  Hi all, I'm having a problem with the said topic. When I downloaded the most recent date and open Ps brush and Eraser tools (at least) have more circular brush size indicator. It is something different, then the problem of LOCKING of upper CASE. I need to be able to turn it back, how do I do this?

  What you done the configuration of the machine look like.  Adobe would be a version of Photoshop with a radical change like that.  Either you have a Bug or a Configuration problem or and install problem.  Try resetting you CC 2015.5 preferences and check the play cursor preferences...

  What should I do? This happens sometimes out of nowhere the tool brush stops showing as a circle of diameter specfic and watch as a line of sight, which does me little matter. This goes for all tools using the brush presets, Eraser and stamp. I can't do anything. because I don't see the tool, I'm working with. I tried to restart the PS, then restart with trashed prefs. None worked. I know that sooner or later it will come back and everything will be fine, but meanwhile, deadlines are creeping close & closer. The enemy is at the gates. Anyone have any ideas?

  Can you please let us know what version of the application that you are using? You can find it under the screen (Win: help > on Mac: -> comments)

  Two things to note:

  1 trace properties are not applicable for the Brush tool. She just produced fillings

  2 If you are referring to controls of brush size then they outcrop in PI from Flash CC 2015 (in the section fill and line Brush tool PI) and lead under the section of the form of brush Brush tool PI

  3. you can use the paint brush tool in the latest version (renamed animate CC) to draw a broom race based - animate Adobe help | Working with the brush

• Why is my race so chaotic when I use broad brush sizes?

  I always erase a ton on the edges in order to to make it smooth.  A way to solve this problem?  I use a Tablet Turcom on Adobe Photoshop Elements 8, but it happened with all of the other tablets, I used, too (Wacom).  I can never get a smooth line with wide brush sizes.  I usually only size checked in my brush tablet pressure options.

  

  Just to clarify, I mean closer together. When you draw with a brush in a program such as PSE you actually put down many repetitions of the brush itself cursor. You need more overlap to avoid seeing the edges of each plan.

  Or you could try a softer brush.

• HP Officejet Pro 8600 Premium: Printer leaves black lines during copy and scan from ADF

  I know this question has been asked several times, but whenever I try to copy or scan from the automatic document feeder, it leaves black lines on the copy (with the document on the works of glass like a charm).  I've read through the forums and have tried the advice to unplug the machine and so on, but none of these suggestions work.  Any help would be appreciated.

  Welcome to the HP's Support Forum!

  I see that you have some problems with a line when copying from the document on your Officejet 8600 Premium feeder e-all-in-one printer. I can help you with that.

  To start, make sure that the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not a surge protector. Once done:

  1. Get a little water and a lint cloth.
  2. Open the left upper part of the printer, where the document since the charger goes into the printer. It should open up as you opened a book.
  3. With your damp cloth wipe the rubber stamp, the rollers in the cover and the casters on the bottom of this section.
  4. Again open the left side of the printer, as you opened a book.
  5. With your damp cloth, wipe the rollers, you will find inside this section.
  6. Close the upper sections of the printer and open the flat section.
  7. With your damp cloth wipe the rollers and the white bar you see on top of the printer
  8. Clean the glass on the left side of the printer.

  Once all the pieces you cleaned dry, please let me know the results. If you remove the line, click on accept solution. If you appreciate my help, please click on the thumbs up icon. The two icons are below this post.

• Portege R500 - cursor often jump back a line or several spaces back

  I just bought a R500.
  When you type, the cursor jumps back a line often or several spaces back.
  It's an involuntary yip, and I don't think it's a human error of keyboard.

  How can I stop this? Any advice?

  Disable the touchpad while typing. You can do that by pressing the Fn + F9 key combination.
  I had the same problem and it was caused by touching the surface of the touchpad while typing.

• Click on a header of every time I change my color/tool/brush size etc. on CS6 & El Capitan

  OK, it drives me absolutely crazy. My CS6 has been slow for a bit, but since the upgrade to El Capitan, I'm losing my mind. Whenever I want to change brush size, fast replacement of the tools, zoom in or out, basically anything, I first have to click the image generally on the program header and then I can't change. Otherwise, none of the keyboard shortcuts work and nothing is last updated on the screen. The spot Healing Brush tool does not update unless I do this or cure somewhere else. The clone tool drags and won't appear not updated until I do it. The list is long. I tried to delete my preferences file and that did not work. Optimize my Mac did not work (this is a new Mac is told by the way). Nothing worked! This makes editing a bit tortuous. Suggestions? I quickly fell I also use Wacom tablet in case this has nothing to do with it.

  John, there's always a choice. And in fact I just had a friend call me an answer about 1 minute after I posted this. Menus, shortcuts, Lasso tool, or Photoshop constantly run when using a Wacom tablet. Mac OS worked perfectly. There is no need to further improve.

  It depends on what slider you have selected in the preferences.  If you select the full cursor size, brush will never paint outside of the perimeter of the cursor.

  In the online tutorials, when people change their brush size and hardness, you can see a red overlay which shows what the real brush would look like.
  I don't see the Red overlay. Just the outline of the brush size.

  You can then, as far as I know, neither use this feature, or other features based on the GPU as the rotate view tool, 3D etc. functions.

  Have you looked at Edition > keyboard shortcuts?

  Try 'Photoshop default settings' or hold down your ALT key. The Cancel button will be reset, and you click on this.

  Now what remains are your BONES keyboard settings or if you are using a bluetooth keyboard or tablet.

  My brushsize won't change more than 3 sizes in the two "sense" when I use the shortcut (changed to Danish control + ae to smaller and ctrl + o for greater).

  Your answer made me proof read the discriptions shortcut key and it turns out that I changed the increment/decrement of the hardness instead all these years...

  In the document, round brush size contour changes in size 4 times in both directions because the hardness has changed. Not to the same size so it looked like he did.

  There are no shortcuts for those so you would need to add new commands to the context menu and then add a new shortcut for this command and I don't think you can do the first.
