  You need the exact fonts of your colleague, and even in this case, it may not work if they subset fonts in the pdf file. Your best bet is to get your colleague to copy the text for you in a format that you can use, but even in this case, you will need the fonts, pagemaker is rather limited in the fonts that can be used and required a lot of special fonts in order to work.

  With Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can not. At the very least, it requires the full version of Acrobat, and even in this case, it can be difficult.

  Your best bet is to do all the editing of the original document (not the pdf) and then create a new pdf from that.

  The HTML engine is already there, although buggy in the current version.  And undocumented.  But the search on the forum for QNXStageWebView and StageWebView to learn more about which including examples of use.  It takes ten minutes to write a basic browser with it, just for fun.

• Trying to copy / paste the link to a web page

  Does anyone know how to do this now?  I used to be able to highlight the address bar, then select 'cut' in the Edit button and then 'paste' a link in an email.  Now, with my new computer, the editing commands are gray.

  2 is the issue limited to a particular Web site?

  3 did you do changes on the computer before the show?

  To work around the problem, you can right-click on the address bar and of the copy and then the same way with the right button and Paste the link in an email.

  It's probably a police problem. I'm afraid it probably isn't that you can do about it, unless you re-create the file and OCR it.

  I have a document of a few pages, but a story. The right column is the area of main text and on many places, anchored text boxes are placed which appears on the left column, as shown below.

  I want the text of each text box anchor to cut of his place and sticking to its point of insertion/anchor and remove all of the empty boxes of anchored.

  I'm trying since this morning but I was able to get the anchor object reference. Any help on how to start with will be useful.

  OK, let's say you have a main text (not rooted) box and three text boxes that are anchored to the text it contains. One is anchored with text, the second is not anchored and the third argument is empty (I won't get into the anchor vs custom anchor line given that you mention in your message).

  I guess the takeaway is perhaps you aren't looking at the main text block and then check if anything it is anchored. You are watching each text block and find out if it is anchored. That's my approach, anyway.

  I received a PDF file with an image only - no text.  I would like to copy / paste this image twice so that I find myself with three of the same image on the page.  Adobe TV makes it look so easy, but I noticed that there is an area of text around the image.   By copying and pasting an existing image in the same PDF are not really simple in Acrobat X. First, select the image with the selection tool, then right click and select copy the Image. Next, you'll need navigate to the comment pane and click the stamp tool. and select Paste the image to the Clipboard as stamp tool.
