  Rename the opm.db file.

  1. Close the application of Creative Cloud runs.
  2. Navigate to the OOBE folder.

     Mac OS: /users/folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE
  3. Rename the file opm.db in opm_old.db

  I recently downloaded and used the trial version of Publisher 2007, which also installed any more Office 2007 on my computer. After the end of the trial period, I uninstalled the downloaded file then, but now my original office suite that came on my computer (Office XP Professional with FrontPage version: 10.0.2627.0) does not work. I don't have the original disc supplied with the computer, now I can't reinstall.

  Unfortunately, the trial version is limited in the CODEC it has and can work with. See this ARTICLE from Adobe on what is missing from the trail version and why.

  I'm having trouble installing inDesign and Photoshop. Can someone tell me if it is really because of my mac not be "good enough"?

  I use a late 2009 MacBook white unibody, but I upgraded to 8 GB of ram with an SSD. The fall that I guess is the core2duo processor but its still a multicore processor right?

  I seem to run illustrator without problem but cannot install indesign or photoshop.

  Adobe does not support case-sensitive file system - never. Apple does not recommend running a software application on a volume of case sensitive - that always makes me wonder why they offer it. I can understand why we might want a case-sensitive file system, but without the full support of the vendor and application vendors, it is especially useless.

  Maheedhararao if you can not install in trial mode, then it is likely the trial on this computer has expired.  I recommend you to evaluate the software on another computer.

  I downloaded and installed the trial of Captivate 4 and I am impressed with the improvements that I've explored so far.

  However, I am very excited to try the text-to-speech tool. However, it does not seem work - Captivate guard prompting me to download and install the Neotext databases - I did - once or twice now.

  When I first downloaded and added, Captivate was still running.

  Since it does not recognize the installation, I left Cpativate and installed it again.

  Still no luck.

  Any ideas on how I can get this working?

• CP 4 synthesis speech wll not install or work

  Greetings:
  I decided to do a trial of Captivate 4 and build a demo to display the Manager to convince him to buy it for me.
  
  Unfortunately, the speech does NOT install when I followed the links and the direcitons, I get a message that there no voices and download. I did it four times now.
  
  I saw a post here saying "go to the folder where it is installed and click the EXEs.." this folder is which? I don't see an obvious match.
  
  If I can't get the text to speech to work, my manager will never jump for the bucks. Thanks, QuizQueen
