Fable 3 securom think that my game is pirated

I just download Fable 3 last night from games for Windows Marketplace from Microsoft. I have install and start the main menu comes up and I touched the game, then a window AVG appears on the desk saying a threat has been detected in the name of the file: C:\Program Files (x 86) \Microsoft Games\Fable III\DFA.dll with the name of threats: Virus detected Vundo detected at the opening. the name of the process: C:\Program Files (x 86) \Microsoft Games\Fable III\F3Secu.exe initially I was confused and does not read the details of the 'threat detected!' and selected the option to remove the threat as power user. I started playing the game and immediately noticed that the graphics were not satisfactory, because this title most recent so I went in the settings menu of the game, set up the resolution and the selected settings details... A window reading, "the Securom failed, indicating that this copy of Fable III is pirated." goes on it, explains in detail the lowest is the only option and there may be another loss of functionality. What should I do? I bought this game directly from Microsoft and it tells me it is pirated. I searched online for information and solutions and is that SecuROM is more effective in the * people, so I guess they are at fault, but none of their resources have helped, and I can't get direct support from Microsoft. I uninstalled the game once and re-installed but nothing is different, I rejected just not the AVG resident shield alert again and it reappears whenever I start the game differently than before when I chose to remove it. I don't know what to do and my problems with PC games always end in failure. Help?

  • Satellite Pro P100: I think that my graphics card is defective

I have a satellite Pro P100 with a GeForce Go 7600 and think that graphic design is faulty. I was playing a game that has good graphics and I was testing the FPS cause it was laggy.

On average, that a decent graphics card must be able to give an SPF of 20-29 but my geforce go overlooked 9-13, but I have a Satellite M60-164 before this laptop with a Mobility Radeon X 1700 graphics card and he played much better give me the range good fps. But maybe the Geforce could well be a bad card in general.

Is it possible to update the graphics in the P100? He says dedicated graphics card.

    Hello

first of all, no can´t you don't share your graphics card because the card is "wired" on the circuit board. With dedicated was he has it s own graphic memory and does not have a main RAM memory to use as graphics memory.

    Regarding your performance:
Would be interesting what operating system you are using. In the case of Vista, I understand why performance is not good, because vista requires so many resources that the rest of the apps/games would not get the necessary resources for the successful REALLY.
If you have Windows XP, then update your drivers, but use drivers on sites like:

http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/ (2 GB LaptopVideo & NVIDIA Related News)
http://www.OmegaDrivers.NET/ (OmegaDrivers.net - home of the Omega Drivers for desktop/laptop ATI & NVIDIA cards)

because these drivers are almost on mobile systems, and they use the most versions of real driver of ATI and Nvidia.

Just try it and give some feedback.

  • I think that my graphics card is the original BSOD - sort sure?

    • I've been struggling with BSOD for a month now and have reinstalled Vista 3 times. I always get the BSOD with a 116 error code indicating the nvlddmkm.sys. I can start safe mode and I can boot Vista with the graphics driver disabled nVidia. When I have the option to check solutions (after going without failure, following the crash mode), I get a message that the nvidia driver has failed. I tried to download the latest driver from nVidia website, but I still get the BSOD. I ran Diagnostics on the hard drive, processor, memory and motherboard and it passes all these tests. I tried running a diagnostic test on the graphics card twice (with the active pilot) and it crashed the system twice.

So, I think that the card is shot since I was still getting BSOD with the latest drivers. I'm fine with the replacement of the card if it will save my computer, but I don't want to spend the sum of $ if something is wrong with my computer. Are there other tests I need to run on the computer before you buy a new card? Also, should what card I get. I have a HP m9150f with a card Nvidia GeForce 8500. Also, I haven't downloaded Service Packs or updates of Windows (I did the first 2 times I have re-installed and the system still broke). I should install them now or will that complicate things until I get the figurative out graphics card?

      Thank you.

I'm moving from PC to iMac. I think that I have brought successfully my profile. My work id of addressbook, but no mail received file is obvious. The Mail subfolder in the profile of 'new' - "Mail" - is about the same size - 1.6 GB - as it was on the PC, so I guess that the mail has not moved, however, there is no sign of what I can find on the page "news" of Thunderbird. I did move by copying the profile folder of the PC on the Mac desktop, raise the profile of Mac beside him folder and dragging the PC Mail subfolder to the mail folder in the Mac profile. I think I am way over my head here; I really want to solve the problem, so I can mothball the PC. Thanks is advance for your help.

OK, the ini file will be

    MacHD>Users>RKW (me)>Library>Thunderbird

The profile folder will be in MacHD > users > RKW (me) > library > Thunderbird > profiles with a name like d1234pg. By default. When copying content. It is this lower level folder called. Not MacHD > users > RKW (me) > library > Thunderbird > profiles.

To simplify a little (I hope so.

Install Thunderbird. go to the Help menu in Thunderbird and select troubleshooting information.
In this tab, click on the button show the frlder for the profile.
Finder will open with the open current profile folder.
    Close Thunderbird.

Now, locate the old profile folder, it will be contains pref.js as a file among many others.
Copy the files and folder to this folder, and place them in the new folder Thunderbird open in the Finder for you. To replace the files.

Open Thunderbird and you should have it all.

    It depends on how you

    1. Choose the Mode "full screen" or
    2. unchecked toolbars

The F11 key activates / turns off Mode full screen or not. Full screen, you have no toolbars, no tab and no bar Add on (bottom).
