  Coercion causes slight slowdowns since there is a conversion involved.  Only in the tighter curls would be you pointed out.

• New C6180 All in 1 does not recognize cartridge initialization.

  I'm now putting in place a new-in-the-box C6180 that was purchased in August 2007.  Cartridges provided, necessary for initialization, are badly timed out.  The printer displays the message "the following ink cartridges appear to miss."  All cartridges are listed.  I installed everything, but the machine seems frozen.

  I hope I need new cartridges of initialization to a minimum.  Where can I get them?  The print head is also going to be a problem?

  You must call the HP Technical Support for assistance.

  Since the printer is out of warranty, you would have provided an option to many back this printer with an improved model.

  It was getting my full disk space. Up to 1.2 GB to 73 GB. I removed some unnecessary files and programs up to 4.6 GB. Last night my internet was running very slow and I got a message that says that my disk space is full. I went to the Explorer, who intends to seek more to remove offline. To my surprise, it showed that I have 38 GB of free space. At the same time however, some (not all) of my desktop icons now have a red exclamation mark on them. • OfficeJet 7000 does not recognize cartridges

  We have a large format inkjet Officejet 7000 which we use for about 1 year. We use an external ink tank system that has been working for several months OK. Last week, the printer was working fine, then all lights cartridge 4 began flashing at the same time. If I try utilities like printhead, cleaning, it says no cartridge are recognized.

  I have cleaned the printhead connections & reinstall the cartridges but no change.

  Any ideas how can I fix?

  PC is Win XP Pro SP2

  We managed to solve this problem more or less by chance. While pushing the connections to the printhead what is dropped from the main tablecloth. After reconnected it the printer is now OK. I guess that the cable must be are detached but was still held by the connector & not in contact.

  My laptop - HP Pavilion Notebook PC g6-2235tx - is not included in the list provided by Dunidar.

  In my Windows Update (in option), I had two graphics drivers to update, but glancing through several forums, it seems that there may be problems with the discharge of the battery overheating and fast if they are applied - I'm not prepared to make a rabbit test.

  Usually the number of questions directly because of the installation of Win 8.1 leads me to believe MS didn't diligence to advise suppliers of hardware and software what is needed for their products, or the lead time to update the products work properly with 8.1.  The approach seems to be leave 8.1 loosely in the wild and see what is happening and this case has millions of users totally pissed-off.  This arises out of course to all manufacturers of products have 8.1 installed.

  I have not solved my original problem SOLVED my problems by taking two days to:

  create an image of the disc C 8.1

  format the C drive

  retrieve the original Win 8 OS

  install an image of disk C just prior to installation of 8.1

  recover files of the user of my time with the picture 8.1 8.1

  I have to say during this process, I tried to use disks to repair Win 8 and Paragon B & R product system and the system could not access the optical drive at any time.  I have to wonder what is the use to create a system repair disc if it can not be used.

  I'm now happy homecoming with Win 8 MS to send a bill for all the days I lost trying to sort their damage. Maybe a class action is required by all those who have lost their time with this product to make MS lift their game - I would be one of the first on the list.

  I now have to wait 4-6 months with the hope that the 8.1 matures before retry.

• Cannot print red

  Printer has stopped printing red. I have changed the cartridge, still does not red print. I went through all the cleaning, by aligning services public etc, no change. Now the printer began to print a diagnostic page after each normal page and I can't stop doing that! I just bought 3 new cartridges so really want to end up having to buy a new printer to solve the problem. It is a HP Office Jet Pro K5400n bought in 2008 and had worked well so far. HP tell me he's too old for their support.

  I suspect that your black carpet & red printhead was bad... replace & try again. also your media color calibration

  Use of course good icc profile for the paper you are using. myself using the HP everyday photo glossy or satin paper.

  or brilliant canvas. I use all the hp photo gloss/satin with icc GE Profile & very satisfied with the results.

  Recently, I replaced print cartridges on my HP 2401 printer.  Printer has worked for a few weeks, and now an error that says: "remove and check print cartridges.  I did this (interface buvardages print cartridge on paper towel) and put them back in, but get the same error.

  When I replaced the cartridges a couple of weeks, it does not ALIGN cartridges at startup.  Costco using refills... suggestions?
