called APP_USERS table.  If my custom function returns 'true', they are directed to a 2 page in my application.  And users with no not this character are authenticated against Windows LDAP and directed to a 1 page in my application.

  It works well.  I wish I could put a demo of it on my work in apex.oracle.com area, but don't know how to get LDAP works on this site.

  You will need to copy the pages manually. (right-click on the parent entry in the navigation page tree and go to the COPY).

  Each of these pages copy and then copy all of the TAB. You will then need to individually set each tab to display "when the current page is: [insert page numbers.

  There is no real quick to do.

  I use the version of Adobe Acrobat X 10.0.0.396 on Windows XP Pro SP3

  You can use the crop tool to set all pages on one size. However, you can choose the size of the page.

• How to switch between multiple windows in the same application?

  I use OS X Capitan version 10.11.13 and I'm trying to find an easy way to switch between multiple windows in the same application by using CTRL + alt or different keys.

  Here is what I feel...

  Let's say I have Outlook, Google Chrome, Safari, iTunes and apps 'about this Mac' open.

  I open the new message window in Outlook and another Chrome window. I have therefore 2 separate windows in Outlook and Chrome.

  With that, I'm unable to move the composition and the window main outlook which is so annoying. Let's say I want to read the emails by the prospect main window and transfer of the content of the compose window! The command + tab doesn't take me to the main window of Microsoft outlook! Even if there were the last visited / applications window. This constraint is not intuitive, unless it can be configured in the settings?

  Strangely, I can't switch to the "about this Mac" window.

  The work around is to use the function (F3) mission button and click on the window, that I want to use or click the "Outlook" application on the dock icon and choose the window in the list.

  Does anyone know how switch between different windows in the same application by using a key combination or one another method other than listed above?

  In general, an Application that can open multiple windows provides a "Windows menu" you can choose the window you want.
