  Is it possible - if so how? I am aware that I can insert the CD from the host ESX, CD drive and install.

  I have a question, I am using virtual desktop with vmware view. I'm on a physical machine using this machine that I log on to the virtual machine using office remotely. (vmware view). My question is that I don't want the users of the physical machine to copy and paste the files of the virtual machine and vice versa.

  When I open virtual desktop, go to my computer, I see drive c (virtual machine disk) and then share the disks of the physical machine. When I click on them, they open and then I am able to copy all files in this shared folder on the virtual desktop. I want to restrict any idea how could I go about this. Help, please.

However, I do not want to download the VMWare Client on other workstations and use virtual desktops in this pool. We will have a separate pool for this behavior (scenario 2). My original plan was to limit it with a firewall, but this would not at all for the second scenario.

  OK, so I figured out, and since I shared the pain I think I might as well share the joy.

(this must be implemented in system preferences / accessibility / Zoom.)  In the larger picture-in-picture (PIP), the cursor appeared and could even be used within the zoom area. The strangest thing is that the background for the PIP graphic was an old one I had used before. Thus, zoomed in was one that I have no more. The cursor seems to be on a desktop computer that he was dreaming.

  Within the PIP, I called Mission control using a four finger gesture, then checked the office at the top of the window bar in the PIP. He showed 'Desktop 4' all alone on the bar. First of all, I was only using 1 to 3 offices! Second, where are my three other offices?

  I, now, to understand what I was doing for myself. Previously, I had added a second monitor to my iMac. Apparently, the software side that is active even when the monitor is off. So, I accidentally moved my cursor to the desktop invisible to the second monitor, i.e. Office n + 1.
