  This part is very easy to find and replace yourself. If you take the service cover from the bottom of your laptop, you should see a map with two sons (a white or grey, black) attached to it. It should also have a HP number on there part as 455549-003 or similar. Just look for a place like Ebay or Amazon for the part number on the wifi card, you have, and it should pull straight upward.

It worked with a mouse problem, that I got with the program under Win 7. So, today, I bought a copy of win 8 and installed on the PC even after reinstalling Win 7 and Photo Reportage on the PC. This time I get the message this Photo story is not compatible with Windows 8. What gives. It works on preview but not the final version. Am I missing something? Can I make it work? »

  My personal experience with 12 apps I've tried so far Photo Story 3 is the only one who is not to install or work on the 9200 Build Windows 8 enterprise.
  We've been through the same thing when Windows 7 is released. Photo Story 3 worked on the preliminary but abruptly stopped when the final version has been published. He solved and works fine on Windows 7.

  I managed to install Photo Story 3 on Windows 8 Enterprise x 64 and Windows Enterprise 8.1 Preview x 64.  I also discovered exactly what it breaks, and I guess that's what beat Photo Story 3 for people on Windows 7: LegitCheckControl.dll

  If you download from the Microsoft Web site through the alternative method the photo story 3 application will install and work fine.  If however you choose to install the ActiveX Windows Genuine Advantage version, it installs the LegitCheckControl.dll, some registry settings and will result in the following errors.

  Setup error:

  "Photo Story 3 for Windows cannot be installed on this version of Windows. Check the system requirements for photo story 3 for Windows before attempting to install the program".

  Error launching application:

  "Photo Story 3 for Windows cannot run this version of Windows.  Check the requirements for photo story 3 for Windows before trying to execute it."

  While the problem is happening, you can install Photo Story 3 on systems that are affected by the WGA ActiveX components through the command line with the following example:

  MsiExec.exe /i Pstory.msi/passive SKIPOSCHECK = 1 NOLEGITCHECK = 1

  To solve two problems:

  As the installation of the ActiveX program does not include an uninstall program, the best solution is to rename the WGA DLL via PowerShell or command line as an administrator for that photo story may find it is no longer, and so you can enable it again in the future without problem.

   

  Windows x 86:

  PS: "Rename-Item $env:windir\System32\LegitCheckControl.DLL LegitCheckControl.Disabled.DLL.

  CMD: "rename %windir%\System32\LegitCheckControl.DLL LegitCheckControl.Disabled.DLL.

  Windows x 64:

  CMD: 'rename %windir%\SysWOW64\LegitCheckControl.DLL LegitCheckControl.Disabled.DLL.

  Although many people on this site of the Community said that they were able to load Win 10, feel for the mistake that wll Win 10 statng load not because I am usng an OS compressed.  Any help would be wonderful - thank you for your time!

  To clarify this more, the error "Windows can not be installed because this PC uses a compressed operating system." was apparently introduced with the latest Windows build 10 9926 released 23 January 2015.  It was possible to do an upgrade of a Windows system with Windows 8.1 WIMBoot previous 10 relies, I have made a on the Stream 7 last month.

  I expect that there will be a fix for the build 9926 or at least a fix for the final version of Windows 10 to allow the upgrade in place since a large number of customers with WIMBoot probably want to update without wipe their hard drives.

  Hello

  This feature was not available during the early days of download Trail. I found in a Captivate Forum that this feature will be available for download only after a few days.
  You can now download and install the text to speech in your system. Which includes two voice right now.

  Why no text to speech using Microsoft Streets and Trips 2010 on my Vista machine.  It works fine on my XP machine.  "Is IT" did not find anything worng woth the sound system.

• How to restore a security entrancecode that was not installed by updating to ios10?

  Work with the 5s iphone I recently could update to ios10. I did it during the evening. In the morning, I was told the update required an entrycode that was not installed.

  I use an entrycode before this and the same works after that.

  No longer is my ability to import on my Imac out of the photo on my iphone, it says in Iphoto: cannot import as device is held by entrancecode, you need to unlock the device to import the photo.

  My unlock does not work. I tried to connect to itunes, tried to reset, but so far nothing works.

  What can I do?

  Download and installation are separate steps. You should be able to find 'Install macOS Sierra' in your Applications folder. Double-click it to start the installation. It would really be a good idea to first make a backup complete and bootable.

  OS X El Capitan is already bundled with AirPort Utility v6.x. It seems that you try to install the older v5.x for the utility. Unfortunately, this older version will not install on later versions of OS X.

  If you require administer an older 802.11 g AirPort access point you will need a Mac running OS X Lion or earlier or a Windows XP or 7 PC.

  Looks for some install help. I try to install El Capitan for my Mac Mini. Here are some features:

  Mac Mini (mid-2011)

  OS X Yosemite 10.10.5

  Intel Core i5 2.5 GHz

  Question: El Capitan does not install anything after clicking on the button after choosing the drive. The window simply disappears and nothing happens.

  I have read all the threads to locate the file "install OS X El Capitan", but it leads to the same question.

  What other options can I here? I tried to create a new admin user to install the operating system, restarted my computer, re - download the file, etc..

  I ran out of options here. Help, please!
