Hello, I am new on ODI and by now realized that, in my case I cannot use a standard Oracle KMs. I understand that there is a way to create a km personalized using a standard as a model. With ODI Studio, there is a tool to do? So far I have found none. Or y at - it a different software that can be used? Thank you very much!
To elaborate on the post on the guru, Right-click your KM base in your project (module Designer), duplicate, change the name, make your changes, export out of designer, check with your version control tool, enjoy!
Whenever I try to create the custom toolbar, it disappears after you restart Firefox. Can you suggest me a solution for this?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance).
Do not click on the reset button on the start safe mode window or make changes.

I created the original a bit back and don't think that I made a trick to get it to show up under the dashboard. Can you get it someone please let me know what I forgot to do?

Modules only appear in the list when they contain a view that is reported as a dashboard.

Your best bet is NOT to mud around with your publish first of all of the models. Try edting a file HTM already posted to get the result you want, and then ONLY once you know that you have a solution, change your publish models.

Put the query in the refresh tab in the variable, generate a script of the variable and call the script through "OdiStartScen" (Sunopsis API technology) of KM.
In this case the variable should be "last value".
An alternative is to use a Java variable instead... Works best at kms

I created a custom and registered with a specific name date format. However, when I open a new worksheet, my saved format does not appear in the menu drop-down? Am hoping that I don't need to create the same format for each new sheet?
You must save the spreadsheet containing the new date as a model format and use this custom template for each new spreadsheet where you want that this date format personalized at your disposal.

Right-click on a control and go to advanced-> customize. This will open the control editor. Change the type of a control to a Type def. Customize if necessary and save the control.

You cannot create the merge modules in CVI, but you can consume merge modules in our distribution Builder. Normally, if you were to create a merge module, create you the merge module in a tool such as WiX and then consume it in CVI. Just out of curiosity, what exactly you're trying to do?
I am trying to create a Custom Control fancy image processing of the meter of cells. I want control which allows me to select the image of two types, fluorescent or DAB, and if I choose Fluorescent, will allow me to choose red, green or blue.
I created two radio button controls, one for Fluorescent / DAB, one for RGB, which looks like this:
I was hoping to "embed" the RGB control of the Type of Image control while having them retain their properties (box of dialogue elements 2 and 3 elements). When I made the simple drag and drop of RGB on the Type of Image, he acted as if I added elements of a cluster, and I got a box of the 5 elements, not what I wanted.
Then I'm smart and dragged Type of Image on top of RGB. Of course, if the Type of Image is at the front, you see RGB. However, if RGB is in front, see you both, but with ugly shadows around RGB (I made her invisible label).
Anyone have an idea how I can have my cake and eat it, too? Specifically, how can I get rid of the shadow that the RGB control throws on the Type of Image control?

The slope is 2 and the intersection point is 0. I have attached the code to clearly indicate what I'm currently building. The way I put up right now, it's not the scaling. It has 2 spots in the code. I would like to create a custom for the first task, as in the attached code scale. I had a scale customized using VI to Express DAQ Assistant. But I do not see these options when I try to do the same with the DAQmx task. Please let me know how this can be done. Any help is greatly appreciated.

In the Windows XP Explorer: is there a way to create a custom button so that no matter where you are in a different drive, directory and subdirectory... all you have to do is click on the custom button and return to your default directory? If this is not the case, is a custom button another way to do it. Currently, I click on the [Back] button or use the button [Back] drop down to return to the default value. Ok, but not really okay because it takes a click and return to the default value.
