• My first CS3 crashes when I export anything.

  I use Thunderbird on Yosemite 10.10.4 38.2.0 (Mac), to connect to Gmail via their IMAP server.

  I have been using Thunderbird for many years. The last two weeks, a problem has resurfaced. It seems that Thunderbird loses contact with the IMAP of Gmail server. Two things occur:

  (1) crashes when sending a message: it hangs on "connecting to smtp.gmail.com. After awhile, I hit cancel them and send again and the message passes through. (screenshot attached)

  (2) hangs when copying to sent mail: I compacted my sent mail folder and it still hangs. Yet once I hit Cancel, and he me reprompts. After clicking ok several times, he finally saves the email in the folder.

  It turns out that the culprit was a bad font in the image. I opened the image in Illustrator and converted to outlines police. That solved the problem! By the way, this a problem of image/font (this image is used in a few different manuals) also caused InDesign to crash when I exported in PDF format.

  People from Adobe, if you're reading this, it would be great if the problematic fonts in images were detected by InDesign, as an error in the control panel for errors of liaison and the police currently similar upstream it.   I have problems with my new laptop.

  Hi, my laptop still crashes when using an external monitor. So far ive tried s-video and vga, but still no joy. Lately my computer has been crashing when I watch videos or play a loner, but not every time except solitaire.  It freezes, green squares are everywhere, then it goes black and turns.  I've updated just as much as I can, I cleaned everything as much as I can. It does not crash when I play games suitable as mass effect, and that seems to work very well.

  Don't you think it's because I have little Ram? I looked up on this subject, most people just say to make things of course are up to date, but I'm OCD to make things of course are updated now, and it didn't help a bit. • Why Firefox crash when I try to import bookmarks from Chrome?

  Tried 3 times to import bookmarks, but Firefox crashes when it gets to "Favorites" after having copied the cookies and history of the "items to import" window navigation. Checked all Chrome bookmarks to find mistakes etc., cleaned and then tried but always crashing. Only in Firefox which blocks everything else works well.
