Corruption Safari
Hello Apple community support. Have had some problems with Safari running extremely slow and often causing the MacBook Pro to freeze. This may somehow be tied to the Carbonite backup. Whenever I'm looking for a word in an article and choose "Search with Google" it opens Safari and I have to force them to leave quickly because it will bog down the system. Should use Firefox instead. Help, please. Would like to reinstall Safari if possible. Thank you!

Safari on MacOS Sierra of freezing any machine
Sierra 10.12 running on an iMac 2009 end with 12 GB of RAM, Safari 10.0. Sites chosen at random, what is happening, including the Apple support site.
Safari/Preferences/Advanced - activate the menu to develop it, then go ahead and empty Caches. Quit/relaunch Safari and test. Then try Safari/history/Show History and remove all items from the history. Quit/relaunch Safari and test. You can also try try Safari/Clear History... The downside is that it deletes all cookies. It could upset some sites no longer recognizes your computer as one that has visited the web site. Go to Finder and select your user folder. With this Finder window as the windshield, select Finder/display/display options for presenting or order - J. When the display options opens, check "show the library folder. This should make your visible user library folder in your user folder. Select Library./Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db, and then move it to the trash.
Go to Safari preferences/Extensions and disable all extensions. Test. If correct, enable the extensions one by one until find you which extension is causing the problem.

Safari crashes after the last update
Hello
I am running:
-OSX 10.11.6
-Safari version 10.0 (11602.1.50.0.10)
Yesterday, that I just installed Safari was last updated.
Since that I've found that Safari keeps crashing.
Has anyone else seen or got an advice on what the problem is?
Thank you
Christian

Safari has been crashing repeatedly since the update to version 10. It was when I clicked on something, look at a site I visit normally, and sometimes while I read. Is this a bug? I ran repair disk, and the problem persists.

Slowness and Spinning Beachball dead in Safari / Mail
Mail is extremely slow to start and download the mail in the first run of the day.
Safari will launch but often will block upward / beach balls. The error messages are extremely long and I don't think I can post them here. However, they talk about a lot of "stacks".
I have a Mac Mini 2.3 ghz intel core i7, DDR3 4 GB 1600 Mhz, El Capitan 10.11.6 running memory.
I ran Etrecheck and will post that below, in the hope that this will help identify something inherited weird, that I can get rid.
If you think it's just that I'm old and slow computer, also let me know that.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

If you don't need the software of Sierra Wireless, uninstall it by using the instructions in the developer.
Try to uninstall RIM if you do not use it.

Don't Force Quit Safari (yahoo mail?)
For a few months now, yahoo mail seems to freeze the finder (when using Safari - to the extent where I can not force leaves them. The cursor still moves, but the dock will not appear. Safari greys out and I have to turn off and restart.
Is there a fix or a workaround?
Safari/Preferences/Advanced - activate the menu to develop it, then go ahead and empty Caches. Quit/relaunch Safari and test. Then try Safari/history/Show History and remove all items from the history. Quit/relaunch Safari and test. You can also try try Safari/Clear History... The downside is that it deletes all cookies. Click on is no longer working in Safari
Dear all,
I have a 27 imac and since yesterday, it is therefore possible to use Safari.
My first page when I open Safari's google news, so there are several links on the same page and when I move the link I can't click on it. I use a trackpad.
I tried to restore safari, but this is no chance anything.
I can scroll up and down, I can write a new address in the address bar, but can not do anything on the web page. I tried to do a search with yahoo and tried to click on other web pages, and the result is the same.
I don't have the latest version of Mac OS x, but I'm downloading now, do you think this can solve the problem? The new OSX system will load a new version of Safari on my Mac?
hope you can help:
Thanks and greetings
Fabrice

Hi all
I use Safari 9.1 than my normal browser and OS X on a MacBook Pro late 2013 10.11.4.
I tested my internet speed (speedtest.net) on all devices and noticed that my 6s iPhone and iPad 2 air both iOS 9.3.1 (speedtest.net app) had a ping of less than a third of that of the MacBook Pro.
Then I tried Google Chrome 49.0.2623.112 (64-bit) and the speed is as fast as with iOS devices. Then I went 45.0.2 Firefox and it was as slow as Safari again.
For the last test, I disabled all extensions in Safari, but has not made a difference.
Is there a setting to speed up Safari on OS X, his counterparts of iOS? I would rather not use Chrome on battery because I lose an hour of battery time.
Thank you all for your help.

Problems with iframes cached after the upgrade to Safari 9.1
I have a problem that Safari is caching my iFrames.
What follows (pseudo) HTML (well, it's an aspx page) is OK in Safari 9.0:
< html >
< body >
< iframe id = "page1" src = "Page1.aspx" / > "
< iframe id = "2" src = "Page2.aspx" / > "
< / body >
< / html >
in Safari version 9.1, although
1. caching is disabled in the developer toolbar
2. I got Mac + R to reload the page
It will still not send a call to the page 1 or page 2 but rather pull server to an older version of this page.
I know that I could add? Rnd = $ () or something similar now, however, this aid only in part, from a post (postback) inside the iframe, once again, will be the cached page.
Others out there who have found a solution? I also didn't put all the prama no cache etc. to avoid that, no luck.
I tried this also in El Capitan with the same result it looks like to be connected to the update of Safari 9.1 (10601.5.17.4)

MacBook Pro locks up in Safari
The short problem is my MacBook Pro (end of 2013), and my co-workers 2011 MacBook Air have experienced two camera while Safari is running. Without warning of the shutdown of computers... the mouse still works, but text and clicking on do not work. It usually lasts a minute or two and the keyboard buffer works when he wakes up. Reboot also clears.
But this week my MacBook Pro locked and is stuck. Reset don't affect it. I would be left to the user with a mobile slider page and no clicks or keyboard function. The only change is the addition of a new Trackpad Apple replace my magic mouse.
I ' d up call apple support and after resetting the PR and a few other things, the collective decision was the computer had a software problem preventing us to solve using equipment. They suggested an Apple repair center. At that point I had to accept.
My wife asked the new trackpad... which at that time was off and I was using the cushion on the MacBook. She suggested trying the magic mouse, and when I turned it on I return control of the mouse. I have re-installed immediately OS - X and for about a day, I have not had any problems.
Then yesterday I had another episode of 30 second freeze.
Any ideas or suggestions? I don't think it's material, or I wouldn't be typing this. I went a day now, after the last frost without any problem. But I would have preferred that they don't come back too.
Thank you.

Google.com works, but is very slow.
I already deleted the internet plugins folder in both libraries.
